Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 入口と出口を有する四角筒状からなるカンと、
表面に触媒がコーティングされた波板および平板が交互に積層されて多数の中空型セルが形成され、前記カンに挿入されたセル形成体と、
前記カンから前記セル形成体が離脱することを防止するために前記カンの入口および出口に設けられた固定ユニットと、
を含む、触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記固定ユニットは、前記カンの入口と出口に設けられて前記セル形成体が前記カンから離脱することを防止するための複数の固定バーを含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。
- 前記固定バーは、前記カンの両側面に締結部材を使用して固定する、請求項2に記載の触媒担体モジュール。
- 前記固定バーは、前記カンにブレージング、ウェルディング、ソルダリング、拡散接合のうちの一つの方法で接合される、請求項2に記載の触媒担体モジュール。
- 前記固定ユニットは、前記カンの入口と出口からそれぞれ両側面が延長された後、180度曲げられて前記セル形成体の離脱を防止する第1乃至第4固定部を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。
- 前記固定ユニットは、
前記カンの入口から両側面が延長された後、直角に曲げられて前記セル形成体の離脱を防止する第1および第2延長曲げ部と、
前記カンの出口から両側面が延長された後、直角に曲げられて前記セル形成体の離脱を防止する第3および第4延長曲げ部と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記固定ユニットは、
前記カンの側面に貫通して形成される固定スロットと、
前記固定スロットに嵌合して隣接して整列される第1カンと第2カンの間を固定すると同時に、前記第1カンと前記第2カンに挿入された前記セル形成体の離脱を防止するくさび部材と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記固定ユニットは、
前記カンの入口または出口から両側面が延長された後、直角に曲げられて前記セル形成体の離脱を防止する第1および第2延長曲げ部と、
前記カンの出口または入口からそれぞれ両側面が延長された後、180度曲げられて前記セル形成体の離脱を防止する第1および第2固定部と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記固定ユニットは、
前記カンの出口から両側面が延長された後、直角に曲げられて前記セル形成体の離脱を防止する第1および第2延長曲げ部と、
前記カンの入口に設けられて前記セル形成体が前記カンから離脱することを防止するための第1および第2固定バーと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記固定ユニットは、
前記カンの入口または出口に設けられて前記セル形成体が前記カンから離脱することを防止するための第1および第2固定バーと、
前記カンの出口または入口からそれぞれ両側面が延長された後、180度曲げられて前記セル形成体の離脱を防止する第1および第2固定部と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記固定ユニットは、
前記カンの入口または出口から両側面が延長された後、直角に曲げられて前記セル形成体の離脱を防止する第1および第2延長曲げ部と、
前記カンの出口または入口の側面に貫通して形成される固定スロットと、
前記固定スロットに嵌合して隣接して整列される第1カンと第2カンの間を固定すると同時に、前記第1カンと前記第2カンに挿入された前記セル形成体の離脱を防止するくさび部材と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記固定ユニットは、
前記カンの入口または出口からそれぞれ両側面が延長された後、180度曲げられて前記セル形成体の離脱を防止する第1および第2固定部と、
前記カンの出口または入口の側面に貫通して形成される固定スロットと、
前記固定スロットに嵌合して隣接して整列される第1カンと第2カンの間を固定すると同時に、前記第1カンと前記第2カンに挿入された前記セル形成体の離脱を防止するくさび部材と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記固定ユニットは、前記カンの内面と前記セル形成体の間に挿入されて前記セル形成体を固定するスペーサ部材を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。
- 前記固定ユニットは、前記平板および波板の端部を前記カンの内面と溶接して固定する溶接部を含む、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。
- 前記カンの入口と出口にはそれぞれオーバーハング領域が備えられるように、前記セル形成体は前記カンの長さよりも短く設定され、
前記固定ユニットは前記オーバーハング領域に設けられる、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記くさび部材は、第1カンと第2カンの側面が嵌合する嵌合溝部と、
前記嵌合溝部の一側から突出して前記第1カンに積層された平板と波板を固定する第1固定突起と、
前記嵌合溝部の他側から突出して前記第2カンに積層された平板と波板を固定する第2固定突起と、
を含む、請求項7に記載の触媒担体モジュール。 - 前記セル成形体の波板と平板は、金属薄板に白金、パラジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、銀、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、マンガンおよびセリウムからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つの金属またはバナジア(V2O5)、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、酸化タングステンのうちの一つの金属酸化物がコーティングされた、請求項1に記載の触媒担体モジュール。
