次には、図2〜図3及び図5をさらに参照し、本発明の実施例に係る超低窒素酸化物燃焼装置の燃焼過程及び効果について説明する。

Claims (5)
- 燃焼炉1;
一側が前記燃焼炉1内に挿入され、挿入された一側及び外周面が前記燃焼炉1の内面と所定間隔が離隔されて位置するバーナ5;
前記バーナ5の中央に位置する主燃料噴射体10;
前記主燃料噴射体10を取り囲むように位置し、その端部が前記バーナ5の一側端部から所定間隔が他側に引き込まれて位置する補助燃料噴射体20;
前記バーナ5の外周面において前記補助燃料噴射体20の端部が位置する近傍に位置する燃料再循環ポート21;及び
前記燃焼炉1内で発生する燃焼ガスに含まれたCO濃度を検出するセンサ;を含み、
前記主燃料噴射体10を通じて前記燃焼炉1に供給される主燃料は所定の量より少ない量で供給され、
前記補助燃料噴射体20を通じて前記燃焼炉1に供給される補助燃料は、前記主燃料が前記所定の量より少なく供給される量だけさらに供給され、前記燃焼炉1内で燃焼が行われ、
前記センサにより検出される前記燃焼炉10内のCO濃度が所定の濃度以上である場合、供給される前記主燃料の量を増加させ、
前記燃焼により発生し、前記燃焼炉1の内周面と前記バーナ5の外周面との間に流動する燃焼ガスが、前記補助燃料噴射体20に噴射される補助燃料の流速により燃料再循環ポート21を通じて前記バーナ5の内部に流入されて再燃焼が行われる、
超低窒素酸化物燃焼装置。 - 前記主燃料噴射体10と前記補助燃料噴射体20との間に位置する酸化剤再循環誘導部40をさらに含み、
前記補助燃料噴射体20は、前記主燃料噴射体10を中心にして同一円周上に一定の間隔を維持するように複数個が配置され、
前記燃料再循環ポート21側に流入される燃焼ガスの一部が前記主燃料噴射体10と前記補助燃料噴射体20との間に供給される酸化剤の流速により前記酸化剤再循環誘導部40に流入され、前記燃焼炉1内に流動して燃焼される、
請求項1に記載の超低窒素酸化物燃焼装置。 - 前記酸化剤再循環誘導部40は、前記補助燃料噴射体20を基準に傾斜配置される内部再循環スリーブ41、前記内部再循環スリーブ41の後端から延長される連結ガイド43、前記連結ガイド43の後端に連結されて流動する燃焼ガスの移動方向を変更させる噴射ノズル45を含む、
請求項1又は2に記載の超低窒素酸化物燃焼装置。 - 前記噴射ノズル45は、前記主燃料噴射体10と前記酸化剤再循環誘導部40との間で傾斜配置されることにより、前記酸化剤の流動空間である前記主燃料噴射体10と前記酸化剤再循環誘導部40との間の幅を減少させる、
請求項3に記載の超低窒素酸化物燃焼装置。 - 前記噴射ノズル45と前記主燃料噴射体10の外面との間に敷設される再循環促進突起部90;をさらに含み、
前記再循環促進突起部は、前記主燃料噴射体10と前記酸化剤再循環誘導部40との間に流動する燃焼ガスの流速を増加させることを特徴とする、
