Description
Claims (11)
- 薬剤送達デバイス(10)であって:
ニードルアパーチャ(13)を含む、患者の皮膚上に配置するためのデバイスハウジング(11)と;
ニードルアパーチャを通過するように配置された、薬剤を注射するための針(12)と;
ハウジングが患者の皮膚上に配置されたときに信号を提供するように構成された複数のセンサ(15)であって、ニードルアパーチャの周りに配置される、センサと;
ニードルアパーチャの周りに配置された引き込み可能なニードルシールド(26)とを含み;
ここで、該ニードルシールドは、第1の位置でハウジング内に後退され、第2の位置で針を取り囲むように延び;
ニードルシールドは、複数のセンサによって提供される信号を条件として第2の位置へ動くように構成される、前記デバイス。 - 出力トランスデューサをさらに含み、ここで、複数のセンサは、出力トランスデューサを使用して信号を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 針を通して薬剤を送達するための注射機構をさらに含み、ここで、該注射機構は、複数のセンサによって提供される信号を条件として起動される、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 複数のセンサは、ニードルシールド上に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 針挿入機構をさらに含み、ここで、針は、初期位置でハウジング内に配置されており、針挿入機構は、係合位置でデバイスハウジングから延びるようにアパーチャを通して針を動かすように構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 針の一部分は、係合位置でセンサに係合するように構成され、センサは、針が係合位置にあるときに信号を提供するようにさらに構成される、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 薬剤リザーバと、該薬剤リザーバ内に保持された薬剤とをさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 薬剤を送達する方法であって:
薬剤送達デバイス(10)を患者の皮膚上に配置することと;
該デバイスのニードルアパーチャ(13)の周りに配置された複数のセンサ(15)を使用して、該デバイスのハウジング(11)がいつ患者の皮膚上に配置されたかを感知することと;
ハウジングが皮膚上に配置されたときに信号を提供することと;
提供された信号を条件として、ニードルアパーチャの周りに配置された引き込み可能なニードルシールド(26)を、該ニードルシールドがハウジング内に後退している第1の位置から、ニードルシールドが針を取り囲む第2の位置へ延ばすこととを含む、前記方法。 - 提供された信号を条件として、針(12)を通して薬剤を送達するための注射機構を起動させること:
をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - ニードルアパーチャを通して、針がハウジング内に配置されている第1の位置から、針がデバイスハウジングから延びる係合位置へ、針を動かすこと:
をさらに含む、請求項8または9に記載の方法。 - 複数のセンサを使用して、針がいつ係合位置にあるかを感知することと;
針が係合位置にあるときに信号を提供することと:
