Claims (4)
- 選択的触媒還元反応用触媒の部分再生システムであって、多数の触媒モジュール段を直列に装入した選択的触媒還元反応器と2つの再生用加熱装置からなり、第1再生用加熱装置が、前記反応器の入口および中間区域と流体連通する管に連結し、第2再生用加熱装置は、前記反応器の中間区域および出口と流体連通する管に連結することを特徴とする、選択的触媒還元反応用触媒の部分再生システム。
- 前記反応器の入口と中間区域の間には、高密度選択的触媒還元反応用触媒を内蔵し、前記反応器の中間区域と出口の間には、低密度選択的触媒還元反応用触媒を内蔵することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元反応用触媒の部分再生システム。
- 選択的触媒還元反応用触媒を部分再生する方法であって、多数の触媒モジュール段を直列に装入した選択的触媒還元反応器と2つの再生用加熱装置からなり、第1再生用加熱装置は、前記反応器の入口および中間区域と流体連通する管に連結し、第2再生用加熱装置は、前記反応器の中間区域および出口と流体連通する管に連結する選択的触媒還元反応の触媒再生システムにおいて、第1再生用加熱装置を駆動して、前記反応器の入口と中間区域の間に装入された触媒モジュールを再生する工程を含むことを特徴とする、選択的触媒還元反応用触媒部分再生方法。
- 前記第1再生用加熱装置を駆動して、前記反応器の入口と中間区域の間に装入された触媒モジュールを再生する工程に続いて、第2再生用加熱装置を駆動して、前記反応器の中間区域と出口の間に装入された触媒モジュールを再生する工程をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の選択的触媒還元反応用触媒部分再生方法。
