Claims (15)
- 突出部を有する非直線的な形状の第1の縁部を有し、前記突出部内に配置された第1の1又は複数の接触パッドを有するように構成される第1の太陽電池と、
前記突出部で前記第1の太陽電池と重なり合うように構成される第2の太陽電池であって、前記第1の太陽電池と前記第2の太陽電池とを電気的に接続するために前記第1の1又は複数の接触パッドと位置合わせされた第2の1又は複数の接触パッドを含む第2の太陽電池と
を備える太陽装置。 - 前記第1の縁部は正弦波形状を有する、請求項1に記載の太陽装置。
- 前記第2の太陽電池は、前記突出部で前記第1の太陽電池の前側部の上に重なるように構成され、前記第1の太陽電池の前記前側部は、光入射方向に対向するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の太陽装置。
- 前記第2の太陽電池は、前記突出部で前記第1の太陽電池と重なり合う直線的な形状の縁部を有するように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽装置。
- 前記第2の太陽電池は、前記突出部で前記第1の太陽電池と重なり合う非直線的な縁部を有するように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽装置。
- 前記第1の太陽電池は、直線的な形状の第2の縁部を有するように構成され、前記第2の縁部は、前記第1の縁部と同じ方向に延在する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽装置。
- 前記第1の太陽電池は、非直線的な形状の第2の縁部を有するように構成され、前記第2の縁部は、前記第1の縁部と同じ方向に延在する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽装置。
- 前記第1の太陽電池は、第3の太陽電池の非直線的な縁部の突出部で前記第3の太陽電池と重なり合う第2の縁部を有するように構成され、前記第1の太陽電池と前記第3の太陽電池との重ね合わせ部に位置決めされた、位置合わせされた接触パッドによって前記第1の太陽電池と前記第3の太陽電池とが電気的に接続される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽装置。
- 太陽電池であって、
前側部及び背側部を有し、前記前側部は、光源からエネルギーを受け取るために光入射方向に対向するように構成された平面シリコン構造体と、
突出部を有する非直線的な形状の、前記平面シリコン構造体の第1の縁部と、
前記太陽電池を別の太陽電池と電気的に接続するために前記別の太陽電池の背側部の1又は複数の接触パッドと位置が合うように構成された、前記前側部の前記突出部内に配置された第1の1又は複数の接触パッドと
を備える太陽電池。 - 前記第1の縁部は正弦波形状を有する、請求項9に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記第1の縁部と同じ方向に延在する、直線的な形状を有するように構成された、前記平面シリコン構造体の第2の縁部
を更に備える請求項9又は10に記載の太陽電池。 - 前記第1の縁部と同じ方向に延在する、非直線的な形状を有するように構成された、前記平面シリコン構造体の第2の縁部
を更に備える請求項9又は10に記載の太陽電池。 - 前記平面シリコン構造体の第2の縁部に沿って前記平面シリコン構造体の前記背側部に配置された第2の1又は複数の接触パッドであって、前記太陽電池を第1の太陽電池とし、前記別の太陽電池を第2の太陽電池として、前記第1の太陽電池を第3の太陽電池と電気的に接続するために前記第3の太陽電池の前側部の1又は複数の接触パッドと位置が合うように構成された第2の1又は複数の接触パッド
を更に備える請求項9又は10に記載の太陽電池。 - 突出部を有する非直線的な形状の第1の縁部を有し、前記突出部内に配置された第1の1又は複数の接触パッドを有する、第1の太陽電池を形成する段階と、
第2の1又は複数の接触パッドを含む第2の太陽電池を形成する段階と、
前記突出部で前記第2の太陽電池を前記第1の太陽電池と重ね合わせる段階と、
前記第1の太陽電池と前記第2の太陽電池とを電気的に接続するために前記第1の1又は複数の接触パッドを前記第2の1又は複数の接触パッドと位置合わせする段階と
