Abstract
Description
本発明は、2015年11月18日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/257,093号の優先権を主張する。
Claims (17)
- 30個を上回る炭素原子(>C30)を有するとともに50個を下回る炭素原子(<C50)を有する高分子量ジオールを有し、かつ、二量体ジイソシアネート(DDI)を除いた、ヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエン(HTPB)バインダシステムを備えた固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記高分子量ジオールが、二量体ジオール(DD)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 過塩素酸酸化剤と燃料をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記過塩素酸酸化剤が、過塩素酸アンモニウム、過塩素酸ナトリウム、または過塩素酸カリウムのうち少なくとも一つを含み、前記燃料が、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、またはホウ素のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記過塩素酸酸化剤が過塩素酸アンモニウムであり、前記燃料がアルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記過塩素酸酸化剤、前記燃料、および前記ヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエンバインダシステムが組み合わされた総重量を有し、前記高分子量ジオールが、前記総重量の0.1%〜10%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記高分子量ジオールが、前記総重量の1%〜5%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記ヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエンバインダシステムが、ジイソシアネートまたはポリイソシアネートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記ジイソシアネートが、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、芳香族ジイソシアネート、芳香族ポリイソシアネート、脂肪族ジイソシアネート、および脂肪族ポリイソシアネートからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 過塩素酸酸化剤と燃料をさらに備え、前記過塩素酸酸化剤、前記燃料、および前記ヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエンバインダシステムが、組み合わされた総重量を有し、前記高分子量ジオールが、前記総重量の0.1%〜10%であり、前記ヒドロキシル基末端ポリブタジエンバインダシステムが、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、芳香族ジイソシアネート、芳香族ポリイソシアネート、脂肪族ジイソシアネート、および脂肪族ポリイソシアネートからなる群から選択されたジイソシアネートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 過塩素酸酸化剤と、
燃料と、
二量体ジオール(DD)を有するヒドロキシル基末端バインダシステムと、
を備えた固体ロケット推進薬。 - 前記過塩素酸酸化剤と、前記燃料と、前記ヒドロキシル基末端バインダシステムが、組み合わされた総重量を有し、前記二量体ジオールが、前記総重量の0.1%〜10%であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記過塩素酸酸化剤が、過塩素酸アンモニウム、過塩素酸ナトリウム、または過塩素酸カリウムのうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記燃料が、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、またはホウ素のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記過塩素酸酸化剤が、過塩素酸アンモニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記燃料が、アルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
- 前記二量体ジオールが、30個を上回る炭素原子(>C30)を有するとともに50個を下回る炭素原子(<C50)を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の固体ロケット推進薬。
