Claims (13)
- 頭部(14)および頭部(14)に接合される吸込管(16)と、頭部(14)の喉頭部用開口(11)と吸込管(16)の吸込開口(21)との間に形成された通路(15)と、喉頭部用開口(11)の周りにおいて頭部(14)の外側部分に接合された環状クッション(20,30)とを備え、喉頭部用開口(11)が気管に嵌入するようになっており、吸込管(16)の吸込開口(21)が吸込管(16)の頭部(14)との接合部の反対の位置にある喉頭部用マスクであって、
環状クッション(20,30)を取り囲み、頭部(14)へ折り返されて喉頭部用開口(11)を覆うカバー部材(10,60,70)と、引っ張り部材(12)とを備え、
カバー部材(10,60,70)が環状クッション(20,30)の接合部から吸込管(16)に面する部分で頭部(14)の外側部分に接合され、分離可能接合部がカバー部材(10,60,70)において又は頭部(14)のカバー部材(10,60,70)との接合部において円周状に形成され、引っ張り部材(12)は、喉頭部用開口(11)の方を向いてカバー部材(10,60,70)の内面に接合され、通路(15)内に配置され、吸込開口(21)を介して吸込管(16)から引っ張り可能であり、分離可能接合部を分離することによってカバー部材(10,60,70)の少なくとも一部を吸込管(16)の吸込開口(21)を介して除去するようになっていることを特徴とする喉頭部用マスク。 - 環状クッション(20,30)が頭部(14)の側面部分に接合され、その側面部分が喉頭部用開口(11)の平面に少なくとも部分的に平行な方向に向いていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の喉頭部用マスク。
- 環状クッション(20,30)が、互いに平行な2本の円周状接合ラインに沿って頭部(14)に接合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の喉頭部用マスク。
- カバー部材(10)が、環状クッション(20,30)の接合部から吸込管(16)に向かう領域において、頭部(14)の外側部分に円周状に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の喉頭部用マスク。
- 環状クッション(20,30)は、膨張状態において、環状クッションの半径を有する円形断面を有し、その環状クッションの半径に一致するように形成された円周状凹部が、環状クッション(20,30)の膨張状態において頭部(14)との接合部分で環状クッション(20,30)を支持するために頭部(14)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の喉頭部用マスク。

喉頭部用開口(11)の上に広がる内側カバー部材部分と、内側カバー部材部分の周りにある周縁カバー部材部分とが区画され、分離可能接合部が周縁カバー部材部分内に円周状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の喉頭部用マスク。 - 接合中心ラインは、頭部(14)と、環状クッション(20,30)との接合部に関連すると共に、カバー部材(10)と、頭部14に直交し接合中心ラインの各点から延びるラインとの交差点に関連し、
喉頭部用開口(11)の上に広がる内側カバー部材部分と、内側カバー部材部分の周りにある周縁カバー部材部分とが区画され、分離可能な接合部が内側カバー部材部分内に円周状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の喉頭部用マスク。 - 分離可能接合部から及びカバー部材(70)の中央部分から外側へ延びる追加の分離可能接合線がカバー部材(70)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の喉頭部用マスク。
- 頭部14がその先端(13a)と後端(13b)の方へ細くなる形状を有し、引っ張り部材(12)が2つの接合足部(19,42)によってカバー部材(10,60,70)に接合され、2つの接合足部(19,42)の各々が、先端(13a)と後端(13b)の方へ延びていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の喉頭部用マスク。
- 接合足部(42)は、各々、分離可能接合部に実質的に到達し、かつ、その端部の方へ細くなる先端(43)を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の喉頭部用マスク。
- 引っ張り部材が、放射状突出部(45)を有する楕円形の基部を介してカバー部材(10,60,70)に接合されることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の喉頭部用マスク。
- 単一部品から作られ、引っ張り部材において長手方向に、引っ張り部材の接合部と分離可能接合部との間のカバー部材において円周状に配置された強化糸状体(46)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の喉頭部用マスク。
