Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)の受け入れのための運搬器具(1)の製造方法であって、
被覆されるべき表面(12)及び前記表面の側部上に開口した空間(14)を有する受け入れ本体(10)を用意するステップと、
密封面(22)を有する第2の本体(20)を用意して前記第2の本体(20)の前記密封面(22)を前記受け入れ本体(10)の前記被覆されるべき表面(12)が少なくとも前記受け入れ本体内の前記空間(14)の周囲のところで前記第2の本体(20)によって密封されるよう位置決めするステップと、
形成可能又は成形可能な充填材(30)を前記空間(14)内に提供して前記充填材(30)が前記第2の本体(20)の前記密封面(22)と相補する形状の表面を形成して前記空間(14)を塞ぐようにするステップと、
少なくとも前記第2の本体(20)の前記密封面(22)に接触した前記充填材(30)の体積部分を凝固させるステップと、
前記第2の本体(20)の前記密封面(22)を前記被覆されるべき表面(12)ならびに前記充填材(30)によって提供された前記表面から取り去るステップと、
‐前記被覆されるべき表面(12)を被覆して前記空間(14)を密封するメンブレン(50)が提供されるようにするステップとを含む、運搬器具(1)の製造方法。 - 前記充填材(30)は、前記被覆ステップ後に少なくとも部分的に除去される、請求項1記載の運搬器具(1)の製造方法。
- 前記受け入れ本体(10)は、中空空間、特に中空筒体(16)を包囲する、請求項1又は2記載の運搬器具(1)の製造方法。
- 前記受け入れ本体内の前記空間(14)は、連続開口部(141)によって実現される、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の運搬器具(1)の製造方法。
- 前記第2の本体(20)の前記密封面(22)は、前記受け入れ本体(10)及び前記第2の本体(20)のうちの少なくとも一方の温度の変化及びこれに対応したそれぞれの前記本体の膨張又は収縮プロセスに起因しかつ/あるいは前記第2の本体(20)又は前記第2の本体の部分部分をインフレートさせることに起因して、前記密封面(22)を前記被覆されるべき表面(12)に圧接することによって位置決めされる、請求項3又は4記載の運搬器具(1)の製造方法。
- 前記充填材(30)は、液体又はペースト状の状態で前記受け入れ本体(10)内の前記空間(14)中に挿入され、そして冷却又は加熱及び/又は硬化によって少なくとも部分的に凝固させられる、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の運搬器具(1)の製造方法。
- 前記第2の本体(20)の前記密封面(22)は、前記第2の本体(20)の温度の低下及び/又は前記第2の本体(20)内の圧力減少に起因する前記第2の本体(20)の収縮によって前記被覆されるべき表面(12)ならびに前記充填材(30)により提供された前記表面から取り去られる、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の運搬器具(1)の製造方法。
- 好ましくは請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の方法により製造された少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)の受け入れのための運搬器具(1)であって、受け入れ本体(10)を有し、前記受け入れ本体(10)内には空間(14)が設けられ、前記空間(14)は、少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)を受け入れるのに適しており、前記空間は、前記受け入れ本体(10)の表面(12)上に開口し、前記運搬器具(1)は、前記受け入れ本体(10)の前記表面(12)を少なくとも部分的に密封するとともに前記表面(12)内の前記空間(14)の開口部を閉鎖するメンブレン(50)を有する、少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)の受け入れのための運搬器具(1)。
- 前記メンブレンの厚さは、10マイクロメートル未満である、請求項8記載の少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)の受け入れのための運搬器具(1)。
- 前記メンブレン(50)は、前記受け入れ本体(10)の前記空間(14)の前記開口部を提供している前記表面(12)全体を本質的に覆う、請求項8又は9記載の少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)の受け入れのための運搬器具(1)。
- 前記メンブレン材料は、ポリ(p−キシルレン)である、請求項8〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)の受け入れのための運搬器具(1)。
- 媒体(60)、特に流体の少なくとも1つの物理的パラメータ及び/又は化学組成の検出及び/又は測定のためのシステムであって、請求項8〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)の受け入れのための前記運搬器具(1)と、前記運搬器具(1)の前記受け入れ本体(10)の前記空間(14)内に位置決めされた少なくとも1つのセンサ(40)とを含む、検出及び/又は測定のためのシステム。
- 前記センサ(40)は、前記受け入れ本体(10)内の前記空間(14)内に収容された充填材(30)内に埋め込まれている、請求項12記載の検出及び/又は測定のためのシステム。
- i)前記センサ(40)及び前記メンブレン(50)は、互いに対して距離を置いた状態で位置決めされ、又は
ii)前記センサ(40)は、前記メンブレン(50)に直に接触している、請求項12又は13記載の検出及び/又は測定のためのシステム。 - 媒体(60)、特に流体の少なくとも1つの物理的パラメータ及び/又は化学組成の検出及び/又は測定のための方法であって、前記方法は、少なくとも以下のステップ、すなわち、
i)請求項12〜14のうちいずれか一に記載の検出及び/又は測定のためのシステムを用意するステップと、
ii)少なくとも1つの物理的パラメータ及び/又は化学組成が検出されるとともに/あるいは測定される媒体(60)を用意するステップと、
iii)前記媒体(60)を検出及び/又は測定のための前記システムに対して位置決めして前記媒体(60)の少なくとも1つの物理的パラメータ及び/又は化学組成を前記センサ(40)によって測定することができるようにするステップと、
iv)前記媒体(60)の少なくとも1つの物理的パラメータ及び/又は化学組成を検出するとともに/あるいは測定するステップとを含む、方法。
