Abstract
車両用の車両ドライブラインシステムが提供される。システムは、デファレンシャル(20)に駆動トルクを提供するように構成されるピニオン(10)と、減速ギアリング(40)を介してピニオン(10)に接続される電気モーター(30)とを備える。【選択図】図1
Description
本発明は、車両用の車両ドライブラインシステムに関する。特に、本発明は、電気モーターをデファレンシャルの入力軸に選択的に接続するように適合され得る車両ドライブラインシステムに関する。
今日の乗用車の電力システムは、12Vに基づいている。比較的低い電圧のために、電動推進装置などの高電力ユーティリティの提案された解決策は、高損失および増加したケーブル寸法を生じさせる高電流をもたらす。
近年、すでに存在している12Vシステムに48V電力システムを加える傾向がある。電力が増加するにつれて、新規で改善された解決策を適用でき、追加的ハイパワーエレクトロニクスを必要とする従来の解決策に取って代わる。
1つのそのような例は、ハイブリッド技術、すなわち、電気駆動を既存の内燃機関に加え、電気によってか、内燃機関によって、または両方で、車両が駆動されることができるようにする、技術である。本出願人は、例えば特許文献1または特許文献2に記載されている、ハイブリッド駆動のいくつかの解決策を以前に提示した。これらのシステムは、推進目的のハイパワー電気モーター、およびトルクベクタリング目的のより小さい電気モーターを備える。48Vが利用できるならば、単一の電気モーターのみ、および、その電気モーターからのトルクを選択的に受け取るように構成されたデファレンシャルを使用し、選択可能な電気全輪駆動を可能にする、全輪駆動車用の車両ドライブラインシステムを開発することが可能である。
本発明の目的は、従来技術のシステムの欠点を克服する車両ドライブラインシステムを提供することである。特に、本発明の目的は、切断システム(すなわち、ドライブトレインの一部がドラッグトルクおよび過度のエネルギー損失を低減するために切断されるシステム)に使用されることができる車両ドライブラインシステムを、提供することである。そのようなシステムについて、提示される解決策は、切断モードから接続モードへのモード変更が要求されるときに、ドライブトレインの固定部を加速させるのに使用されることができる。本発明は、より速い接続を可能にし、それによって、たとえより困難で過酷な運転状態でも改善された性能を可能にし、また、それは、速いレスポンスおよびトルク精度の観点から全輪駆動クラッチの通常非常に高い要求を少なくすることができる。
別の目的によると、提示されるドライブラインシステムを、全輪駆動クラッチおよび切断ドッグクラッチを有する全輪駆動構成に組み入れることが可能であり、これらの利用可能なクラッチは、電気モーターを切断するのに使用されることができる。
第1態様によると、車両ドライブラインシステムが提供される。システムは、デファレンシャルに駆動トルクを提供するように構成されるピニオンと、減速ギアリングを介してピニオンに接続される電気モーターとを備える。
実施形態では、電気モーターは、前記のピニオンに同軸に配置される。さらに、減速ギアリングは、プラネタリギアセットを備えることができる。
電気モーターは、前記のプラネタリギアリングの太陽ホイールを駆動することができ、ピニオンは、前記のプラネタリギアリングのプラネットキャリアに接続される。
車両ドライブラインシステムは、電気モーターを前記の減速ギアリングに選択的に接続するカップリングを、さらに備えることができる。
実施形態では、電気モーターは、前記のピニオンに径方向にオフセットして配置される。
減速ギアリングは、ギアトレインを備えることができる。
実施形態では、車両ドライブラインシステムは、ピニオンに設けられるディスククラッチをさらに備える。
第2態様によると、車両用の全輪駆動システムが提供される。全輪駆動システムは、エンジンによって駆動される第1ドライブトレインと、全輪駆動を提供するために第1ドライブトレインに選択的に接続される第2ドライブトレインと、車両が二輪駆動モードにあるときに第1ドライブトレインおよび第2ドライブトレインから選択的に切断される中間ドライブトレインとを、備え、前記の中間ドライブトレインは、先の請求項のいずれかによる車両ドライブラインシステムを備える。
車両ドライブラインシステムは、電気モーターを作動させることによって全輪駆動が要求されるときに、中間ドライブトレインを加速させるように構成されることができる。
発明を、添付図面を参照してさらに詳しく説明する。
図1では、本発明の実施形態による車両ドライブラインシステムを利用している車両ドライブラインが、示されている。車両ドライブラインは、エンジン(図示せず)によって駆動される前車軸1と、エンジンからの駆動トルクを受け取る支柱シャフト2とを備える。支柱シャフト2は、リアデファレンシャル20とかみ合うピニオン10を介して後車軸3と接続する。図1に見られるように、車両ドライブラインは、リアデファレンシャル20に関連して配置された全輪駆動クラッチ4によって、選択的四輪駆動を可能にする。加えて、切断5が、二輪駆動中のドラッグトルクを低減するために提供される。
ピニオン10は、長手方向に後車軸3の前に位置する電気モーター30から選択的駆動トルクも受け取る。電気モーター30は、ピニオン10に減速ギアリング40を介して接続され、減速ギアリング40は、この実施形態では、所望の比率によって回転速度を減少させるために複数のかみ合いギアを有するギアトレインによって実現されている。電気モーター30が動いているとき、それは、所定の運転基準または運転者の入力に基づいて制御されてよく、駆動トルクが、車両の全輪駆動を提供するために後車軸3に加えられる。切断5と全輪駆動クラッチ4とが係合するならば、電気モーター30は、既に全輪駆動である車両に駆動トルクを加える。車両ドライブラインシステムは、従って、機械的全輪駆動と、電気的全輪駆動と、機械的および電気的全輪駆動の組み合わせとを、可能にする。さらに、上記のように、切断モード中、電気モーター30は、接続モード(すなわち、全輪駆動モード)へのより速い切替を可能にするために、ドライブトレインの固定部を加速するように作動されることができる。結果として、既存のドッグクラッチ5および全輪駆動クラッチ4は、電気モーター30をドライブトレインから切断するために制御されることができる。
次に図2を見ると、車両ドライブラインシステムの別の実施形態が示され、図1に関して記載された実施形態と同様であるが、しかしながらここでは全輪駆動クラッチ4と切断5の位置が交換されている。従って、駆動トルクは、全輪駆動クラッチ4を介してエンジンからピニオン10に伝達される一方で、切断5は、後車軸4の完全な切断を可能にする。
先に記載された実施形態について、ピニオン10に接続された電気モーター30は、車両ドライブラインシステムの電気的全輪駆動、および同期目的で切断部の加速を、可能にする。
図3では、車両ドライブラインシステムの別の代替が示され、エンジン(図示せず)が、二輪駆動モードで後車軸3を駆動する。トランスファーケース50が、ピニオン10を介して前車軸3を選択的に駆動するために提供される。このため、トランスファーケース50には、例えばベルト駆動を介してピニオン10に駆動トルクを分配するように動作する全輪駆動クラッチ4が設けられる。先に記載された実施形態と同様に、切断5を、ここでは前車軸1に、設けることができる。
電気モーター30は、先の実施形態と同一である減速ギア40を介して、ピニオン10(すなわち、トランスファーケース50の出力軸)に接続される。従って、電気モーター30は、電気的全輪駆動、および、トランスファーケース50の全輪駆動クラッチ4が係合している場合には機械的および電気的全輪駆動の組み合わせ、を可能にする。
電気モーター30をピニオン10に接続する他の代替が、図4および5に示されている。図4から始めて、電気モーター30は、前記のピニオン10に同軸に配置され、電気モーター30のローターは、減速ギアリングを形成するプラネタリギアリング40のサンギア42を駆動する。サンギア42は、ピニオン10を囲む中空軸を形成し、それは、プラネットキャリア44の複数のプラネットとかみ合う。プラネットキャリア44は、プラネタリギアリング40の出力軸を形成し、ピニオン10および下流デファレンシャル20を駆動するためにピニオン10に接続される。プラネタリギアリング40のサンギアは、ロックされることができる。
図5では、同様の実施形態が示され、しかしここでは、全輪駆動クラッチ4は、デファレンシャル20と、電気モーター30がピニオン10と接続する位置との長手方向の間に、ピニオン10に配置される。これに付け加えて、サンギア42は、クラッチ60(例えば、移動スリーブの形)を介して電気モーター30に接続される。これは、電気モーター30がクラッチ60を介してピニオン10に選択的に接続されることを意味する。
車両ドライブラインシステムは主に全輪駆動システムに関して記載されたが、提示されたドライブラインシステムは前車軸または後車軸に実施され得ることに気付かれるべきである。従って、システムは、前輪駆動システム、後輪駆動システム、または全輪駆動システムに、使用することができる。
特に全輪駆動車について、ドライブトレインは、エンジンによって永久的に駆動されるドライブトレイン部に対応する第1ドライブトレインと、全輪駆動中にエンジンによって選択的に駆動される第2ドライブトレインと、第1ドライブトレインを第2ドライブトレインに接続する中間ドライブトレインと、に分けられる。
図1に関し、第1ドライブトレインは、前車軸1および下流の支柱シャフト2に対応する。第2ドライブトレインは、後車軸(すなわち、全輪駆動クラッチ4の下流の回転部)に対応する。中間ドライブトレインは、切断クラッチ5の出力と全輪駆動クラッチ4の入力との間に配置された部分に対応する。この態様について、中間ドライブトレインには、上記の車両ドライブラインシステム(すなわち、ピニオン10および減速ギアリング40を介してピニオン10に接続される電気モーター30)が設けられる。この特定の実施形態では、車両ドライブラインシステムは、全輪駆動が電気モーターを作動させることによって要求されるときに、中間ドライブトレインを加速するように構成される。
本発明は、特定の実施形態を参照して上記で説明されたが、本明細書に記載の特定の形態に限定されるものではない。むしろ、発明は、添付の「特許請求の範囲」によってのみ限定される。
Claims (10)
- 車両用の車両ドライブラインシステムであって、前記システムは、デファレンシャル(20)に駆動トルクを提供するように構成されるピニオン(10)と、減速ギアリング(40)を介してピニオン(10)に接続される電気モーター(30)と、を備える、車両ドライブラインシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の車両ドライブラインシステムであって、前記電気モーター(30)は、前記ピニオン(10)に同軸に配置される、車両ドライブラインシステム。
- 請求項2に記載の車両ドライブラインシステムであって、前記減速ギアリング(40)は、プラネタリギアセットを備える、車両ドライブラインシステム。
- 請求項3に記載の車両ドライブラインシステムであって、電気モーター(30)は、前記プラネタリギアリング(40)の太陽ホイール(42)を駆動し、ピニオン(10)は、前記プラネタリギアリング(40)のプラネットキャリア(44)に接続される、車両ドライブラインシステム。
- 請求項3または4に記載の車両ドライブラインシステムであって、電気モーター(30)を前記減速ギアリング(40)に選択的に接続するカップリング(50)を、さらに備える、車両ドライブラインシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の車両ドライブラインシステムであって、前記電気モーター(30)は、前記ピニオン(30)に径方向にオフセットして配置される、車両ドライブラインシステム。
- 請求項5に記載の車両ドライブラインシステムであって、前記減速ギアリング(40)は、ギアトレインを備える、車両ドライブラインシステム。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の車両ドライブラインシステムであって、ピニオン(10)に設けられるディスククラッチ(60)をさらに備える、車両ドライブラインシステム。
- 車両用の全輪駆動システムであって、エンジンによって駆動される第1ドライブトレインと、全輪駆動を提供するために第1ドライブトレインに選択的に接続される第2ドライブトレインと、車両が二輪駆動モードにあるときに第1ドライブトレインおよび第2ドライブトレインから選択的に切断される中間ドライブトレインと、を備え、前記中間ドライブトレインは、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項による車両ドライブラインシステムを備える、全輪駆動システム。
- 請求項8に記載の全輪駆動システムであって、車両ドライブラインシステムは、電気モーターを作動させることによって全輪駆動が要求されるときに、中間ドライブトレインを加速させるように構成される、全輪駆動システム。
