Abstract

Claims (14)
- 薬物送達システムのための駆動アセンブリであって、前記駆動アセンブリが、
コンテナの中のストッパーに係合して移動するように構成されているプランジャー部材であって、前記プランジャー部材が、第1の位置と、前記第1の位置から軸線方向に間隔を置いて配置された第2の位置とを有している、プランジャー部材と、
前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ前記プランジャー部材を移動させるように構成されている送りネジと、
前記送りネジを回転方向に付勢するように構成されている付勢部材と、を含み、
前記送りネジの回転移動が、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ前記プランジャー部材を移動させるように構成されている、駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記付勢部材が定荷重ばねを含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記送りネジが、ドラム部分と、前記ドラム部分から延在するネジ部分とを含み、前記付勢部材が前記ドラム部分によって受け入れられている、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記送りネジの周りに位置決めされている駆動ナットをさらに含み、前記駆動ナットが、前記プランジャー部材に係合して前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ前記プランジャー部材を移動させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記プランジャー部材が、外側プランジャーと、前記外側プランジャーに対して移動可能な内側プランジャーとを含み、前記プランジャー部材が前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記内側プランジャーの少なくとも一部分が、前記外側プランジャーの中に受け入れられている、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記送りネジの周りに位置決めされている駆動部材をさらに含み、前記駆動部材が、前記外側プランジャーに係合して軸線方向に移動させるように構成されており、前記外側プランジャーの軸線方向の移動が、前記内側プランジャーの軸線方向の移動を引き起こすように構成されている、請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。

駆動アセンブリであって、前記駆動アセンブリが、
前記コンテナの中の前記ストッパーに係合して移動させるように構成されているプランジャー部材であって、前記プランジャー部材が、第1の位置、および、前記第1の位置から軸線方向に間隔を置いて配置された第2の位置を有している、プランジャー部材と、
前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ前記プランジャー部材を移動させるように構成されている定荷重ばねと、
を含む、駆動アセンブリと、
前記コンテナに流体連通して設置されるように構成されている針を含む針駆動装置アセンブリであって、前記針が、第1の位置、および、前記第1の位置から間隔を置いて配置された第2の位置から移動可能である、針駆動装置アセンブリと
を含む、薬物送達システム。 - 前記プランジャー部材に係合される送りネジをさらに含み、前記定荷重ばねが、前記送りネジを回転方向に付勢するように構成されており、前記送りネジの回転移動が、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置への前記プランジャー部材の軸線方向の変位を引き起こす、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記送りネジが、ドラム部分と、前記ドラム部分から延在するネジ部分とを含み、前記定荷重ばねが、前記ドラム部分によって受け入れられていて、前記ドラム部分と係合されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、前記送りネジの周りに位置決めされている駆動ナットをさらに含み、前記駆動ナットが、前記プランジャー部材に係合して前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ前記プランジャー部材を移動させるように構成されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プランジャー部材が、外側プランジャーと、前記外側プランジャーに対して移動可能な内側プランジャーとを含み、前記プランジャー部材が前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記内側プランジャーの少なくとも一部分が、前記外側プランジャーの中に受け入れられている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記送りネジの周りに位置決めされている駆動部材をさらに含み、前記駆動部材が、前記外側プランジャーに係合して軸線方向に移動させるように構成されており、前記外側プランジャーの軸線方向の移動が、前記内側プランジャーの軸線方向の移動を引き起こすように構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
