Claims (20)
- 眼科手術システムであって、
ユーザに手術部位の視野を提供するように動作可能な手術用顕微鏡と、
前記手術用顕微鏡と通信する表示装置であって、前記手術用顕微鏡の前記視野内にグラフィックオーバーレイを出力するように動作可能な表示装置と、
前記ユーザが前記手術用顕微鏡を使用して前記視野を可視化する間、前記手術部位に関連する手術作業を行うように動作可能な用具であって、前記グラフィックオーバーレイが、前記用具に関連する1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを表示する、用具と、
前記ユーザが前記手術用顕微鏡を使用して前記視野を可視化する間、前記グラフィックオーバーレイを使用して前記用具に関連する前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを調整するように動作可能な入力装置と
を含む、眼科手術システム。 - 前記表示装置が、前記グラフィックオーバーレイと前記手術部位の前記視野とを同時に表示するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記グラフィックオーバーレイが、前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータの設定値または現在の状態の少なくとも一方のグラフィック表示を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記グラフィックオーバーレイが、前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを修正するように動作可能な調整フィールドを含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記用具が、切断プローブ、硝子体切除術用プローブ、水晶体超音波乳化吸引術用プローブ、レーザプローブ、切除プローブ、ジアテルミープローブ、真空プローブ、フラッシングプローブ、鋏、鉗子、注入装置、吸引装置、照明装置、レーザ、または内視鏡可視化プローブの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数のパラメータが、切断速度、動作周波数、注入圧力、別の注入圧力、照明レベル、照明波長、真空吸引レベル、レーザ出力、レーザパルス持続時間、レーザ波長、レーザエネルギージアテルミー出力、またはジアテルミーエネルギーの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記入力装置が、撮像装置、足踏みスイッチ、タッチ感知パッド、タブレット装置、ジェスチャ制御装置、音声認識装置、または視線制御装置の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記手術用顕微鏡、前記表示装置、前記用具、または前記入力装置の少なくとも1つと通信する手術用コンソールを更に含み、前記手術用コンソールが、前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータの調整を示す制御信号を受信しかつそれに応答するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザが前記手術用顕微鏡を使用して前記視野を可視化する間、前記手術部位に関連する手術作業を行うように動作可能な第2の用具を更に含み、前記グラフィックオーバーレイが、前記第2の用具に関連する1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを表示する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 眼科手術システムであって、
計算装置であって、
眼科手術処置中に手術作業を行うように動作可能な用具に関連する1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを含むグラフィックオーバーレイを表す表示データを出力することと、
前記グラフィックオーバーレイを使用してユーザ入力を受信することであって、前記ユーザ入力が、前記用具に関連する前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを調整する、受信することと、
前記ユーザ入力に基づいて前記用具に制御信号を出力することであって、前記制御信号が、前記用具に関連する前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを調整する、出力することと
を行うように動作可能な計算装置と、
手術用顕微鏡の視野内に前記グラフィックオーバーレイを提供するように動作可能な表示装置と
を含む、眼科手術システム。 - 前記表示装置が、前記グラフィックオーバーレイと前記手術部位の前記視野とを同時に表示するように動作可能である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記表示データが、前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータの設定値または現在の状態の少なくとも一方のグラフィック表示を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記表示データが、前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを修正するための調整機能部のグラフィック表示を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザ入力が、ユーザのジェスチャ、用具動作、足踏みスイッチボタンの選択、または用具ボタンの選択の少なくとも1つを表す、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 計算装置が、前記グラフィックオーバーレイを選択的に表示または非表示にするためのユーザ入力を前記入力装置から受信するように更に動作可能である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 眼科手術システムを動作させる方法であって、
眼科手術処置中に手術作業を行うように動作可能な用具に関連する1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを含むグラフィックオーバーレイを表す表示データを計算装置から表示装置に出力することと、
患者の眼を可視化するためにユーザによって動作可能な手術用顕微鏡の視野内に前記グラフィックオーバーレイを表示することと、
前記グラフィックオーバーレイを使用してユーザ入力を受信することであって、前記ユーザ入力が、前記用具に関連する前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを調整する、受信することと、
前記ユーザ入力に基づいて前記用具に制御信号を出力することであって、前記制御信号が、前記用具に関連する前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを調整する、出力することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記表示データが、前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータの設定値または現在の状態の少なくとも一方のグラフィック表示を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記表示データが、前記1つまたは複数の設定可能なパラメータを修正するための調整機能部のグラフィック表示を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
