Description

水銀ポロシメトリーにより測定した前記平均バルク気孔率が65%と70%(含む)の間にある、実施形態1に記載のフィルタ。

前記壁の中点での前記バルク気孔率の10%以内にある、X線トポグラフィーにより測定した表面気孔率、
を有する微細構造を有する、微粒子フィルタ。 - 水銀ポロシメトリーにより測定した前記平均バルク気孔率が60%と70%(含む)の間にある、請求項1記載のフィルタ。
- d50が17〜20μm(含む)である、請求項1記載のフィルタ。
- d90が25〜37μm(含む)である、請求項1記載のフィルタ。
- X線トポグラフィーにより測定した前記表面気孔率が、前記壁の中点での前記バルク気孔率の5%以内にある、請求項1記載のフィルタ。
