Claims (12)
- 押出ベースの添加剤製造システムにおいて、
−MFR L(ISO 1133に従うメルトフローレート、条件L、すなわち230℃及び2.16kg荷重)が、1〜20g/10分の範囲であり;
−25℃で測定されたキシレン可溶物が、3重量%〜30重量%を含む、エチレン及び1−ブテンまたは1−ヘキセンを含むプロピレンターポリマーを含む消耗性フィラメントの使用。 - 前記プロピレンターポリマーにおいて、25℃で測定されたキシレン可溶物が、4重量%〜25重量%を含む、請求項1に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 前記プロピレンターポリマーにおいて、MFR L(ISO 1133に従うメルトフローレート、条件L、すなわち230℃及び2.16kg荷重)が、2〜15g/10分の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 前記プロピレンターポリマーにおいて、25℃で測定されたキシレン可溶物が、6重量%〜15重量%を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 前記プロピレンターポリマーにおいて、エチレン誘導単位含量が、1.0重量%〜20.0重量%の範囲であり、1−ブテンまたは1−ヘキセン誘導単位含量が、2.0重量%〜22.0重量%の範囲である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 前記プロピレンターポリマーにおいて、エチレン誘導単位含量が、2.0重量%〜15.0重量%の範囲であり、1−ブテンまたは1−ヘキセン誘導単位含量が、3.0重量%〜18.0重量%の範囲である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 前記フィラメントは、+/−0.05mmの変動を有する一定の直径を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 前記フィラメントは、+/−0.03mmの変動を有する一定の直径を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 前記フィラメントは、1.75mmまたは3mm+/−0.05mmの直径を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 前記フィラメントは、1.75mmまたは3mm+/−0.03mmの直径を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 前記プロピレンターポリマーが、エチレン及び1−ブテンを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
- 3D印刷物品の製造のための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフィラメントの使用。
