少なくとも1つのバーナーの燃焼ガスが、煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の第1熱交換流体を形成する、熱水機器で達成される。
Claims (18)
- 内部空間を規定するハウジング;
ハウジングの内部空間に配置され、少なくとも1つのバーナーを備える熱源;
ハウジングの内部空間に配置され、少なくとも1つのバーナーの燃焼ガスを煙道ガス放出部を通じて放出するように構成された煙道ガス放出部;及び
ハウジングの内部空間に配置され、煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機を備え、
少なくとも1つのバーナーの燃焼ガスが、煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の第1熱交換流体を形成する、熱水機器。 - 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機が煙道ガス放出部内に配置される、請求項1に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機は、加熱のために導管回路を通じて流体を搬送するように構成された導管回路を備え、この流体が、煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の第2熱交換流体を形成する、請求項1又は2に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の第2熱交換流体が水である、請求項3に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の導管回路の導管が、実質的に全体において明確に延び、燃焼ガスが、導管の周囲の実質的に全体に流れることができる、請求項3又は4に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の導管が、実質的に可撓性のチューブを備える、請求項3乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の導管は、波形のケース面を有する、請求項3乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の導管が、金属、好適にはステンレス鋼から製造される、請求項3乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部は、燃焼ガスの送り方向を横断する実質的に長方形の断面を有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の導管回路は、実質的に平坦な面を規定する、請求項3乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の導管回路は、蛇行態様で煙道ガス放出部内に配置され、燃焼ガスの送り方向に煙道ガス放出部内を延びる少なくとも2つの導管セグメントを有する導管を備える、請求項3乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器。
- 燃焼ガスの送り方向に延びる仕切り壁が煙道ガス放出部に設けられ、導管回路が、仕切り壁の両側で実質的に対称の構造を有する、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器。
- 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機の導管回路は、バーナーに関連した熱交換機の更なる導管回路にそこを通じて搬送可能である加熱用の流体の下流に接続される、請求項3乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器。
- バーナーに関連した熱交換機の導管回路は、少なくとも1つのバーナーで加熱される熱伝導材に配置される、請求項13に記載の熱水機器。
- 熱水機器のための煙道ガス放出部であって、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器に設けられた熱交換機を備える、煙道ガス放出部。
- ハウジングの内部空間において流体を予熱する工程;
少なくとも1つのバーナーでハウジングの内部空間において予熱された流体を更に加熱する工程を含み、
少なくとも1つのバーナーの燃焼ガスが煙道ガス放出部により放出され、
煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機が、ハウジングの内部空間において流体を予熱する工程のために用いられる、流体を加熱するための方法。 - 煙道ガス放出部に関連した熱交換機は、煙道ガス放出部内に配置される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の熱水機器が用いられる、請求項16又は17に記載の方法。
