Abstract
Description
−粉末層を受け取るようになっている水平な作業面と、
−作業面の上に粉末層を分散するための少なくとも1つのデバイスであって、縦水平方向に平行な少なくとも1つの成分を含む作業面上の経路に沿って作業面に対して可動であるデバイスと、
−粉末を受け取るための少なくとも1つのスライドと少なくとも1つの粉末噴射器とを含む、作業面上に粉末を堆積させるための少なくとも1つのシステムと、
を備え、
受取りスライドは、作業面の上に分散するためのデバイスの経路の外側に受取りスライドが達する退避位置と、作業面の上に分散するためのデバイスの経路の中へ少なくとも部分的に達する展開位置との間で、少なくとも1つの横水平方向に沿って作業面に対して並進移動が可能である機械を提供する。
−堆積システムは、詳細には洗浄するため、並びに粉末バッチの最適な監視を確実にするために機械から取り出すことができるように、機械上で取り外し可能である;
−機械は、製造時間を削減し及び/又は2つの材料を堆積するために、少なくとも2つの粉末堆積用システムを備え、分散デバイスの移動の最適化を可能にする;

Claims (8)
- 粉末の完全な又は部分的な選択的融解によって部品を付加製造するための機械(1)であって、
粉末層を受け取るようになっている水平な作業面(2)と、
前記作業面(2)の上に前記粉末層を分散するための少なくとも1つのデバイス(6)であって、縦水平方向に平行な少なくとも1つの成分を含む前記作業面(2)上の経路に沿って前記作業面(2)に対して可動であるデバイスと、
粉末を受け取るための少なくとも1つのスライド(8)、及び、少なくとも1つの粉末噴射器(9)を含む、前記作業面(2)上に粉末を堆積させるための少なくとも1つのシステム(7)と、
を備え、
前記受取りスライド(8)は、前記作業面(2)の上に分散するための前記デバイス(6)の前記経路の外側に前記受取りスライド(8)が達する退避位置と、前記作業面(2)の上に分散するための前記デバイス(6)の前記経路の中へ少なくとも部分的に達する展開位置との間で、少なくとも1つの横水平方向に沿って前記作業面(2)に対して並進移動が可能であり、

退避位置から展開位置に前記受取りスライド(8)を移動させる段階と、
前記受取りスライド(8)に対して前記噴射器(9)の前記経路のあらゆる点で前記噴射器(9)により分配される前記粉末の量を調整する段階と、
前記分散デバイス(6)を用いて、前記作業面(2)の上に前記粉末を分散する段階と、
