Claims (14)
- 複合包装体(P)のための、特に液状食品用の飲料用カートンのための、注ぎ口要素(A)であって、締結用フランジ(5)および注出筒(6)を有する基体(2)と、前記注出筒(6)内に配置されて前記注出筒(6)内を案内される切断要素(3)と、前記基体(2)に接合可能なクロージャキャップ(4)とを備え、初回作動中、前記切断要素(3)は前記クロージャキャップ(4)に形成された第1の駆動手段(12)によって、および前記切断要素(3)の内壁に形成された第2の駆動手段(13)によって、駆動可能であり、前記切断要素(3)の移動はさまざまな勾配をたどる、注ぎ口要素(A)において、
前記第2の駆動手段(13)は、前記切断要素(3)の長手方向に対して斜めに延びて角度(α)を成すリブ(14)として構成されることと、前記リブ(14)の端面(15)はその足部の上方に部分的に突出し、ひいては谷角(β)を成すことと、を特徴とする注ぎ口要素(A)。 - 前記角度(α)は40°〜50°を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 前記角度(β)は50°〜80°を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 初回再閉鎖操作中、前記切断要素(3)は、前記クロージャキャップ(4)に形成された第3の駆動手段(16)によって、および前記切断要素(3)に形成された第4の駆動手段(17)によって、更に駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 前記第4の駆動手段(17)は、前記長手方向に対して斜めに延びて角度(γ)を成す第2のリブ(18)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 前記角度(γ)は5°〜25°を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 前記第2のリブ(18)は接触面側に鈍角(δ)を成すことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 前記角度(δ)は100°〜130°を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 前記長手方向に対して横方向に位置する第3のリブ(19)が前記第1のリブ(14)と前記第2のリブ(18)との間に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8の何れか一項に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 前記第1の駆動手段(12)は第1の駆動フランク(20)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 前記第1の駆動フランク(20)は、角度(β)に対する補角を形成するような角度幅を前記接触面側に有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 前記第3の駆動手段(16)は第2の駆動フランク(21)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜11の何れか一項に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)。
- 注ぎ口要素(A)を収容するために適したパックゲーブルトップパネル(1)を有する複合包装体(P)、特に液状食品用の飲料用カートン、であって、前記パックゲーブルトップパネル(1)は局所的脆弱部をパック材に有し、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の注ぎ口要素(A)が、前記注ぎ口要素(A)の初回作動時に切断要素(3)が前記パック材の前記脆弱部の方向に移動可能であり、前記複合包装体(P)を空にする準備が整うように前記脆弱部を分断できるように、位置付けられて恒久的に接合される、複合包装体(P)。
- 前記パック材の前記脆弱部は事前に薄片化された穴として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の複合包装体(P)。
