Abstract
Description
−ケーシングの環状面にアブレイダブル材料ペーストを塗布するステップと、
−第1の案内手段がケーシングの環状面、たとえば半径方向内側面を半径方向に圧迫するように、かつ第2の案内手段がケーシングの支持面を、たとえばケーシングの端部フランジを軸線方向に圧迫するように前述のタイプの装置をケーシングに取り付けるステップと、
−ローラが旋回し、ペースト状のアブレイダブル材料の上に載っており、したがってローラが対応する表面にペースト状の可鍛性アブレイダブル材料を配置するようにケーシングに対して装置を相対的に移動させるステップと
を含む段階を含む、方法に関する。
Claims (10)
- タービンエンジンの環状ケーシング(1)の表面にアブレイダブル材料を塗布するように設計されたアブレイダブル材料を適用するための装置(11)であって、ケーシングが、長手方向軸線に沿って延在し、装置(11)が、ケーシングの軸線に対して半径方向にケーシング(1)に対して支持体(12,13)を案内することができる第1の案内手段(14)を備えた支持体(12,13)を備え、支持体(12,13)が、ケーシングの軸線方向にケーシング(1)に対して支持体(12,13)を案内することができる第2の案内手段(16)を備え、塗布ローラ(20)が、軸線方向に支持体(12,13)に対して旋回可能に取り付けられ、調整手段(22,23)が、半径方向に第1の案内手段(14)に対してローラ(20)の位置を調整することができる、装置(11)。
- 第1の案内手段が、半径方向にケーシング(1)を圧迫することができ、前記ケーシング(1)上を移動することができる転がり手段(14)を備えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(11)。
- 第2の案内手段が、軸線方向にケーシング(1)を圧迫することができ、前記ケーシング(1)上を移動することができる転がり手段(16)を備えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置(11)。
- 支持体が、第1の部分(12)および第1の部分(12)に対して半径方向に可動の第2の部分(13)を備え、ローラ(20)が、支持体の第2の部分(13)に旋回可能に取り付けられ、第1の案内手段(14)および第2の案内手段(16)が、支持体の第1の部分(13)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置(11)。
- 調整手段(22,23)が、支持体の第1の部分(12)と第2の部分(13)との間に取り付けられることができ、半径方向に第1の部分(12)に対して第2の部分(13)の位置を調整するように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置(11)。
- 調整手段が、少なくとも1つのナットと相互に作用する少なくとも1つのねじ(22)を備え、ナットに対してねじ(22)を回転させることにより、第1の部分(12)に対して第2の部分(13)の並進運動を引き起こすことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置(11)。
- 半径方向に第1の部分(12)に対して第2の部分(13)を案内するための並進案内手段(24)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の装置(11)。
- 支持体(13,14)が、把持手段、たとえば少なくとも1つのハンドル(18,19)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置(11)。
- ローラ(20)が、互いに無関係に旋回することができる少なくとも2つの部分(20a,20b,および20c)、たとえば少なくとも1つの円筒形部分(20a,20b)および少なくとも1つの円錐台形状部分(20c)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置(11)。
- タービンエンジンケーシング(1)にアブレイダブル材料を適用する方法であって、
ケーシング(1)の環状面にアブレイダブル材料ペースト(6,7)を塗布するステップと、
第1の案内手段(14)がケーシング(1)の環状面(2)、たとえば半径方向内側面(2)を半径方向に圧迫するように、かつ第2の案内手段(16)がケーシング(1)の支持面を、たとえばケーシング(1)の端部フランジ(3,4)を軸線方向に圧迫するように請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置(11)をケーシング(1)に取り付けるステップと、
ローラ(20)が旋回し、ペースト状のアブレイダブル材料(6,7)の上に載っており、したがってローラ(20)が対応する表面にペースト状の可鍛性アブレイダブル材料(6,7)を配置するようにケーシング(1)に対して装置(11)を相対的に移動させるステップと
を含む段階を含む、方法。
