Claims (39)
- 熱処理システムであって、前記熱処理システムは、
物質を受容及び保持するように構成されている、基部及び少なくとも1つの側壁を有するボウルと、
前記ボウルに熱的に結合され、前記ボウル内の前記物質の温度を調節するように構成された熱処理デバイスと、
第1の面及び前記第1の面と反対側の第2の面を有する装着板であって、前記装着板は、前記ボウルに取り付けられ、前記装着板の前記第1の面と前記ボウルの前記基部との間に空間が形成されている、装着板と、
前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物の重量を測定するように構成された、前記装着板の前記第2の面上に位置付けられた重量測定デバイスと、を備える、熱処理システム。 - 前記熱処理デバイスは、前記ボウルの前記基部の周囲に少なくとも部分的に巻き付けられたフィルムヒータを備える、請求項1及び3〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱処理デバイスは、前記ボウル内の任意の内容物を華氏90度(32.2℃)〜華氏120度(48.9℃)の範囲の温度に加熱するように構成され、前記空間は、前記ボウル内の任意の内容物が華氏90度(32.2℃)〜華氏120度(48.9℃)の範囲の前記温度に加熱されたときに、前記重量測定デバイスが周囲温度よりも摂氏5度超高い温度に達することを防止するのに効果的なサイズを有する、請求項1、2、及び4〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記空間は、5センチメートル未満である、請求項1〜3及び5〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ボウル内の任意の内容物の温度を測定するように構成された温度センサをさらに備える、請求項1〜4及び6〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- ユーザインターフェースと、前記ユーザインターフェース、前記熱処理デバイス、及び前記重量測定デバイスと通信しているコントローラとをさらに備え、前記コントローラが、
前記ボウル内の任意の内容物が加熱される目標温度を、前記ユーザインターフェースを介して受信することと、
前記重量測定デバイスから、前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物の重量に関する重量測定情報を受信することと、
前記温度センサから温度測定情報を受信することと、
前記重量測定デバイスから受信された重量測定情報及び前記温度センサから受信された温度測定情報に基づき、前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物を加熱するように前記熱処理デバイスを制御して、前記ボウル内の内容物を前記目標温度に加熱することと、を行うように構成されている、請求項1〜5及び7〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記重量測定デバイスからの重量測定情報をメモリ内に記憶された閾値重量と比較することと、
前記重量測定情報が前記閾値重量よりも大きい場合、第1の加熱速度で前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物を加熱するように前記熱処理デバイスを制御することと、
前記重量測定情報が前記閾値重量未満である場合、前記第1の加熱速度未満の第2の加熱速度で、前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物を加熱するように前記熱処理デバイスを制御することと、を行うように構成されている、請求項1〜6及び8〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記コントローラが、前記熱処理デバイスのデューティサイクルを調節することによって加熱速度を制御するように構成されている、請求項1〜7及び9〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記温度センサは、前記ボウルの前記基部内の密封開口部を通って延在し、前記ボウルの前記基部から熱的に隔離されている、請求項1〜8及び10〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ボウルと前記装着板との間に位置付けられた長さを有する少なくとも1つのスペーサをさらに備え、前記空間が、前記ボウルを前記装着板から分離する前記少なくとも1つのスペーサの前記長さによって形成されている、請求項1〜9及び11〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスペーサは、前記ボウルの前記基部に取り付けられた上端と、前記装着板の前記第1の面に取り付けられた底端とを有する、請求項1〜10及び12〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記重量測定デバイスは、前記装着板の前記第2の面の下に位置付けられた少なくとも1つのロードセルを備え、前記装着板、前記ボウル、及び前記ボウル内の任意の内容物の重量が、前記ロードセルにかかっている、請求項1〜11及び13〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのロードセルは、前記装着板の前記第2の面の下で互いに離間した位置に位置付けられた複数のロードセルを含む、請求項1〜12及び14〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ボウルを包囲し、前記熱処理デバイス、前記装着板、及び前記計量デバイスを封入する、筐体をさらに備える、請求項1〜13及び15〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記筐体は、基部と、少なくとも1つの側壁とを備え、前記筐体の前記基部及び前記少なくとも1つの側壁が、前記ボウルの前記基部及び前記少なくとも1つの側壁の周りを囲む、請求項1〜14及び16〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ボウルの前記少なくとも1つの側壁は、リップ内で終端し、前記筐体が、前記リップ上に延在するフランジを含む、請求項1〜15及び17〜19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記筐体は、車輪上に装着された基部によって支持され、その垂直上方にあり、請求項1〜16、18及び19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 重量測定デバイスは、前記筐体の前記基部上に装着された少なくとも1つのロードセルを備え、前記装着板が、前記少なくとも1つのロードセル上に位置付けられ、前記装着板が、前記ボウル内の任意の内容物の重量が変動すると、制限された移動範囲にわたって上向き及び下向きに動くように構成されている、請求項1〜17及び19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記筐体の前記基部から前記装着板を通って延在する固定ロッドをさらに備え、前記装着板が、前記固定ロッドに沿って上向き及び下向きに動くように構成され、前記固定ロッドの頂部における突出部が、前記制限された移動範囲の境界を付ける、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 熱処理システムであって、前記熱処理システムは、
加熱される物質を受容及び保持するように構成されたボウルと、
前記ボウルに熱的に結合され、前記ボウル内の加熱される前記物質の温度を調節するように構成された熱処理デバイスと、
前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物の重量を測定するように位置付けられた重量測定デバイスと、
温度センサと、
ユーザインターフェースと、
前記ユーザインターフェース、前記温度センサ、前記熱処理デバイス、及び前記重量測定デバイスと通信しているコントローラであって、
前記ユーザインターフェースを介して、前記ボウル内の任意の内容物が加熱される目標温度を受信することと、
前記重量測定デバイスから、前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物の重量に関する重量測定情報を受信することと、
前記温度センサから、前記ボウル内の任意の内容物の測定された温度に関する温度測定情報を受信することと、
前記重量測定デバイスから受信された重量測定情報及び前記温度センサから受信された温度測定情報に基づき、前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物を加熱するように前記熱処理デバイスを制御して、前記ボウル内の任意の内容物を前記目標温度に加熱することと、を行うように構成されている、コントローラと、を備える、熱処理システム。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記重量測定デバイスからの重量測定情報をメモリ内に記憶された閾値重量と比較することと、
前記重量測定情報が前記閾値重量よりも大きい場合、第1の加熱速度で前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物を加熱するように前記熱処理デバイスを制御することと、
前記重量測定情報が前記閾値重量未満である場合、前記第1の加熱速度未満の第2の加熱速度で、前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物を加熱するように前記熱処理デバイスを制御することと、を行うように構成されている、請求項20及び22〜30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記コントローラが、前記熱処理デバイスのデューティサイクルを調節することによって加熱速度を制御するように構成されている、請求項20、21、及び23〜30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、
100%のデューティサイクルで前記熱処理デバイスを操作することによって、前記第1の加熱速度で加熱するように前記熱処理デバイスを制御することと、
25%〜75%のデューティサイクルで前記熱処理デバイスを操作することによって、前記第2の加熱速度で加熱するように前記熱処理デバイスを制御することと、を行うように構成されている、請求項20〜22及び24〜30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記ボウルの前記内容物が前記目標温度に近づいていることを前記温度測定情報が示したときに、前記ボウルに加えられる加熱速度を調整するように前記熱処理デバイスを制御するように構成されている、請求項20〜23及び25〜30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記閾値重量は、前記ボウルが加熱される前記物質で満たされているときに測定される最大重量の5パーセント〜20パーセントの範囲内である、請求項20〜24及び26〜30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記閾値重量は、1000グラム未満である、請求項20〜25及び27〜30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザインターフェースは、ユーザによって物理的、可聴的、または光学的に関与されるように構成されている、請求項20〜26及び28〜30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記温度センサは、前記ボウルの前記基部内の密封開口部を通って延在し、前記ボウルの前記基部から熱的に隔離されている、請求項20〜27、29及び30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱処理デバイスは、前記ボウルの周囲に少なくとも部分的に巻き付けられたフィルムヒータを備え、前記フィルムヒータは、周囲温度から加熱される前記物質を華氏90度(32.2℃)〜華氏120度(48.9℃)の範囲の温度に加熱するように構成されている、請求項20〜28及び30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ボウルは、10リットル未満の容量を有する、請求項20〜29のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 重量測定デバイスであって、前記重量測定デバイスは、
基部と、
前記基部によって支持され、計量される物質を受容及び保持するように構成されたボウルであって、前記ボウルが、基部及び前記基部から垂直に上向きに離れて延在する側壁を備え、前記基部及び側壁が、計量される前記物質を受容及び保持する開放頂面を有する境界が付けられた空洞を集合的に形成する、ボウルと、
前記ボウル及びその中の任意の内容物の重量に関する重量情報を得るよう位置付けられた計量デバイスと、
ユーザインターフェースと、
前記重量測定デバイスから、前記ボウル及びその中の計量される前記物質に関する重量測定情報を受信し、かつ計量される前記物質の重量を前記ユーザインターフェース上に表示するように構成されたコントローラと、を備える、重量測定デバイス。 - 前記ボウルは、前記基部の垂直上方にあり、前記基部に対する前記ボウルの高さを調節するように動作可能な高さ調節機構をさらに備える、請求項31及び33〜39のいずれか1項に記載の重量測定デバイス。
- 前記高さ調節機構は、ピストンと、前記ピストンの位置を制御するように動作可能な調節レバーとを備える、請求項31、32、及び34〜39のいずれか1項に記載の重量測定デバイス。
- 前記基部は、車輪上に装着されている、請求項31〜33及び35〜39のいずれか1項に記載の重量測定デバイス。
- 前記収容容器の前記基部に取り付けられた装着板をさらに備える、請求項31〜34及び36〜39のいずれか1項に記載の重量測定デバイス。
- 前記重量測定デバイスは、前記装着板の下に位置付けられた少なくとも1つのロードセルを備え、前記装着板、前記ボウル、及び前記収容容器内の任意の内容物の重量が、前記ロードセルにかかっている、請求項31〜35及び36〜39のいずれか1項に記載の重量測定デバイス。
- 前記ボウルを包囲し、前記装着板及び前記計量デバイスを封入する、筐体をさらに備える、請求項31〜36、38、及び39のいずれか1項に記載の重量測定デバイス。
- 前記筐体は、基部と、少なくとも1つの側壁とを備え、前記筐体の前記基部及び少なくとも1つの側壁が、前記ボウルの前記基部及び前記少なくとも1つの側壁の周りを囲み、
前記ボウルの前記少なくとも1つの側壁は、リップ内で終端し、前記筐体が、前記リップ上に延在するフランジを含む、請求項31〜37及び39のいずれか1項に記載の重量測定デバイス。 - 前記ユーザインターフェースは、前記ボウルの片側に装着された第1のディスプレイを含み、前記ボウルの反対側に装着された第2のディスプレイをさらに備え、前記コントローラが、計量される前記物質の前記重量を前記第1のディスプレイ及び前記第2のディスプレイの両方の上に表示するように構成されている、請求項31〜38のいずれか1項に記載の重量測定デバイス。
