Abstract
●電圧源(GEN)により生成される基準電圧(Vref)によりキャパシタ(C2)を充電する工程と;
●増幅器(AMP)の第2の入力を電圧源(GEN)から絶縁する工程と;
●一組のフォトダイオード(301)により生成される電流を積分する工程を連続して行うように構成される、ことを特徴とする。
Description
●検出回路の初期化段階の第1の部分中に電圧源により生成される基準電圧によりキャパシタを充電する手段と;
●初期化段階の第2の部分中に増幅器(AMP)の第2の入力を電圧源から絶縁する手段と;
●初期化段階の第2の部分に続く検出段階中に一組のフォトダイオードにより生成される電流を積分するため増幅回路の第1の入力と増幅器の出力との間に接続されたキャパシタとを含む、ということを特徴とする。
Claims (13)
- 放射線像捕捉をトリガするという観点でX線の様子を検出するための回路(300)であって、アース(GD)に接続される一組のフォトダイオード(301)と、増幅回路(302)と、キャパシタ(C2)とを含む回路(300)において、
前記増幅回路(302)は、増幅器(AMP)と電圧源(GEN)とを含み、第1の入力を介し前記一組のフォトダイオード(301)の出力へ接続され、
前記キャパシタ(C2)は前記アース(GD)と前記増幅器(AMP)の第2の入力との間に接続され、
前記検出回路(300)は、前記増幅回路(302)が、
●前記検出回路の初期化段階の第1の部分中に前記電圧源(GEN)により生成される基準電圧(Vref)により前記キャパシタ(C2)を充電する手段と;
●前記検出回路の前記初期化段階の第2の部分中に前記増幅器(AMP)の前記第2の入力を前記電圧源(GEN)から絶縁する手段(T2)と;
●前記初期化段階の前記第2の部分に続く検出段階中に前記一組のフォトダイオード(301)により生成される電流を積分するために前記増幅回路の前記第1の入力と前記増幅器の前記出力との間に接続されたキャパシタ(C1)とを含む、ということを特徴とする検出回路。 - 前記増幅回路(302)は前記増幅器(AMP)の前記第1の入力と前記出力との間に接続された第1のスイッチ(T1)を含む、請求項1に記載の検出回路。
- 前記増幅回路(302)は前記増幅器(AMP)の前記第2の入力と前記電圧源(GEN)の前記出力との間に接続された第2のスイッチ(T2)を含む、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の検出回路。
- 前記第2のスイッチ(T2)は、前記電圧源(GEN)により生成される基準電圧(Vref)により前記キャパシタ(C2)を充電するために前記初期化段階の前記第1の部分中に閉位置にあるように構成される、請求項3に記載の検出回路。
- 前記第2のスイッチ(T2)は、前記増幅器(AMP)の前記第2の入力を前記電圧源(GEN)から絶縁するために前記初期化段階の前記第2の部分中に開位置へ移るように構成される、請求項4に記載の検出回路。
- 前記第1のスイッチ(T1)は前記初期化段階中に閉位置となるように構成される、請求項4または5のいずれかに記載の検出回路。
- 前記初期化段階の終了後、前記第1のスイッチ(T1)を開く手段が設けられる、請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の検出回路。
- 前記キャパシタ(C2)は、前記検出用フォトダイオードのいくつかをマスクすることにより、そして前記マスクフォトダイオードの出力を前記増幅器の前記第2の入力へ接続することにより生成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の検出回路。
- 前記マスクフォトダイオードは前記一組の検出用フォトダイオード(301)内に一様に分散される、請求項8に記載の検出回路。
- 前記検出用フォトダイオードに対するマスクフォトダイオードの割合は約1/nであり、nは少なくとも2に等しい整数である、請求項9に記載の検出回路。
- 前記増幅器(AMP)の前記出力電圧と閾値電圧とを比較するための比較器(103)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の検出回路。
- 前記回路は、前記増幅器(AMP)の前記出力電圧が前記閾値電圧を越えると、画像捕捉をトリガするための信号を生成することができる、請求項11に記載の検出回路。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の放射線像捕捉をトリガするという観点でX線の様子を検出するための回路(301)を含む放射線像センサ。
