Claims (17)
- セラミックマトリクス複合体(10)を付加製造する方法であって、
− 前記セラミックマトリクス複合体用のセラミック繊維(3)および粉末状の母材(2)を提供するステップと、
− 所定の形状に従って、前記母材(2)により形成された粉末床のエネルギービーム(6)の照射により前記セラミックマトリクス複合体のためのセラミックマトリクス材料(5)を層ごとにビルドアップするステップであって、前記セラミック繊維(3)および前記粉末床の接触領域(CR)において、前記セラミック繊維(3)が部分的にのみ再溶融されるように、前記エネルギービーム(6)のパラメータが局在的に選択されることで、前記母材(2)は再溶融され、固化されおよび前記セラミック繊維(3)に接着接合される、層ごとにビルドアップするステップとを含む方法。 - 前記繊維(3)は、前記照射に先立って前記付加製造のための構築空間(BS)内に事前位置決めされている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維(3)は、可動装置により前記付加製造の間に前記粉末床内に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維(3)の厚さ(D1)は、前記層ごとのビルドアップ用の前記母材(2)の層厚(D2、4)の半分以上に達する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記母材(2)の粒子の直径は、前記繊維(3)の厚さ(D1)よりも5から10倍小さい、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粉末床領域(PR)から前記接触領域(CR)への移行における前記エネルギービーム(6)の前記照射のモードは、前記繊維(3)の材料が部分的にのみ再溶融されるように変更される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末床領域(PR)において、前記エネルギービーム(6)の前記照射が連続波モードで実行され、前記接触領域(CR)において、前記エネルギービームの前記照射がパルスモードで実行され、出力、パルス幅、繰り返し率およびパルス形状から選択される照射パラメータの少なくとも1つが適合されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギービーム(6)の出力または出力密度は、前記粉末床領域(PR)から前記接触領域(CR)への移行において低減される、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維(3)はフィラメント形状を有しており、前記繊維(3)の直径(D1)は、層ごとのビルドアップに先立って、例えば酸化物被覆により増大され、それぞれの被覆材料(7)は、前記照射の間に再溶融される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維(3)および前記母材(2)は、C/C、SiC/SiC、Al2O3/Al2O3、ZrO2/ZrO2またはムライト/ムライトの材料系などの同類のセラミック材料で作られるか、またはそれらを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維(3)および前記母材(2)は、C/SiC、Al2O3/ZrO2の材料系のような異種のセラミック材料で作られるか、またはそれらを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末床は、破断および/または応力を防止するために、例えばCO2レーザーまたはNd:YAGレーザーなどのレーザー、電子ビームまたは誘導加熱手段により、1500℃を超える温度まで予熱される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミックマトリクス複合体は、層ごとのビルドアップ後に、熱間静水圧加圧および/または後浸透によるなど、構造的に後処理されていない、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 95%以上の密度をさらに含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造されるか、または製造することができる構成要素。
- 1000MPaを超える曲げ強度を有する材料を含む、請求項14に記載の構成要素。
- 70μm未満の平均表面粗さを有する材料を含む、請求項14または15に記載の構成要素。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の、前記繊維(3)の前記粉末床の中への配置のために構成されている、前記付加製造のための装置であって、前記装置は照射装置(20)から独立してさらに移動可能である、前記付加製造のための装置。
