Description
−糖:Tereos Syralにより提供されるDE11〜15のマルトデキストリン「Maldex 120」。
−ポリカルボン酸架橋剤:Sigma−Aldrichからのクエン酸試薬グレード(参照符号251275)およびSigma−AldrichからのL−酒石酸試薬グレード(参照符号351380)。
−多価金属酸化物硬化促進剤:Sigma−AldrichからのCaO試薬グレード(参照符号248568);Sigma−AldrichからのZnO試薬グレード(参照符号96479)。
Claims (14)
- 成分a)、b)およびc)を含む、鉱滓綿の製造のための、好ましくはホルムアルデヒドを含まない、硬化性樹脂であって、
a)は糖であり、
b)はポリカルボン酸架橋剤であり、そして
c)は多価金属酸化物である
硬化性樹脂。 - 前記多価金属酸化物が、酸化カルシウム、酸化亜鉛(II)、およびそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の樹脂。
- 前記多価金属酸化物の量が、前記成分a)、b)およびc)の重量の合計に対して0.5〜10重量%の範囲にある、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂。
- 前記ポリカルボン酸架橋剤が、<5,000g/molの重量平均分子量を有するポリカルボン酸化合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 前記ポリカルボン酸架橋剤が、クエン酸、コハク酸、酒石酸、マレイン酸、それらの対応する無水物、それらの塩、およびそれらの混合物の群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 前記樹脂が、不飽和カルボン酸モノマー由来のポリマーを実質的に含まない、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- <400g/molの分子量を有する、好ましくはアルケングリコール、糖アルコール、およびそれらの混合物の群から選択される、糖とは異なるポリオールをさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 前記糖が、少なくとも1,000g/mol、有利には少なくとも10,000g/mol、より有利には少なくとも100,000g/molの重量平均分子量を有するオリゴ糖または多糖である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 糖の量が、前記成分a)、b)およびc)の重量の合計に関して少なくとも25重量%、好ましくは少なくとも40重量%である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 糖a)の量が20〜80重量%の範囲にあり、ポリカルボン酸架橋剤b)の量が20〜80重量%の範囲にあり、そして多価金属酸化物c)の量が0.5〜10重量%の範囲にあり、全ての量が前記成分a)、b)およびc)の重量の合計に関する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂。
- 糖a)を含む水性組成物を調製することと、それを任意の順序でポリカルボン酸架橋剤b)および多価金属酸化物c)と接触させることとを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性樹脂を含む、鉱滓綿の製造のための、好ましくはホルムアルデヒドを含まない、水性結合剤であって、前記結合剤は、好ましくは4〜20重量%の乾燥重量を有し、かつ任意選択で前記結合剤の前記乾燥重量に関して1〜5重量%のシラン化合物および/または1〜20重量%の油を含む、水性結合剤。
- 鉱物繊維および硬化結合剤を含む鉱滓綿製品であって、前記硬化結合剤は、請求項12に記載の結合剤を100℃より大きい温度で硬化することにより得られるものである、鉱滓綿製品。
- 鉱滓綿材料の製造における結合剤硬化促進剤としての多価金属酸化物の使用であって、前記結合剤は、糖およびポリカルボン酸架橋剤を含むものである、使用。
