Abstract
Description
・ガラスの洗浄:ガラス基材を事前に切り取り、必要に応じて成形する。汚染の痕跡を取り除くために、ガラスをイオン水で洗浄し、注意深く乾燥させる。
・組み立て:18〜20℃の温度及び30%の雰囲気の相対湿度にてダストフリー密閉チャンバ内で行われる。ガラス及び中間層は、所望の組成に応じて重ね合わせられる。積層体積のトリミングは予熱オーブンに入る前に実施する。
・脱気:これは最も重要な操作である。気泡の形態でありうる、中間層とガラスシートとの間に閉じ込められた空気を除去し、かつ最終オートクレーブ操作中に空気が侵入する危険性を防止するためにアセンブリの縁をシールすることである。この操作は、約60℃の予熱オーブンを用いたダブルカレンダ加工によって行われる。温度条件は、アセンブリのタイプ及びラインの速度に応じる。
・オートクレーブ処理:ガラスと中間層との最終的な接着結合は、アセンブリの強力な結合を確保するために、高圧かつ昇温下でオートクレーブ中にて行われる。
・クリーニング:クリープによる余剰の中間層を除去するために、第二の周縁トリミングが必要である。
・第一のガラスシート1、
・熱可塑性ポリマー製の少なくとも1つの中間層シート3、
・場合により、赤外線領域及び/又は日射領域における反射特性を有する、「日射保護」シート4又は機能性金属層、
・熱感受性である機能性シート6と直接接触している少なくとも1つの感圧接着剤のシート5、
・第二のガラスシート2、
を具備しており、
前記第一のガラスシート1が、前記中間層シート3と直接接触しており、
前記第二のガラスシート2が、前記感圧接着剤のシート5と直接接触している、
積層グレージングである。
・第一のガラスシート1、
・熱可塑性ポリマー製の中間層シート3、
・場合により、赤外線領域及び/又は日射領域における反射特性を有する、「日射保護」シート4又は機能性金属層、
・第一の感圧接着剤のシート5、
・熱感受性である機能性シート6、
・第二の感圧接着剤のシート5、
・第二のガラスシート2
を具備している。
・場合により予め曲げられた第一のガラスシート1の内側面に熱可塑性ポリマー製の中間層シート3を設置し、場合により、前記中間層シート3の空いている面に「日射保護」シート4を設置し、それによって、前記第一のガラスシート1と場合により存在する前記「日射保護」シート4との間に前記中間層シート3を挟んで、第一の部分積層体7を形成するようにする、少なくとも1つの段階、及び/又は、
・熱感受性である機能性シート6の2つの面の少なくとも一方の面に第一及び/又は第二の感圧接着剤のシート5を設置する少なくとも1つの段階、
を含む。
・得られた積層体を周辺シール又は真空バッグを用いて真空下で脱気する段階、
・場合により、前記積層体の縁をヒートシールする1つの段階、及び、
・1つのオートクレーブ処理の段階、
を含むことができる。
1/アクリレートをベースとする。これは、追加の粘着付与剤を必要としない程度に十分に粘着性である。
2/ニトリルをベースとする。
3/シリコーンをベースとし、四官能性四塩化ケイ素(「Q」)と反応した一官能性トリメチルシラン(「M」)からなる「MQ」タイプのケイ酸塩樹脂などの特殊な粘着付与剤を必要とする。シリコーンをベースとするPSAは、例えば、キシレン又はキシレンとトルエンとの混合物中に分散されたポリジメチルシロキサンガム及び樹脂類である。
4/スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン(SBS)、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン(SEBS)、スチレン−エチレン/プロピレン(SEP)又はスチレン−イソプレン−スチレン(SIS)ブロックコポリマーなどのスチレンベースのブロックコポリマーをベースとする。
5/ビニルエーテルをベースとする。
例1は次のように行った。
ガラスタイプの透明基材を、太陽光制御フィルムが適用された標準的なPVBシートと組み立てて、部分積層体7を得る。PVBフィルムは、意図した用途に必要とされる安全要求に応える限り、無色であっても又は着色されていてもよい。
別の部分積層体、すなわち部分積層体8を、プレコートされたPSAの2つのフィルムを使用して製造する。各フィルムは、2つの保護フィルムの間に配置されている。
ガラスタイプの第二の透明基材を加圧スリットに導入する。使用される接着剤及び熱源に応じて、かつ要求される最終用途に応じて、部分積層体8を第二のガラス基材に適用して、部分積層体8を板材の曲率に一致させるようにすることができる。いずれにしても、2つのPSAフィルムのうちの保護フィルムが除去された1つを適用することにより、部分積層体8を第二のガラスシートと組み立てることにより得られる部分積層体9の組み立てが終了する。
図1に示す積層システムのアセンブリの形成をもたらす最終的な組み立ては、部分積層体9及び7を一緒に組み合わせることによって行う。この組合せ作業は、部分積層体9のまだ空いているPSA層から最後の保護フィルムを除去し、部分積層体9のPSAフィルムを部分積層体7の太陽光制御フィルムと接触させ、この接触領域で積層体9と積層体7を互いに押し付けることによって、部分積層体9を部分積層体7に接着させることにより行う。
別の形態において、上記のように得られ、その作製がなされている部分積層体7及び部分積層体8を第一の工程において予め組み立てる。この組み合わせ作業は、部分積層体8のまだ空いているPSA層から最終保護フィルムを除去し、部分積層体8のPSAフィルムを部分積層体7の太陽光制御フィルムと接触させ、そしてこの接触領域で部分積層体8及び部分積層体7を互いにプレスし、部分積層体8を部分積層体7に接着させることによって行う。
Claims (19)
- ・第一のガラスシート(1)、
・熱可塑性ポリマー製の少なくとも1つの中間層シート(3)、
・場合により、赤外線領域及び/又は日射領域における反射特性を有する、「日射保護」シート(4)又は機能性金属層、
・熱感受性である機能性シート(6)と直接接触している少なくとも1つの感圧接着剤のシート(5)、
・第二のガラスシート(2)、
を具備しており、
前記第一のガラスシート(1)が、前記中間層シート(3)と直接接触しており、
前記第二のガラスシート(2)が、前記感圧接着剤のシート(5)と直接接触しており、
前記感圧接着剤のシート(5)と前記第二のガラスシート(2)とが、この第二のガラスシート(2)の内側面で直接接触している、
積層グレージング。 - 順次に、
・第一のガラスシート(1)、
・熱可塑性ポリマー製の中間層シート(3)、
・場合により、赤外線領域及び/又は日射領域における反射特性を有する、「日射保護」シート(4)又は機能性金属層、
・第一の感圧接着剤のシート(5)、
・熱感受性である機能性シート(6)、
・第二の感圧接着剤のシート(5)、
・第二のガラスシート(2)
を具備している、請求項1に記載の積層グレージング。 - 前記中間層シート(3)の前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリウレタン、エチレン/酢酸ビニル、及びアイオノマーから選ばれる、請求項1又は2に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記中間層シート(3)の前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、PVBである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記感圧接着剤が、アクリレートをベースとする感圧接着剤、及びシリコーンをベースとする感圧接着剤から選ばれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記熱感受性である機能性シート(6)が、カプセル化された液晶、媒体中に分散された電気泳動粒子、電気泳動流体中に分散された粒子、又は偏光用粒子をベースとする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記「日射保護」シートが、銀若しくは光反射特性を有する随意の他の金属製であるか、又は、光吸収特性を有する金属若しくは金属化合物製である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 平坦であるか又は湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 風防、フロントサイドグレージング、リアサイドグレージング、リアウインドウ及びルーフグレージングから選ばれる乗物グレージングであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 自動車、列車、トラック、飛行機及びバスから選ばれる乗物のグレージングであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- (i)熱可塑性ポリマー製の前記中間層シート(3)を前記第一のガラスシート(1)の内側面に設置することから開始して、又は、(ii)感圧接着剤のシート(5)を前記第二のガラスシート(2)の内側面に設置することから開始して、又は、(iii)感圧接着剤のシート(5)を熱感受性である機能性シート(6)の2つの面のうちの少なくとも一方の面に設置することから開始して、異なるシートの設置の段階を行う、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージングの製造方法。
- ・場合により予め曲げられた、第一のガラスシート(1)の内側面に、熱可塑性ポリマー製の中間層シート(3)を設置し、場合により、前記中間層シート(3)の空いている面に「日射保護」シート(4)を設置し、それによって、前記第一のガラスシート(1)と場合により存在する前記「日射保護」シート(4)との間に前記中間層シート(3)を挟んで、第一の部分積層体(7)を形成するようにする、少なくとも1つの段階、及び/又は、
・感熱性である機能性シート(6)の2つの面のうちの少なくとも一方の面に、第一及び/又は第二の感圧接着剤のシート(5)を設置する少なくとも1つの段階、
を含む、請求項11に記載の積層グレージングの製造方法。 - 前記第一の感圧接着剤のシート(5)を、前記感熱性である機能性シート(6)の第一の面に配置し、前記第二の感圧接着剤シート(5)を、前記感熱性である機能性シート(6)の空いている第二の面に配置して、第二の部分積層体(8)を得るようにする、
請求項11又は12に記載の方法。 - 前記第二の部分積層体(8)を、前記第二の部分積層体(8)の感圧接着剤(5)がある面の一方を介して前記第一の部分積層体(7)の上又は下に、前記第一の部分積層体(7)の前記熱可塑性ポリマーのシートの空いている面に直接、又は、場合により、前記「日射保護」シート(4)が存在するときには、この第一の部分積層体(7)の前記「日射保護」シート(4)の空いている面に適用し、そして、場合により予め曲げられた、前記第二のガラスシート(2)を、前記第二のガラスシート(2)の内側面で、前記第一のガラスシート(1)の空いている面とは反対側の、得られた積層体の面の上又は下に適用する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 場合により予め曲げられた、前記第二のガラスシート(2)を、前記第二のガラスシート(2)の内側面で、前記第二の部分積層体(8)の面の1つの上又は下に適用して、第三の部分積層体(9)を形成するようにする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第三の部分積層体(9)を、感圧接着剤(5)がある面を介して、前記第一の部分積層体(7)の上又は下に、前記第一の部分積層体(7)の熱可塑性ポリマーのシート(3)の空いている面に直接、又は、場合により、前記「日射保護」シート(4)が存在するときには、前記第一の部分積層体(7)の前記「日射保護」シート(4)の空いている面に設置する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも:
・得られた積層体を周辺シール又は真空バッグを用いて真空下で脱気する段階、
・場合により、前記積層体の縁をヒートシールする1つの段階、及び、
・1つのオートクレーブ処理の段階、
を更に含む、請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージングの製造方法。 - 少なくとも1つのカレンダ加工の段階、場合により1つのホットカレンダ加工の段階を更に含む、請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージングの製造方法。
- 風防、フロントサイドグレージング、リアサイドグレージング、リアウインドウ及びルーフグレージングから選ばれる乗物グレージングを製造するための、並びに/又は、自動車、列車、トラック、航空機及びバスから選ばれる乗物のためのグレージングを製造するための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングの使用。
