Claims (10)
- 固定極板を構成する導電材料層が設置されるフロントカバー(1)と、振動膜(3)、および前記振動膜(3)の下面に固定されたボイスコイル(5)を含む振動部と、磁気回路部とを上から順に備え、
前記ボイスコイル(5)は、前記磁気回路部によって形成される磁気ギャップ内に設置され、
前記振動部は、前記振動膜(3)の一方の側に固定されたフレキシブル回路板(4)をさらに含み、前記フレキシブル回路板(4)の中央に可動極板を構成する金属層が配置され、
前記フロントカバー(1)には、外部接続端子(12)が配置されるフロントカバー半田パッド(11)が設けられ、前記固定極板は、前記外部接続端子(12)を介して外部回路と電気的に接続され、
前記フレキシブル回路板(4)は、前記スピーカシステムの外部に延在し、外部回路と電気的に接続された半田パッドを備え、
前記固定極板と前記可動極板が対向に配置され、前記フロントカバー(1)、および前記フレキシブル回路板(4)が通電された後、前記固定極板、および前記可動極板に電荷が蓄積されてコンデンサが構成され、
前記コンデンサと電気的に接続されるコンデンサモニタリングチップを更に備えることを特徴とするムービングコイルスピーカシステム。 - 前記コンデンサモニタリングチップは、前記フレキシブル回路板(4)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のムービングコイルスピーカシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路板(4)には、スマートパワーアンプチップがさらに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のムービングコイルスピーカシステム。
- 前記フロントカバー(1)の一部は、導電性の鉄、銅またはアルミニウム製であり、あるいは前記フロントカバー(1)は非導電性材料であり、鉄、銅、またはアルミニウムの導電材料層を電気メッキすることによって前記コンデンサの固定極板を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のムービングコイルスピーカシステム。
- 前記金属層は銅箔であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のムービングコイルスピーカシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路板(4)は、前記振動膜(3)と前記ボイスコイル(5)との間に固定され、
前記ボイスコイル(5)は、前記フレキシブル回路板(4)と電気的に接続され、外部回路の電流信号が前記フレキシブル回路板(4)に設けられた前記半田パッドを介してボイスコイル(5)に伝達されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のムービングコイルスピーカシステム。 - 前記振動部は、前記振動膜(3)の上面に固定された振動膜補強部(2)をさらに備え、前記振動膜(3)、および前記振動膜補強部(2)の中央部に開孔が設けられ、前記コンデンサモニタリングチップが前記開孔内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のムービングコイルスピーカシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路板(4)は、前記振動膜(3)の上面に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のムービングコイルスピーカシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路板(4)にはコンデンサ半田パッド(14)が設けられ、前記可動極板は、前記コンデンサ半田パッド(14)を介して前記コンデンサモニタリングチップと電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のムービングコイルスピーカシステム。
- 前記フレキシブル回路板(4)にはリード線半田パッド(13)が設けられ、ボイスコイル(5)が前記リード線半田パッド(13)を介して前記スマートパワーアンプチップと電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のムービングコイルスピーカシステム。
