Claims (15)
- インレット(13)、アウトレット(14)、およびリリースポートを有するバルブボディ(1)と、
前記インレットが前記アウトレットと連通するクローズ位置と、前記インレットが前記リリースポートと連通するオープン位置との間で、前記バルブボディ内を移動可能なバルブコア(22)であって、前記バルブコアを前記クローブ位置にバイアスする弾性部材(3、20、41)を有する、ところのバルブコアと
を備え、
前記バルブコアの位置は、前記バルブコアが、前記クローズ位置と前記オープン位置との間で切り替え可能であるように、手動制御または自動制御が可能であり、流体は前記クローズ位置において前記インレットから前記アウトレットへ流れ、前記オープン位置において前記インレットから前記リリースポートへ流れる、ことを特徴とする安全バルブ。 - 前記アウトレットは、前記オープン位置において前記リリースポートとも連通する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全バルブ。
- 前記バルブコアに結合されたボタン(40)を含む制御手段をさらに備え、
前記バルブコアが前記弾性部材(41)のバイアス力を克服するように押され、前記クローズ位置から前記オープン位置へ切り替わるように、前記ボタンは手動で操作される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全バルブ。 - 前記バルブボディを通過する流体は、前記流体の圧力が前記弾性部材のバイアス力より大きいとき、前記バルブコア(22)が前記クローズ位置から前記オープン位置となるように、前記バルブコアに作用する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全バルブ。
- 前記バルブボディは、互いに交差する水平流路(11)および垂直流路(12)を有し、前記インレット(13)および前記アウトレット(14)は、前記水平流路の2つの端部にそれぞれ配置され、前記バルブコアは、前記垂直流路に沿って配置され、
前記クローズ位置において、前記流体が前記垂直流路を通じて放出されないように、前記バルブコアは、前記水平流路に対して前記垂直流路をシールし、
前記オープン位置において、前記流体が前記垂直流路を通じて放出されるように、前記水平流路は、前記垂直流路と流体結合する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全バルブ。 - 前記バルブコアは、前記水平流路を通過するバルスステム(2、16,46)、バルブ膜(7、18、48)および弾性部材(3、20、41)を有し、前記バルブステムの一端に制御手段が載置されており、前記弾性部材は前記バルブステムの他端に配置されており、前記バルブステムは、前記弾性部材の作用により、前記水平流路に対して前記垂直流路をシールする、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の安全バルブ。
- 前記垂直流路(12)は、前記水平流路(11)から上方に伸長し、前記弾性部材は、前記バルブ膜(18)を前記垂直流路にバイアスするための上方バネ(20)を有し、
前記バルブボディ内の圧力が前記上方バネのバイアス力を克服したとき、前記流体が前記垂直流路を通じて放出可能となるべく、前記水平流路が前記垂直流路と連通するように、前記バルブコアが前記オープン位置に進む、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の安全バルブ。 - 前記バルブステムは、ヘッド部(17)およびロッド部(16)を含む逆T字形状を有し、前記バルブ膜(18)内にスルーホールが設けられ、
前記スルーホールの直径は、前記ロッド部の直径より大きいが、前記ヘッド部の直径より小さく、前記ロッド部は、前記スルーホールを通過し、前記ヘッド部は、前記バルブ膜によりシールされ、
前記バルブステムは、手動の圧力リリースを実現するべく、前記オープン位置から前記クローズ位置へ前記バルブコアを切り替えるように手動で動作可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の安全バルブ。 - 前記シール状態に戻る際に、前記ヘッド部をアシストするべく、前記ヘッド部(17)に作用する下方バネ(21)をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の安全バルブ。
- 前記バブルステムは、ストップ(47)を具備し、前記制御手段は、前記バルブステムに関して上下に移動可能なボタン(40)を有し、前記ボタン(40)は、下方に伸長しかつ略U字形状のフランジ(45)を有し、前記フランジ(45)は、前記ストップ(47)と係合するよう上方に曲げられた作用部(49)を有し、前記バルブコアを開放するべく、前記ボタンの下方の移動が前記作用部の上方の移動に変換されるように、前記U字形状のボトムが前記バルブボディと係合している、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の安全バルブ。
- 前記バルブコアはさらに、オープン位置にあるとき、前記流体が前記アウトレット内に流れることを防止する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全バルブ。
- 前記流体はガスである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全バルブ。
- 前記手動制御および前記自動制御は、同じバルブコアによって達成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全バルブ。
- 前記バルブコアは、ストレートタイプの構造を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全バルブ。
- 前記バルブコアは、タイヤ修理機械の一部である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全バルブ。
