Abstract
Description

Claims (21)
- 全血部分と血漿部分とを有する血液サンプルを受け入れるように適合された血液分離デバイスであって、
第1のチャンバ入口と第1のチャンバ出口とを有する第1のチャンバと、第2のチャンバ・ポートを有する第2のチャンバを画定し、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバの間に配置された分離部材を含むハウジングであって、前記第1のチャンバが、前記血液サンプルを受け入れるように適合される、ハウジングと、
単一真空源アクチュエータであって、前記単一真空源が、前記分離部材に隣接して加えられ、前記血液サンプルを前記第1のチャンバへと引き込み、前記分離部材が、前記血漿部分が前記分離部材を通過して前記第2のチャンバへと入ることを可能にするように適合される、単一真空源アクチュエータと
を備える血液分離デバイス。 - 前記分離部材が、前記全血部分を前記第1のチャンバ内に閉じ込め、前記血漿部分が前記分離部材を通過して前記第2のチャンバへと入ることを可能にするように適合される、請求項1に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記第2のチャンバ出口と連通する血漿採取容器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記単一真空源アクチュエータが、前記ラインを介して前記第1のチャンバの一部分に第1の圧力を、前記第2のチャンバの一部分に第2の圧力を提供する、請求項1に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記第2の圧力が、前記分離部材の多孔性および前記第2のチャンバの容積によって調節される、請求項4に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記単一真空源アクチュエータが真空管である、請求項1に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記分離部材がトラック・エッチ膜を備える、請求項1に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 開位置と閉位置の間で移行可能である穴をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 全血部分と血漿部分とを有する血液サンプルを受け入れるように適合された血液分離デバイスであって、
第1のチャンバ入口と第1のチャンバ出口とを有する第1のチャンバと、第2のチャンバ出口を有する第2のチャンバを画定し、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバに配置された分離部材を含むハウジングであって、前記第1のチャンバが、前記血液サンプルを受け入れるように適合される、ハウジングと、
前記第1のチャンバの一部分と連通する単一真空源アクチュエータと、
前記第2のチャンバ出口と連通する血漿採取容器と
を備え、
前記単一真空源アクチュエータが前記血液サンプルを前記第1のチャンバへと引き込み、前記分離部材が、前記血漿部分が前記分離部材を通過して前記第2のチャンバに至ることを可能にするように適合される、血液分離デバイス。 - 前記単一真空源アクチュエータが、前記第1のチャンバの一部分に第1の圧力を、前記第2のチャンバの一部分に第2の圧力を提供する、請求項9に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記第2の圧力が、前記分離部材の多孔性および前記血漿採取容器によって調節される、請求項10に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記第1の圧力と連通する第1の抵抗体をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記第2の圧力と連通する第2の抵抗体をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記分離部材が、前記全血部分を前記第1のチャンバ内に閉じ込め、前記血漿部分が前記分離部材を通過して前記第2のチャンバへと入ることを可能にするように適合される、請求項9に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記単一真空源アクチュエータがシリンジの引き抜きである、請求項9に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記単一真空源アクチュエータが真空管である、請求項9に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 前記分離部材がトラック・エッチ膜を備える、請求項9に記載の血液分離デバイス。
- 開位置と閉位置の間で移行可能である穴をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の血液分離デバイス。

前記第1のチャンバの一部分と連通するアクチュエータと、
前記第2のチャンバ出口と連通する血漿採取容器と
を備え、
前記アクチュエータの作動によって、前記血液サンプルが前記第1のチャンバへと引き込まれ、前記分離部材が、前記血漿部分が前記分離部材を通過して前記第2のチャンバに至ることを可能にするように適合され、
前記アクチュエータが、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバに分割される圧力源を提供し、前記血液分離デバイスが、前記分割の比を調節するための調節器を含む、血液分離デバイス。 - 全血部分と血漿部分とを有する血液サンプルを受け入れるように適合された血液分離デバイスであって、
第1のチャンバ入口と第1のチャンバ出口とを有する第1のチャンバと、第2のチャンバ出口を有する第2のチャンバを画定し、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバの間に配置された分離部材を含むハウジングであって、前記第1のチャンバが、前記血液サンプルを受け入れるように適合される、ハウジングと、
前記第1のチャンバの一部分と連通するアクチュエータと、
前記第2のチャンバ出口と連通する血漿採取容器と
を備え、
前記アクチュエータの作動によって、前記血液サンプルが前記第1のチャンバへと引き込まれ、前記分離部材が、前記血漿部分が前記分離部材を通過して前記第2のチャンバに至ることを可能にするように適合され、
前記アクチュエータが、前記第1のチャンバの側にのみ向けられた圧力源を提供し、前記第2のチャンバの側の容積が、前記第1のチャンバの前記側と前記第2のチャンバの前記側との圧力の比を制御するように構成される、血液分離デバイス。 - 全血部分と血漿部分とを有する血液サンプルを受け入れるように適合された血液分離デバイスであって、
第1のチャンバ入口と第1のチャンバ出口とを有する第1のチャンバと、第2のチャンバ出口を有する第2のチャンバを画定し、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバの間に配置された分離部材を含むハウジングであって、前記第1のチャンバが、前記血液サンプルを受け入れるように適合される、ハウジングと、
前記第1のチャンバの一部分と連通するアクチュエータと、
前記第2のチャンバ出口と連通する血漿採取容器と
を備え、
前記アクチュエータの作動によって、第1の圧力が前記血液サンプルの接線流のために前記第1のチャンバの一部分に提供され、膜間圧力差を発生させ、前記血漿部分を前記血漿採取容器に流れ込ませるために、前記第2のチャンバの一部分に第2の圧力が提供される、血液分離デバイス。
