Abstract
Description
(a)第一のポリマー材料相を提供し;
(b)担持フィルムから第一のポリマー材料相の第一の表面上に、パンチを用いたホットスタンプによって、装飾要素をインプリントし;
(c)第二のポリマー材料相を第一のポリマー材料相の第一の表面上に適用して、装飾要素が第一のポリマー材料相と第二のポリマー材料相との間、特に2つの材料相の界面に配置されるようにする。

Claims (15)
- a 第一のポリマー材料相(1a)を提供し、
b 担持フィルム(5)から前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)の第一の表面(I)上に、パンチ(4)を用いたホットスタンプによって、装飾要素(2)をインプリントし、そして
c 第二のポリマー材料相(1b)を、前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)の前記第一の表面(I)上に適用して、前記装飾要素(2)が前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)と前記第二のポリマー材料相(1b)との間に配置されるようにし、
少なくとも前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)又は前記第二のポリマー材料相(1b)が透明である、
装飾要素を有するポリマー乗物付設部材(1)の製造方法。 - 処理工程(b)において、
−前記装飾要素(2)が前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)に面するようにして、前記装飾要素(2)を有する前記担持フィルム(5)を配置し、
−前記パンチ(4)を、前記担持フィルム(5)の、前記装飾要素(2)と反対側に面している表面に作用させて、前記装飾要素(2)を前記第一の表面(I)に対して押し付けるようにし、そして
−前記担持フィルム(5)を剥離させて、前記装飾要素(2)を前記第一の表面(I)上に残存させる、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 2つの前記ポリマー材料相(1a、1b)のうちの1つが、不透明である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)が透明であり、かつ前記第二のポリマー材料相(1b)が不透明である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)及び前記第二のポリマー材料相(1b)を射出成形により製造し、かつ前記処理工程(a)と(c)との間に、回動板(13)又はロータリーキューブ(14)により、前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)を移動させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾要素(2)が、保護層(2a)、装飾層(2b)及び接着層(2c)を具備しており、前記保護層(2a)、前記装飾層(2b)及び前記接着層(2c)が、前記担持フィルム(5)上にこの順で配置されており、かつ前記担持フィルム(5)と前記装飾要素(2)との間に、剥離層(6)が配置されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料相(1a、1b)の、前記装飾要素(2)と反対側に面している透明な表面が少なくとも、保護コーティング(3)を備えており、前記保護コーティング(3)が、好ましくは熱硬化又は紫外線硬化ラッカー、特に好ましくはポリシロキサン、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリウレタン、又はこれらの混合物若しくはコポリマーを含有している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 処理工程(b)における前記パンチ(4)が、120℃〜250℃、好ましくは140℃〜200℃の温度を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記パンチを、15kg/cm2〜50kg/cm2、好ましくは20kg/cm2〜40kg/cm2、特に好ましくは25kg/cm2〜35kg/cm2の圧力で、少なくとも1秒、好ましくは1秒〜10秒、特に好ましくは2秒〜4秒の暴露時間で、前記第一の表面(I)上に作用させる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記材料相(1a、1b)が、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、スチレンアクリロニトリル、アクリロニトリルスチレンアクリルエステル、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、又はコポリマー若しくは混合物を含有している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- −キャリアモールド(10)、
−第一のポリマー材料相(1a)を製造するための手段、
−前記第一の材料相(1a)の第一の表面(I)が、装飾要素(2)でスタンプできるようにして、前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)に対して配置可能である、ホットスタンプ手段(12)、及び
−前記第一の材料相(1a)の前記第一の表面(I)上に、第二のポリマー材料相(1b)を製造するための手段
を少なくとも具備している、装飾要素を有するポリマー乗物付設部材(1)を製造するための設備。 - −前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)を製造するための前記手段が、第一の射出成形装置(11a)であり、かつ前記第二のポリマー材料相(1b)を製造するための前記手段が、第二の射出成形装置(11b)であり、前記第一及び第二の射出成形装置が、互いに対向して配置されており、
−前記キャリアモールド(10)が、回動板(13)により、前記第一の射出成形装置(11a)に関連する第一の位置から、前記第二の射出成形装置(11b)に関連する第二の位置へと移動可能であり、かつ
−前記ホットスタンプ手段(12)が、コンベヤシステム上に移動可能に載置されており、かつ前記第一の射出成形装置(11a)と前記キャリアモールド(10)との間、又は前記第二の射出成形装置(11b)と前記キャリアモールド(10)との間に挿入されることができる、
請求項11に記載の設備。 - −前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)を製造するための前記手段が、第一の射出成形装置(11a)であり、かつ前記第二のポリマー材料相(1b)を製造するための前記手段が、第二の射出成形装置(11b)であり、前記第一及び第二の射出成形装置が、互いに対向して配置されており、
−前記ホットスタンプ手段(12)が、前記射出成形装置(11a、11b)の間の軸に対して実質的に垂直に配置されており、
−前記キャリアモールド(10)が、ロータリーキューブ(14)により、前記第一の射出成形装置(11a)に関連する第一の位置から、前記ホットスタンプ手段(12)に関連する第二の位置を通って、前記第二の射出成形装置(11b)に関連する第三の位置へと移動可能である、
請求項11に記載の設備。 - 第一のポリマー材料相(1a)、第二のポリマー材料相(1b)及び装飾要素(2)を少なくとも具備しており、前記装飾要素(2)が、2つの前記ポリマー材料相(1a、1b)の間に配置されており、前記装飾要素(2)が、前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)の、又は前記第二のポリマー材料相(1b)の第一の表面(I)上にホットスタンプにより適用されており、少なくとも前記第一のポリマー材料相(1a)又は前記第二のポリマー材料相(1b)が透明である、ポリマー乗物付設部材(1)、特に請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造された、装飾要素を有するポリマー乗物付設部材(1)。
- 乗物における請求項14に記載のポリマー乗物付設部材の使用であって、透明な前記ポリマー材料相(1a、1b)が、外部に面しており、好ましくはラジエーターグリル包囲物、ピラーカバー、サンバイザー、屋根パネル、乗物窓ペイン、照明カバー、ミラーハウジング、フレーム部材、トリムストリップ、ドア枠、スポイラー、接続部品又は計器パネルとしての、使用。
