図1は実施例に係る発光モジュールの斜視図であり、図2は図1の光学モジュールの結合側面図であり、図3は図2の光学モジュールの平面図であり、図4は図3の光学モジュールのA-A線断面図であり、図5は図4の光学モジュールにおいて反射体のリセス及び光学レンズの構造を説明するための図面であり、図6は図4の光学モジュールにおける光経路を説明するための図面である。
Claims (10)
- 凹状のリセス及び前記リセスの周りに外側に凹んだ曲面を有する側面を含む本体と、
前記本体のリセスの下部に発光ダイオードを有する発光モジュールと、
前記本体の上に配置された入射部及び前記入射部の上に凸状の曲面を有するレンズ部を含む光学レンズと、を含み、
前記入射部は、前記本体の上面及び前記リセスの上に配置され、
前記入射部は、前記本体の上面と重なった垂直方向に第1領域と、前記レンズ部の外側周りに沿って前記リセスの上部と垂直方向に重なった第2領域を含み、
前記レンズ部は、前記リセスと垂直方向に重なり、
前記リセスの上部は、最大第1直径を有し、
前記レンズ部の下部は、最大第2直径を有し、
前記第2直径は、前記第1直径より小さく、
前記リセスの下部は、前記第2直径より小さい第3直径を有し、
前記発光ダイオードの上面は、前記リセスの曲面の下端を連結した水平な直線より低く配置される、光学モジュール。 - 前記本体は、前記発光モジュールが配置され、前記リセスの底が開放された収納部を含み、
前記発光モジュールは、前記収納部の底に配置され、前記発光ダイオードに電気的に連結された回路基板を含み、
前記収納部の底の中心は、前記レンズ部の中心に整列する、請求項1に記載の光学モジュール。 - 前記レンズ部は、非球面形状を含み、
前記第2直径は、前記第1直径の80%以上であり、
前記入射部において、前記第2領域の下面面積は、前記第1領域の下面面積より小さい、請求項1に記載の光学モジュール。 - 前記光学レンズの高さは、前記リセスの深さより小さく、
前記第1直径と前記第2直径の比率は、1:0.81〜1:0.91の範囲を有し、
前記光学レンズの入射部は、フラットな入射面を有し、
前記光学レンズから出射した光の指向角は、15度以下である、請求項3に記載の光学モジュール。 - 前記発光ダイオードから放出された第1光は、光軸を基準に第1入射角で前記レンズ部に直接入射して、前記レンズ部を通じて第1出射角で出射し、
前記発光ダイオードから放出された第2光は、光軸を基準に第2入射角で前記リセスの側面で反射され、前記レンズ部の外側に配置された前記入射部を通じて第2出射角で出射し、
前記第1入射角は、光軸を基準に35度以下であり、
前記第2入射角は、光軸を基準に35度以上であり、
前記第1、2出射角は、光軸または垂直な軸を基準に15度以下である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の光学モジュール。 - 前記発光ダイオードから放出された第1光は、光軸を基準に第1入射角で前記レンズ部に直接入射して、前記レンズ部を通じて第1出射角で出射し、
前記発光ダイオードから放出された第2光は、光軸を基準に第2入射角で前記リセスの側面で反射され、前記レンズ部の外側に配置された前記入射部を通じて第2出射角で出射し、
前記第1入射角と前記第1出射角の比率は、1.7以下であり、
前記第2入射角と前記第2出射角の比率は、0.375以下である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の光学モジュール。 - 前記本体は、セラミック材質またはアルミニウム材質を含み、
前記リセスは、上方から見た形状が円形状を有し、
前記リセスの直径は、前記発光ダイオードに隣接するほど漸減する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の光学モジュール。 - 前記リセスの曲面は、曲率半径が1.5mm以下であり、
前記入射部の下面は、平坦な水平面を含み、
前記入射部の下面面積は、前記リセスの上面面積より大きい、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の光学モジュール。 - 前記発光ダイオードは、紫外線波長の光を発光し、
前記リセスは、上方から見た形状が円形状を有し、
前記リセスの直径は、前記発光ダイオードに隣接するほど漸減し、
前記光学レンズから出射した光の指向角は、15度以下である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の光学モジュール。 - 前記発光ダイオードは、紫外線波長の光を発光し、
前記リセスは、上方から見た形状が円形状を有し、
前記リセスの直径は、前記発光ダイオードに隣接するほど漸減し、
前記回路基板の下面は、前記本体の下面と同一水平面に配置され、前記収納部内に配置され、
前記回路基板は、セラミック材質を含み、
前記回路基板の幅は、前記収納部の幅より小さい、請求項2に記載の光学モジュール。
