Claims (15)
- 電子回路と、
電源と、
前記電子回路と前記電源との間に結合されるスイッチング回路と、
前記スイッチング回路へ結合される電磁場検出回路であり、該電磁場検出回路の検出範囲内でNFC送信器によって生成された電磁場を検出し、NFC送信器によって生成された電磁場が前記電磁場検出回路の前記検出範囲内で検出される場合にトリガ信号を生成する前記電磁場検出回路と
を有するウェアラブルデバイスであって、
前記トリガ信号に応答して前記電子回路と前記電源との間の接続をオンするよう、前記スイッチング回路は、フリップフロップを有するか、あるいは、前記スイッチング回路は、入力トランジスタ及びヒューズを含むトランジスタ回路を含み、
前記ヒューズは、前記入力トランジスタが前記トリガ信号に応答して前記電子回路と前記電源との間の接続をオンすることを可能にするために、前記NFC送信器によって生成された前記電磁場の検出に応答して融解するよう構成される、
ことを特徴とするウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記スイッチング回路は、スイッチングトランジスタを有し、
前記スイッチングトランジスタのゲートは、前記フリップフロップの出力部又は前記トランジスタ回路の出力部へ接続され、前記スイッチングトランジスタのソースは、前記電源へ接続され、前記スイッチングトランジスタのドレインは、前記電子回路へ接続される、
請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記スイッチング回路は、前記フリップフロップを有し、前記トリガ信号に応答して前記電子回路と前記電源との間の接続をオン又はオフするよう構成される、
請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記トランジスタ回路は、前記トリガ信号に応答して前記電子回路と前記電源との間の接続を恒久的にオンするよう構成される、
請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記入力トランジスタのゲート及びソースは、前記電磁場検出回路へ接続される、
請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記ヒューズは、前記入力トランジスタのドレインと接地との間に結合される、
請求項5に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記スイッチングトランジスタのゲートは、前記入力トランジスタのドレインへ接続される前記ヒューズの端子へ接続される、
請求項6に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記電源と前記スイッチングトランジスタのゲートとの間には抵抗が結合される、
請求項7に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記電磁場検出回路は、当該ウェアラブルデバイス及び/又は前記NFC送信器を識別する識別子、及び/又は前記NFC送信器からのコマンドの受信に応答して、トリガ信号を生成するよう構成される、
請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記電磁場検出回路は、NFCタグ及びデバイスアンテナを有する、
請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 前記デバイスアンテナは、ループアンテナ又はコイルである、
請求項10に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。 - 水密及び/又は気密カバーを更に有する、
