(1)各ポリマーリボンは、長さが幅及び高さよりも長くなるような、幅、高さ、及び長さを有し、長手方向軸を画定する細長い形状であり、
(2)各ポリマーストランドは、長さが幅及び高さよりも長くなるような、幅、高さ、及び長さを有し、1つ又は2つの隣接するポリマーリボンに断続的に複数回結合され、
(3)前記ポリマーネットの前記内側は、前記円筒管の前記外面に面している、

Exemplary embodiments are described below.

A wound core of film, comprising: (a) a cylindrical tube having an outer surface and a longitudinal axis; and (b) a polymer net disposed on the outer surface of the cylindrical tube, having opposite inner and outer sides. A core cover comprising: a plurality of polymer ribbons and an array of polymer strands arranged in sheet form, wherein each polymer ribbon is bonded to one or two adjacent polymer strands. Wherein each polymer strand is bonded to one or two adjacent ribbons,
(1) each polymer ribbon has a width, height, and length such that the length is greater than the width and height, and is an elongated shape defining a longitudinal axis;
(2) each polymer strand has a width, height, and length such that the length is greater than the width and height and is intermittently bonded multiple times to one or two adjacent polymer ribbons; ,
(3) the inner side of the polymer net faces the outer surface of the cylindrical tube;

The polymer net according to [1], wherein the polymer net is oriented such that the longitudinal axis of the polymer ribbon is substantially parallel or substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical tube. Rewind core.

The winding core according to [1], wherein the polymer net is bonded to the outer surface of the cylindrical tube by an intermediate adhesive.
[4]
A film roll, comprising: (a) the film winding core according to [1]; and (b) a film web wound around the film winding core.
Claims (3)
