Abstract
Description
(i)その骨格構造中にYO2を含み、任意にX2O3をさらに含むゼオライト材料を粉末の形態、及び/又は液体中の前記ゼオライト材料の懸濁液の形態で供給する工程であり、Yは4価の元素を表し、且つXは3価の元素を表す工程、
(ii)エアロゾルを得るための、(i)で供給される前記ゼオライト材料の前記粉末及び/又は前記懸濁液のガス流中での微粒子化(atomization)工程、
(iii)か焼粉末を得るための、(ii)で得られる前記エアロゾルのか焼工程、
を含む方法に関連する。
(i.a)YO2源及び溶媒系を含む混合物を調製する工程であり、前記混合物が、任意にX2O3源をさらに含み、Yは4価の元素を表し、且つXは3価の元素を表す工程、
(i.b)液体中の前記ゼオライト材料の懸濁液として、母液中のゼオライト材料の懸濁液を得るために、(i.a)で調製された前記混合物を結晶化する工程、
を含むことが好ましい。
(i.a)YO2源及び溶媒系を含む混合物を調製する工程であり、前記混合物が、任意にX2O3源をさらに含み、Yは4価の元素を表し、且つXは3価の元素を表す工程、
(i.b)液体中の前記ゼオライト材料の懸濁液として、母液中のゼオライト材料の懸濁液を得るために、(i.a)で調製された前記混合物を結晶化する工程、
(i.c)(i.b)で得られる前記母液から前記ゼオライト材料を分離する工程、好ましくはろ過工程及び/若しくは遠心分離工程、さらに好ましくはろ過工程、
並びに
(i.d)(i.b)及び/若しくは(i.c)で得られる前記ゼオライト材料を、任意に1種以上の溶媒、好ましくは脱イオン水で洗浄する工程
並びに/又は
(i.e)(i.b)及び/若しくは(i.c)及び/若しくは(i.d)、好ましくは(i.c)及び/若しくは(i.d)で得られる前記ゼオライト材料を、任意に乾燥する工程、
をさらに含むことが好ましい。

並びに/又は
(i.e)(i.b)及び/若しくは(i.c)及び/若しくは(i.d)、好ましくは(i.c)及び/若しくは(i.d)で得られる前記ゼオライト材料を、任意に乾燥する工程、
(i.f)溶媒系を供給する工程、
(i.g)(i.c)及び/又は(i.d)及び/又は(i.e)に従って、好ましくは(i.e)にしたがって得られる粉末の形態のゼオライト材料を、前記溶媒系に懸濁する工程、
をさらに含むことがさらに好ましい。
(i)その骨格構造中にYO2を含み、任意にX2O3をさらに含むゼオライト材料を粉末の形態、及び/又は液体中の前記ゼオライト材料の懸濁液の形態で供給する工程であり、Yは4価の元素を表し、且つXは3価の元素を表す工程、
(ii)エアロゾルを得るための、(i)で供給される前記ゼオライト材料の前記粉末及び/又は前記懸濁液のガス流中での微粒子化工程、
(iii)か焼粉末を得るための、(ii)で得られる前記エアロゾルのか焼工程、
を含む方法。

並びに
(i.d)(i.b)及び/若しくは(i.c)で得られる前記ゼオライト材料を、任意に1種以上の溶媒、好ましくは脱イオン水で洗浄する工程
並びに/又は
(i.e)(i.b)及び/若しくは(i.c)及び/若しくは(i.d)、好ましくは(i.c)及び/若しくは(i.d)で得られる前記ゼオライト材料を、任意に乾燥する工程、
をさらに含む実施形態2に記載の方法。
(i.f)溶媒系を供給する工程、
(i.g)(i.c)及び/又は(i.d)及び/又は(i.e)に従って、好ましくは(i.e)に従って得られる粉末の形態のゼオライト材料を、前記溶媒系に懸濁する工程、
をさらに含む実施形態3に記載の方法。
さらに好ましくはテトラアルキルアンモニウム塩、アルケニルトリアルキルアンモニウム塩、アリールトリアルキルアンモニウム塩、ジアルキルジアリールアンモニウム塩、複素環アミン、複素環アンモニウム塩、アダマンチルアンモニウム塩、アルキレンジアンモニウム塩、N−アルキル−トリアルキレンアンモニウム塩、N,N−ジアリール−トリアルキレンアンモニウム塩、アルキルアミン、シクロアルキルアンモニウム塩、ジアルキルアンモニウム塩、キヌクリジン及びその誘導体、キヌクリジニウム塩、ノルボルナン及びその誘導体、トリアルキレンジアミン、並びにそれらの2種以上の混合物からなる群から、

さらに好ましくは、(i.a)で供給される前記混合物が、N,N,N−トリメチル−1−アダマンチルアンモニウム塩、テトラプロピルアンモニウム塩、テトラエチルアンモニウム塩、ヘキサメトニウム塩、1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウム塩、トリエチレンジアミン、及びそれらの2種以上の混合物からなる群から選択される有機テンプレートをさらに含み、
さらに好ましくは、(i.a)で供給される前記混合物が、有機テンプレートとしてN,N,N−トリメチル−1−アダマンチルアンモニウム塩をさらに含む実施形態2〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
1−アダマンチルトリメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシドを用いたテンプレート合成から得られ、事前にアダマンチルテンプレートの除去のための処理を受けていないチャバザイト(元素分析:13.6質量%のC、2.5質量%のAl、35質量%のSi、及び0.34質量%のNa)を、ブラシ作動粉末投与装置(brush activated dust dosage device)を用いてガス流(空気)中に連続的に分散させた。前記分散速度は、特定の実験に応じて、10g/時間のチャバザイトが、1又は2.6kg/時間の空気中に分散されるように選択した。
Claims (15)
- ゼオライト材料のか焼方法であって、前記方法が、
(i)その骨格構造中にYO2を含み、任意にX2O3をさらに含むゼオライト材料を粉末の形態、及び/又は液体中の前記ゼオライト材料の懸濁液の形態で供給する工程であり、Yは4価の元素を表し、且つXは3価の元素を表す工程、
(ii)エアロゾルを得るための、(i)で供給される前記ゼオライト材料の前記粉末及び/又は前記懸濁液のガス流中での微粒子化工程、
(iii)か焼粉末を得るための、(ii)で得られる前記エアロゾルのか焼工程、
を含む方法。 - (i)において、前記ゼオライト材料を懸濁液の形態で供給するために、前記方法が、
(i.a)YO2源及び溶媒系を含む混合物を調製する工程であり、前記混合物が、任意にX2O3源をさらに含み、Yは4価の元素を表し、且つXは3価の元素を表す工程、
(i.b)液体中の前記ゼオライト材料の懸濁液として、母液中のゼオライト材料の懸濁液を得るために、(i.a)で調製された前記混合物を結晶化する工程、
を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - (i)において、前記ゼオライト材料を粉末の形態で供給するために、前記方法が、
(i.c)(i.b)で得られる前記母液から前記ゼオライト材料を分離する工程、
並びに
(i.d)(i.b)及び/若しくは(i.c)で得られる前記ゼオライト材料を、任意に1種以上の溶媒で洗浄する工程
並びに/又は
(i.e)(i.b)及び/若しくは(i.c)及び/若しくは(i.d)で得られる前記ゼオライト材料を、任意に乾燥する工程、
をさらに含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - (i)において、前記ゼオライト材料を粉末の形態で供給するために、(i.b)で得られる母液中の前記ゼオライト材料を、噴霧乾燥する請求項2に記載の方法。
- (i)において、前記ゼオライト材料を懸濁液の形態で供給するために、前記方法が、
(i.f)溶媒系を供給する工程、
(i.g)(i.c)及び/又は(i.d)及び/又は(i.e)に従って得られる粉末の形態のゼオライト材料を、前記溶媒系に懸濁する工程、
をさらに含む請求項3に記載の方法。 - (i.a)で供給される前記混合物が、有機テンプレートをさらに含む請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (i.a)及び(i.f)で供給される前記溶媒系が、互いに独立して、水及び/又は1種以上の有機溶媒を含む請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- Yが、Si、Sn、Ti、Zr、Ge、及びそれらの2種以上の混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- Xが、Al、B、In、Ga、及びそれらの2種以上の混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (ii)で得られる前記エアロゾルにおける粉末粒子、及び/又は懸濁液からの液滴のISO13320:2009に従って測定された平均粒径D50が、0.5〜500μmの範囲である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (iii)における前記か焼期間が、5m秒〜30秒の範囲である請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (iii)におけるか焼を、酸素含有雰囲気中で行なう請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って得られ得る、及び/又は得られるゼオライト材料。
- 前記ゼオライト材料のISO13320:2009に従って測定された平均粒径D50が、0.5〜500μmの範囲である請求項13に記載のゼオライト材料。
- 請求項13又は14に記載のゼオライト材料の、分子篩としての、吸着剤としての、イオン交換のための、又は触媒として及び/又は触媒担体としての使用方法。
