Claims (23)

を含む取出し装置であって、前記カプセルアセンブリは、直列に連結され、かつ中心長手軸に沿った前記カプセルアセンブリの長さに沿って内周穴を画定するカプセル、カプセルシャフトおよびハンドルを含み、前記カプセルは、前記カプセルの内部への開口を画定する第1の端部と、前記フックアセンブリをスライド可能に受け入れるように構成された前記カプセルアセンブリの内周穴とを有し、
前記ハンドルは、中央部分と、前記ハンドルの第1の端部を画定し、かつ前記カプセルシャフトに取り付けられた第1の端部を有する第1の伸長部分と、前記ハンドルの第2の端部を画定する第2の端部を有する第2の伸長部分とを有し、前記第2の伸長部分は、前記第2の端部にフックアセンブリロックを有し、前記ハンドルは、前記第1の端部が前記中心長手軸に沿って前記第2の端部から第1の距離にある格納構成と、前記第1の端部が前記中心長手軸に沿って前記第2の端部から第2の距離にある伸長構成とを有し、
前記フックアセンブリロックは、前記フックアセンブリを前記第2の伸長部分にロックするように構成され、前記第2の伸長部分は、前記中心長手軸に沿って前記フックアセンブリを前記カプセルシャフトに対して引くように構成され、および前記第1の伸長部分は、前記中心長手軸に沿って前記カプセルシャフトを前記フックアセンブリに対して押すように構成される、取出し装置。 - 前記取付け特徴部は、フックである、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記カプセルアセンブリは、前記中心長手軸に沿って非圧縮性である、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記カプセルの第2の端部は、前記カプセルシャフトの第1の端部に取り付けられ、前記カプセルシャフトの第2の端部は、前記第1の伸長部分の第1の端部に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記カプセルは、密着コイルを含む、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記カプセルは、前記中心長手軸に対して角度をなして撓むように可撓性である、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記カプセルは、前記カプセルの内部に医療装置を受け入れるように構成される、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記第1の伸長部分を前記格納構成と前記伸長構成との間で移行させるように構成された第1の制御ノブと、前記第2の伸長部分を前記格納構成と前記伸長構成との間で移行させるように構成された第2の制御ノブとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記第1の制御ノブおよび前記第2の制御ノブは、前記フックアセンブリと前記カプセルシャフトとの間で回転動作を長手方向の直線動作に変換するように構成される、請求項8に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、医療装置が前記取付け特徴部に取り付けられた状態で前記取付け特徴部を前記カプセルの第1の端部に引き込むように構成される、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 医療装置を拡張構成からつぶれ構成に移行させ、かつ、つぶれ構成において医療装置を前記カプセルに引き込むように構成される、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記カプセルの第1の端部に先端具をさらに含み、前記先端具は、前記カプセルの内部への開口を取り外し可能に覆うように構成される、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記フックアセンブリと前記カプセルシャフトとの間に前記中心長手軸に沿って約5.0ポンド力(22.2ニュートン)〜約35.0ポンド力(155.7ニュートン)を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載の取出し装置。
- 患者の体内から物体を取り出すための取出し装置であって、
第1の端部と、第2の端部と、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に延び、かつその間に管腔を画定する壁とを有する鞘と、
第1の端部に取付け特徴部を有し、前記鞘の管腔内にスライド可能に受け入れられるように構成されたケーブルであって、前記ケーブルの第2の端部は、前記鞘に対する前記ケーブルの長手方向の動作を阻止するために前記鞘の第2の端部にロックされるように構成される、ケーブルと
を含むフックアセンブリと、
カプセルアセンブリと
を含み、前記カプセルアセンブリは、直列に連結され、かつ前記カプセルアセンブリの長さに沿って内周穴を画定するカプセル、カプセルシャフトおよびハンドルを含み、前記カプセルは、前記カプセルの内部への開口を画定する第1の端部を有し、
前記ハンドルは、第1の端部と、第2の端部と、前記フックアセンブリが前記ハンドルの第2の端部に対して移動することを阻止されるように、前記フックアセンブリを前記ハンドルの第2の端部にロックするように構成されたフックアセンブリロックとを有し、前記ハンドルは、前記第1の端部が前記第2の端部から第1の距離にある格納構成と、前記第1の端部が前記第2の端部から第2の距離にある伸長構成とを有し、
前記カプセルアセンブリの内周穴は、前記フックアセンブリを中心長手軸に沿ってスライド可能に受け入れるように構成され、前記格納構成と前記伸長構成との間で前記ハンドルを移行させることで、前記フックアセンブリを前記カプセルシャフトに対して前記中心長手軸に沿ってスライドさせる、取出し装置。 - 前記格納構成と前記伸長構成との間で前記ハンドルを移行させることで、前記取付け特徴部を前記カプセルに引き込む、請求項14に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記カプセルは、前記中心長手軸に対して角度をなすように撓むことができる、請求項14に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記カプセルは、患者の幽門を通して挿入されるように構成される、請求項14に記載の取出し装置。
- 前記カプセルは、前記カプセルの内部に医療装置を保持するように構成される、請求項14に記載の取出し装置。
- 患者の体内から自己拡張式アンカーを引き出すように構成される、請求項14に記載の取出し装置。
- 患者の内部から医療装置を引き出す方法であって、
取付けアセンブリを患者の体内に挿入することであって、前記取付けアセンブリは、取付けケーブルを含み、前記取付けケーブルは、取付け特徴部を有する第1の端部と、第2の端部とを有する、挿入することと、
前記取付け特徴部を、患者の体内に配置された医療装置に結合することと、
カプセルアセンブリを、前記カプセルアセンブリが前記取付けアセンブリを囲んでいる状態で患者の体内に前進させることであって、前記カプセルアセンブリは、第1の端部におけるカプセルと、前記カプセルアセンブリの第2の端部を画定する第2の端部を有するハンドルとを有する、前進させることと、
前記取付けケーブルの前記第2の端部を前記ハンドルの第2の端部にロックすることと、
前記ハンドルが前記カプセルアセンブリを通して前記取付けアセンブリを引き込み、かつ前記取付け特徴部が前記カプセルに引き込まれるように、前記ハンドルをつぶれ構成から拡張構成に移行させることと、
医療装置に結合された前記カプセルアセンブリおよび前記取付けアセンブリを患者の体内から取り出すことと
を含む方法。 - 前記ハンドルをつぶれ構成から拡張構成に移行させることは、第1の制御ノブおよび第2の制御ノブの少なくとも一方を回転させることを含み、前記第1の制御ノブおよび前記第2の制御ノブは、回転動作を前記ハンドルの長手軸に沿った長手方向の動作に変換するように構成される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記ハンドルをつぶれ構成から拡張構成に移行させることは、前記ハンドルの長さを前記ハンドルの長手軸に沿って伸長させることを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第2の端部で前記ハンドルの長さを伸長させることで、前記取付け特徴部を前記カプセルに引き込み、第1の端部で前記ハンドルの長さを伸長させることで、前記取付け特徴部を覆うように前記カプセルを前進させる、請求項20に記載の方法。
