Abstract
Description
本発明による電動機を実装した。以下のパラメータ及び結果値がそれぞれ得られた:
1. U字形コイルの個数:2、
2. 永久磁石の個数:4、
3. 各コイル内の巻線の個数:201、
4. コイル内で使用したワイヤの直径:7mm、
5. 電圧供給のレベル:8〜20VDC、
6. 電流のレベル:2×200A=400A、
7. 電動機の出力:最大50KW、
8. 電流の極性の変化速度:ディスク1回転につき4回、
9. 1分あたりの到達回転数:最大3000rpm、
10. ディスクの直径:400mm。
11. 3000rpmの速度におけるCEMFは12%以下であることが見出されている。
Claims (12)
- 電動機において、
(A)ロータであって、
a. 同心のシャフト及びディスク、並びに
b. 前記ディスク上にリング状の構造で等角度に離間され且つ等半径に配設されている複数の永久磁石を備える、ロータと、
(B)ステータであって、
c. 平面視してU字形構造及び側面視して両C字形構造を有する複数のコイルであって、前記コイルは等角度に離間され且つ前記ロータの前記ディスクに対して等半径に配設されており、前記C字形構造の各部分は前記リング状の構造及びディスクが回転移動する際に通過する空洞を有する、複数のコイルと、
d. 前記U字形コイルの各々内にある複数巻線のコイルと、を備えるステータと、を備える、電動機。 - 前記U字形コイルはステータ基部に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記ロータの任意の2つの隣接する永久磁石の間に強磁性のコアが配設されており、これにより閉リングが形成される、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 方向が入れ替わるDC電流が前記コイルのうちの前記コイルに供給される、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記コイルの全てが並列に接続されており、この結果これらは単一のDC源から給電されるようになっている、請求項4に記載の電動機。
- 前記コイルに対する前記永久磁石のうちの1つ又は複数の位置をそれぞれ感知するための及びDC電流の方向をいつ変更するべきかについての指示をそれぞれ提供するための、1つ又は複数のセンサを更に備える、請求項4に記載の電動機。
- 前記センサの各々はホール型センサである、請求項6に記載の電動機。
- 前記DC電流の方向の前記変更は制御装置によって行われ、前記変更は前記1つ又は複数のセンサから受信される信号によって時間設定される、請求項5に記載の電動機。
- 隣接する永久磁石の極は、同じ極がS−S、N−N...の配置で互いに対面するように配置されている、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記複数のコイルの各々の巻線は、コイル・ボビンの周囲に繰り返し巻かれている単一の導体によって形成されている、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 比較的低電流且つ比較的高電圧のものである、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 永久磁石の個数は前記U字形コイルの個数の2倍である、請求項1に記載の電動機。
