Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生システム用気化組立品であって、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を送達するための液体エアロゾル形成基体送達装置と、
ヒーター組立品とを備え、
前記ヒーター組立品が耐熱基板および電気ヒーター要素を備え、
前記液体エアロゾル形成基体送達装置が、液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記耐熱基板の少なくとも一表面に送達するために配置されており、
前記発熱体が前記液体エアロゾル形成基体から分離されている、気化組立品。 - 前記ヒーター組立品の前記耐熱基板が透明である、請求項1に記載の気化組立品。
- 前記耐熱基板の前記表面が実質的に平面である、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の気化組立品。
- 前記発熱体が前記耐熱基板内に包埋されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の気化組立品。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が前記液体エアロゾル形成基体送達装置に取り外し可能なように接続されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の気化組立品。
- 前記ヒーター組立品の前記耐熱基板が、液体エアロゾル形成基体に対して低粘着性または抗粘着性を有する材料で作製されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の気化組立品。
- 前記ヒーター組立品の前記耐熱基板が非多孔性である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の気化組立品。
- 前記液体エアロゾル形成基体送達装置が、前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記ヒーター上に吹き付けるためのポンプとノズルを備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の気化組立品。
- ノズルが前記ヒーター組立品から少なくとも0.1mm、かつ2.5mmを越えない間隙を介する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の気化組立品。
- 前記気化組立品が細長く、かつ長軸方向軸を有し、また前記耐熱基板の前記表面が前記長軸方向軸に対して傾斜している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の気化組立品。
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の気化組立品と、
内部に前記気化組立品が位置するハウジングとを備え、
前記ヒーター組立品が前記システムの外側から見えるように、前記ハウジングの少なくとも一部が透明な材料で作製される、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記ハウジングがマウスピースを備え、前記気化組立品の前記ヒーター組立品が前記マウスピース内に位置し、また前記マウスピースが透明な材料から作製されている、請求項11に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記マウスピースおよびヒーター組立品が、単一の部品として一体的に形成されている、請求項12に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 請求項12または13のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システムであって、
電源および制御ユニットを備える装置部分と、
交換可能な液体貯蔵部分とを備え、
前記マウスピースが前記装置部分および前記液体貯蔵部分から取り外し可能である、エアロゾル発生システム。 - エアロゾルを発生させるための方法であって、
液体エアロゾル形成基体をエアロゾル発生システムの液体貯蔵部分内に貯蔵することと、
耐熱基板を備えるヒーター組立品および液体エアロゾル形成基体を受けるように構成された電気発熱体を提供することと、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記液体貯蔵部分から送達装置を介して前記ヒーター組立品に送達することであって、前記送達装置が前記液体貯蔵と流体連通している、前記送達することと、
前記送達された液体エアロゾル形成基体の少なくとも一部を、前記ヒーター組立品の前記発熱体を起動することによって揮発することとを含み、
それによって、前記発熱体が前記液体エアロゾル形成基体から分離される、方法。
