Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年3月29日に出願された米国仮出願第62/314,484号の利益を主張する。
b)潜在性触媒を活性化することと、を含む、プロセスが開示される。
1,1,3,3−テトラメチルグアニジン(TMG)と水との等モル混合物をアセトニトリルに溶解(混合物/アセトニトリル(1vol/1vol))し、試験管に導入した。リン酸を炭酸カルシウムに滴下させた反応によって生成された二酸化炭素を試験管内で泡立たせた。ブロック化反応を室温で1〜2時間行った。反応の終わりに、アセトニトリルに不溶性のTMGベースのアルキル炭酸塩をろ過し、過剰のアセトニトリルで洗浄した。塩をフード下、ろ紙中で一晩乾燥させ、さらに精製することなく分析した。活性化温度範囲は80〜130℃であると決定された。90℃での活性化時間は30分であると決定された。
・対照:MOR−FREE 698A+C79(100/50)
・不活性触媒(CAT1):1分間撹拌された、MOR−FREE 698A+C79(100/50で混合)+0.05重量%の不活性なTMGベースの触媒(上記で調製された)
・活性触媒(活性化CAT1):1分間撹拌された、MOR−FREE 698A+0.05重量%の活性化したTMGベースの触媒と混合したC79(100/50)
・TMG対照:約1分間撹拌された、MOR−FREE 698A+C79(100/50で混合)+0.03重量%のTMG
Claims (10)
- 接着剤配合物であって、
a)ポリウレタン組成物と、
b)潜在性触媒であって、
i)アミジン含有化合物、グアニジン含有化合物、またはアミン含有化合物、
ii)二酸化炭素、及び
iii)水、アルコール、アミン、またはチオール、の反応生成物である、潜在性触媒と、を含む、接着剤配合物。 - 前記ポリウレタン組成物が、前記ポリウレタン組成物の総乾燥重量に基づいて、10〜40重量%のイソシアネート及び60〜90重量%のポリオールを含む、請求項1に記載の接着剤配合物。
- 前記触媒が、1,8−ジアザビシクロウンデカ−7−エン、1,1,3,3−テトラメチルグアニジン(TMG)、及びtert−ブチル−1,1,3,3−テトラメチルグアニジンからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤配合物。
- 前記触媒が、前記配合物の総乾燥重量に基づいて、0.0001〜10重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤配合物。
- 前記ポリウレタン組成物が、溶剤を含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤配合物。
- 前記ポリウレタン組成物が、溶剤を含有しない、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤配合物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤配合物を製造するプロセスであって、
a)前記ポリウレタン組成物を形成した後に、前記ポリウレタン組成物に前記潜在性触媒を添加することと、
b)前記潜在性触媒を活性化することと、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記潜在性触媒が、ステップb)において、加熱、機械的な力、または放射線を使用して活性化される、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤配合物から調製される、ラミネート用接着剤。
- 請求項9に記載のラミネート用接着剤から調製される、可撓性パッケージ。
