Abstract

Description

- 機械(1)内で粉末の部分的な又は完全な選択的融解によって部品(P)を付加製造するための方法であって、前記機械は、
粉末層を受け取るようになっている作業面(2)と、
前記作業面(2)上の少なくとも1つの縦水平方向に沿って前記粉末層を分散するためのデバイス(5)と、
少なくとも1つの横水平方向に沿って前記作業面(2)に対して可動であり、前記作業面(2)の上に粉末を直接噴射するための少なくとも1つの噴射器(6)と、
前記噴射器(6)によって分配される前記粉末の量を調整するためのシステムと、
を備え、
前記方法は、
前記横水平方向に平行な少なくとも1つの成分を含む経路に沿って前記噴射器(6)を移動させる段階と、
前記噴射器(6)の前記経路のあらゆる点で前記噴射器(6)により分配される前記粉末の量を調整する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記噴射器(6)は、前記縦方向に沿って前記作業面(2)に対して可動である、請求項1に記載の付加製造方法。

- 前記噴射器(6)は、前記機械(1)内に可動様式で取り付けられる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の付加製造方法。
- 前記噴射器(6)は、垂直方向に沿って前記作業面(2)に対して可動であり、前記調整システムは、前記作業面(2)に対する前記噴射器(6)の垂直方向位置を調整する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の付加製造方法。
- 前記噴射器(6)の前記経路のあらゆる点で前記噴射器(6)により分配される前記粉末の量を調整する前記段階は、製造される前記部品(P)の幾何学的形状の関数として実行される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の付加製造方法。

- 前記噴射器(6)の前記経路のあらゆる点で前記噴射器(6)により分配される前記粉末の量を調整する前記段階は、前記作業面(2)上での、製造される前記部品(P)の領域の材料の関数として実行される、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の付加製造方法。
- 粉末の部分的な又は完全な選択的融解によって部品(P)を付加製造するための機械(1)であって、
粉末層を受け取るようになっている作業面(2)と、
