Abstract
Description
一実施態様では、繊維状材料は、織られた繊維状材料である。
一実施態様では、透過性中間層は、ガラス繊維とポリマー繊維とからなる群から選択される繊維である。
一実施態様では、エラストメリック外層は、埋め込みヒータを備える。
本発明はまた、複合材がエラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの上に積層される方法に具現され得る。エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールは、エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの内部キャビティを概ね画定するエラストメリック内層と、エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの外表面を概ね画定するエラストメリック外層と、エラストメリック内層とエラストメリック外層との間に配置される透過性中間層とを備え得る。透過性中間層は、低圧源に接続することができ、気体は、透過性中間層を介してエラストメリック外層とエラストメリック内層との間から排出可能である。

Claims (20)
- エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールであって、
前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの内部キャビティを概ね画定するエラストメリック内層と、
前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの外表面を概ね画定するエラストメリック外層と、
前記エラストメリック内層と前記エラストメリック外層との間に配置された透過性中間層と、
を備え、
前記透過性中間層は、前記透過性中間層に入った気体の排出を可能にするように、前記エラストメリック外層と前記エラストメリック内層の両方より大きい透過性を有する、エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツール。 - 前記透過性中間層は、繊維状材料である、請求項1に記載のエラストメリック・ブラダ・ツール。
- 前記繊維状材料は、織られた繊維状材料である、請求項2に記載のエラストメリック・ブラダ・ツール。
- 前記繊維状材料は、ガラス繊維とポリマー繊維とからなる群から選択される繊維である、請求項2に記載のエラストメリック・ブラダ・ツール。
- 前記透過性中間層は、前記エラストメリック外層と前記エラストメリック内層のうちの少なくとも一方のテクスチャ面である、請求項1に記載のエラストメリック・ブラダ・ツール。
- 前記エラストメリック外層は、埋め込みヒータを備える、請求項1に記載のエラストメリック・ブラダ・ツール。
- 前記透過性中間層は、埋め込みヒータを含む、請求項1に記載のエラストメリック・ブラダ・ツール。
- エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの内部キャビティを概ね画定するエラストメリック内層と、
前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの外表面を概ね画定するエラストメリック外層と、
前記エラストメリック内層と前記エラストメリック外層との間に配置された透過性中間層と、
を備える、前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの上に、複合材を積層する工程と、
前記透過性中間層を低圧源に接続する工程と、
前記透過性中間層を介して前記エラストメリック外層と前記エラストメリック内層との間から気体を排出する工程と、を備える、方法。 - 前記透過性中間層は、繊維状材料である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維状材料は、織られた繊維状材料である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維状材料は、ガラス繊維とポリマー繊維とからなる群から選択される繊維である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記透過性中間層は、前記エラストメリック外層又は前記エラストメリック内層のうちの少なくとも一方のテクスチャ面である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記透過性中間層を低圧源に接続する工程は、
前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールを通気プラグ・アセンブリに固定する工程と、
前記通気プラグ・アセンブリを低圧源に接続する工程と、を備える、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記通気プラグ・アセンブリは、内プラグと通気プラグ本体とを備え、前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールを前記通気プラグ・アセンブリに固定する工程は、
前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの開口端を前記内プラグと前記通気プラグ本体との間に固定する工程を備える、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの前記開口端が前記内プラグと前記通気プラグ本体との間に固定された場合、前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの前記透過性中間層は、前記内プラグと前記通気プラグ本体とによって形成されたキャビティ内で終端する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記透過性中間層を低圧源に前記接続する工程は、前記透過性中間層を前記複合材の上に積層されたブリーザ層に接続する工程であって、前記ブリーザ層は、低圧源に接続される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの内部キャビティを概ね画定するエラストメリック内層と、
前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの外表面を概ね画定するエラストメリック外層と、
前記エラストメリック内層と前記エラストメリック外層との間に配置された透過性中間層と、を備える、前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールと、
前記透過性中間層と連通する低圧源と、を備える、複合体製造システム。 - 前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの上に積層される複合材と、
前記複合材に積層されるブリーザ層と、をさらに備え、
前記低圧源は、前記ブリーザ層と前記透過性中間層の両方に連通する、請求項17に記載の複合体製造システム。 - 前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールに固定された通気プラグ・アセンブリをさらに備え、
前記通気プラグ・アセンブリは、前記低圧源と連通する、請求項17に記載の複合体製造システム。 - 前記通気プラグ・アセンブリは、
内プラグと、
前記内プラグを受け入れるように構成された通気プラグ本体と、を備え、
前記通気プラグ・アセンブリは、前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの開口端が前記内プラグと前記通気プラグ本体との間に固定されている場合、前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの前記透過性中間層が前記内プラグと前記通気プラグ本体とによって形成されたキャビティ内で終端するように、前記エラストメリック・ブラダ・ツールの前記開口端を、前記内プラグと前記通気プラグ本体との間に固定するように構成され、
前記キャビティは、前記低圧源と流体連通している、請求項19に記載の複合体製造システム。
