Description

Claims (9)
- プローブニードルを有する手術用プローブと、
前記プローブニードルに組み込まれた光ファイバであって、前記光ファイバの近位端が光源に接続され、前記光ファイバの遠位端が前記プローブニードルの先端を通じて前記光源からの照明光を投射する光ファイバと、
硝子体の可視化を容易にする第一の開口数を有する第一のビームと背景照明を容易にする第二の開口数を有する第二のビームとの間で前記照明光を変化させる調整機構であって、前記第二の開口数は前記第一の開口数より大きい調整機構であって、前記第一のビームはナロービームを含み、前記第二のビームはワイドビームを含む、調整機構と、
を含む手術用プローブシステムであって、
該手術用プローブシステムは更に、
手術中に前記プローブニードルと網膜との間の近接又は距離を検出する網膜近接検出センサと、
前記網膜近接センサから受信した網膜近接検出信号に基づいて前記調整機構を制御するように構成されたプロセッサであって、前記プローブニードルが網膜からの第一の所定の距離より離れて配置されているときに前記第一のビームに切り替え、前記プローブニードルが網膜からの第二の所定の距離未満に配置されているときに前記第二のビームに切り替えるプロセッサと、
を含む手術用プローブシステム。 - 前記調整機構は、前記光源から前記光ファイバの近位端への前記照明光の発射角度を変化させることにより、前記照明光を前記第一及び第二のビームとの間で変化させる、請求項1に記載の手術用プローブシステム。
- 前記第一の開口数は約0.3以下の数値を有し、前記第二の開口数は約0.4より大きい数値を有する、請求項1に記載の手術用プローブシステム。
- 前記調整機構は、前記光源に組み込まれた、レーザ光を前記ファイバに集光させる1つ又は複数のレンズを含む、請求項1に記載の手術用プローブシステム。
- 前記調整機構は、前記照明光の、前記光ファイバに到達する前の経路内に設置された、前記照明光を発散させ、前記照明光の角度成分を変化させるための1つ又は複数の光学素子を含む、請求項1に記載の手術用プローブシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記手術用プローブが接続されたコンソールで入力されたコマンド、及び前記手術用プローブ上のスイッチで入力されたコマンドに基づいて調整機構を制御するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載の手術用プローブシステム。
- 前記調整機構は、光をそれぞれ異なる開口数で出力するように構成されている異なる二組の光学素子の間で光路を切り替えることによって、前記第一のビームと前記第二のビームとの間で前記照明光を変化させる、請求項1に記載の手術用プローブシステム。
- 前記調整機構は、白色光が前記第一のビームに使用されるとともに前記第二のビームから光の周波数の一部がフィルタにより除去されるように、光のタイプを変化させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載の手術用プローブシステム。
- 前記調整機構は、前記第一のビームよりも前記第二のビームに低い強度の光が使用されるように光の強度を変化させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載の手術用プローブシステム。
