Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- ターボ機械のための部品(1)を製造するための方法であって、
− 付加製造方法により、前記部品(1)のためのベース材料(2)から前記部品を付加積層するステップと、
− 繊維材料が部品軸線周りの前記部品(1)の周方向(A)に沿って配向されるようにかつ繊維複合材料(4)が作り出されるように、前記付加積層するステップの間に、前記部品(1)のための構造内に繊維材料(3)を導入するステップであって、前記繊維複合材料が、前記繊維材料(3)と、前記付加積層するステップの結果として固化されるベース材料(2)と、を含み、前記繊維材料(3)が、特に酸化アルミニウム、ムライト、SiBCN、SiCN又はSiCからなるセラミック材料を含む、ステップと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記繊維材料(3)が、ロボット制御される器具(5)により導入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維材料(3)が、前記部品(1)の積層方向(C)に沿って見ると、前記部品(1)の中央領域(6)においてのみ導入されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記付加製造方法が、選択的レーザー溶融、選択的レーザー焼結、電子ビーム溶融又はレーザー蒸着溶接であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース材料(2)が、少なくとも部分的に前記繊維材料(3)同士の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維材料(3)には、導入の前にコーティング(12)が提供されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ターボ機械のための部品(1)であって、
前記部品が、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法により、製造されるか又は製造可能であり、
前記部品が、ターボ機械、例えばガスタービンのロータ部分であることを特徴とする部品(1)。 - 前記部品が、ターボ機械における動作中に回転する部分、例えば圧縮機ブレードを取り付けるためのタービンディスクであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の部品(1)。
- 繊維複合材料(4)を備える、ターボ機械のためのタービンディスクであって、
前記繊維複合材料(4)が、特に酸化アルミニウム、ムライト、SiBCN、SiCN又はSiCからなるセラミック材料を含む繊維材料(3)と、マトリックス材料と、も含み、
前記繊維材料(3)が、周方向(A)に沿って配向されるか、又は動作中の前記タービンディスクの回転軸線(A)周りで前記タービンディスクに沿って配向されることを特徴とするタービンディスク。 - 前記繊維材料(3)が、カーボン、ホウ素及び/又は玄武岩の1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタービンディスク。
- ターボ機械のための部品を製造するためのデバイス(10)であって、
前記デバイス(10)が、ベース材料(2)から前記部品(1)を付加積層するように構成され、
前記デバイス(10)が、器具(5)を有し、前記器具(5)が、繊維材料(3)が部品軸線周りの前記部品(1)の周方向(A)に沿って配向されるようにかつ繊維複合材料(4)が作り出されるように、前記部品(1)のための構造内に繊維材料(3)を導入するように構成され、前記繊維複合材料が、前記繊維材料(3)と、固化されたベース材料と、を含んでいることを特徴とするデバイス。
