第2のバインダを前記第2の粉末層(130)の所定の位置に堆積させることと、
前記第1のバインダの少なくとも一部および前記第2のバインダの少なくとも一部を少なくとも部分的に硬化させてニアネットシェイプ未焼結部分(150)を形成することと
を含む、方法。
[実施態様2]
前記未焼結部分(150)を緻密化して予備焼結プリフォーム(160)のニアネットシェイプ構成要素を形成することをさらに含む、実施態様1に記載の方法。
[実施態様3]
タービン物品(200)を組み立てることをさらに含み、タービン物品(200)を前記組み立てることが、前記予備焼結プリフォーム(160)のニアネットシェイプ構成要素をタービン物品構成要素(210)に固定して前記タービン物品(200)を形成することを含む、実施態様2に記載の方法。

Claims (15)
- ニアネットシェイプ構成要素を作製する方法であって、
バインダジェット付加製造技術によって、ニアネットシェイプ構成要素を作製することを含み、前記バインダジェット付加製造技術は、
第1の粉末と、第2の粉末とを含む第1の粉末層(110)を堆積させることと、
第1のバインダを前記第1の粉末層(110)の所定の位置に堆積させることと、
第2の粉末層(130)を第1の粉末層(110)の少なくとも一部の上に堆積させることと、
第2のバインダを前記第2の粉末層(130)の所定の位置に堆積させることと、
前記第1のバインダの少なくとも一部および前記第2のバインダの少なくとも一部を少なくとも部分的に硬化させてニアネットシェイプ未焼結部分(150)を形成することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記未焼結部分(150)を緻密化して予備焼結プリフォーム(160)のニアネットシェイプ構成要素を形成することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- タービン物品(200)を組み立てることをさらに含み、タービン物品(200)を前記組み立てることが、前記予備焼結プリフォーム(160)のニアネットシェイプ構成要素をタービン物品構成要素(210)に固定して前記タービン物品(200)を形成することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。

第1の粉末と、第2の粉末と、バインダとを備える緻密化されたバインダジェットが堆積された予備焼結プリフォーム(160)を備え、前記ニアネットシェイプ構成要素は、複雑な幾何学的形状を含む、ニアネットシェイプ構成要素。 - 前記緻密化された予備焼結プリフォーム(160)が、焼結、溶体化、エージング、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項11に記載のニアネットシェイプ構成要素。
- 前記ニアネットシェイプ構成要素が、タービンバケット、タービンノズル、タービンシュラウド、翼形部、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるタービン物品(200)に接合される、請求項11に記載のニアネットシェイプ構成要素。
- 前記第1の粉末が、前記第2の粉末の融点より低い融点を有する、請求項11に記載のニアネットシェイプ構成要素。
- 前記予備焼結プリフォーム(160)が、前記第1の粉末の前記融点より高く、前記第2の粉末の前記融点より低い温度に加熱され、前記ニアネットシェイプ構成要素が、タービン構成要素に接合されたときに亀裂を実質的に有さない、請求項15に記載のニアネットシェイプ構成要素。
