Claims (23)
- 印刷システムを使用して3次元オブジェクトをベース上に印刷する方法であって、
前記印刷システムにおいて、
前記3次元オブジェクトの領域の目標厚さと、印刷層のためのあらかじめ定義された構造層厚さと、各カラー層についてのカラー層情報と、を受信することと、
前記印刷システムにおいて前記ベースを用意することと、
前記あらかじめ定義された構造層厚さに基づいて、前記領域の前記目標厚さを達成するために印刷されるべき構造層の数を計算することと、
第1のカラー層についての前記受信したカラー層情報を使用して、前記ベース上に前記第1のカラー層を印刷することと、
前記第1のカラー層上に、構造層の組を印刷することであって、前記領域内の前記構造層の組における層の数が、前記計算された構造層の数に等しく、前記構造層の組における各層は、前記あらかじめ定義された構造層の厚さを有する、前記印刷することと、
第2のカラー層についての前記受信したカラー層情報を使用して、前記構造層の組上に前記第2のカラー層を印刷することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記第2のカラー層上に1つまたは複数の透明層を印刷することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数の透明層の各層は、前記あらかじめ定義された構造層の厚さに等しい厚さを有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記構造層の組が、透明である、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記領域に隣接する別の領域内の前記構造層の組が、前記領域の前記目標厚さとは異なる別の目標厚さを達成するように印刷される、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のカラー層は、前記第1のカラー層の厚さが、特定の視野角で視認可能となるように印刷される、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 印刷システムを使用して3次元オブジェクトをベース上に印刷する方法であって、
前記印刷システムにおいて、
前記3次元オブジェクトの領域の目標厚さと、
印刷されるべきあらかじめ定義された構造層の数と、
各カラー層についてのカラー層情報と、を受信することと、
前記印刷システムにおいて前記ベースを用意することと、
前記目標厚さと、前記あらかじめ定義された構造層の数とを使用して、前記領域の前記目標厚さを達成するために印刷されるべき、印刷される層の構造層厚さを計算することと、
第1のカラー層についての前記受信したカラー層情報を使用して、前記ベース上に前記第1のカラー層を印刷することと、
前記第1のカラー層上に構造層の組を印刷することであって、前記構造層の組における層の数が、前記あらかじめ定義された構造層の数に等しく、前記領域内における前記構造層の組における各層は、前記計算された構造層の厚さを有する、前記印刷することと、
第2のカラー層についての前記受信したカラー層情報を使用して、前記構造層の組上に前記第2のカラー層を印刷することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記第1のカラー層、前記構造層の組、および前記第2のカラー層の組み合わせが、前記目標厚さと等しい厚さを有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のカラー層上に1つまたは複数の透明層を印刷することをさらに含む、請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のカラー層、前記構造層の組、前記第2のカラー層、および前記1つまたは複数の透明層の組み合わせが、前記目標厚さに等しい厚さを有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記構造層の組の組み合わされた厚さよりも小さい厚さを有する前記1つまたは複数の透明層の組み合わせが、印刷される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記構造層の組が透明である、請求項7〜請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記領域に隣接する別の領域内の前記構造層の組が、前記領域の前記目標厚さとは異なる別の目標厚さを達成するように印刷される、請求項7〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のカラー層は不透明であり、前記第1のカラー層の厚さが、特定の視野角で視覚可能となるように、前記第1のカラー層が印刷される、請求項7〜請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 印刷システムを使用して3次元オブジェクトをベース上に印刷する方法であって、
前記印刷システムにおいて、
前記3次元オブジェクトの第1の領域の第1の目標厚さと、
前記3次元オブジェクトの第2の領域の第2の目標厚さと、
カラー層情報と、を受信することと、
前記印刷システムにおいて前記ベースを用意することと、
前記カラー層情報を使用して、前記ベース上に第1のカラー層を印刷することと、
前記第1のカラー層上に構造層の組を印刷することであって、前記第1の領域内の前記構造層の組が、前記第1の領域の前記第1の目標厚さを達成するように印刷され、前記第2の領域内の前記構造層の組が、前記第2の領域の前記第2の目標厚さを達成するように印刷される、前記印刷することと、
前記カラー層情報を使用して、前記構造層の組上に第2のカラー層を印刷することと、
前記第2のカラー層上へ透明層を印刷することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記印刷システムにおいて前記3次元オブジェクトの第3の領域の第3の目標厚さを受信することと、
前記第3の領域の前記第3の目標厚さを達成するために、前記第3の領域内に前記構造層の組を印刷することと、をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の領域、前記第2の領域、および前記第3の領域内の前記構造層の組が、表面起伏を有するアッパー面を集合的に形成するように配置されるように、前記第1の領域が前記第2の領域に隣接し、前記第2の領域が前記第3の領域に隣接する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記表面起伏は、前記第1の領域の前記第1の目標厚さ、前記第2の領域の前記第2の目標厚さ、および前記第3の領域の前記第3の目標厚さに対応する目標表面起伏である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のカラー層は、前記目標表面起伏と同一の表面起伏を有する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記透明層は、前記目標表面起伏と同一の表面起伏を有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のカラー層は、前記目標表面起伏とは異なる表面起伏を有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ベースは、前記目標表面起伏とは異なる表面起伏を有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
