Description

本発明では、巻芯軸部の直径が、50〜120mmである場合にも効果的である。
本発明では、巻芯軸部の幅が、20〜100mmである場合にも効果的である。
本発明では、第1及び第2フランジ部の厚さが、1.5〜5mmである場合にも効果的である。
本発明では、軸芯部の駆動軸支持部の直径が、18.0〜26.0mmである場合にも効果的である。
また、本発明は、上述したリール部材と、当該リール部材の巻芯軸部にトラバース巻きで巻き付けられた接着フィルムとを有するフィルム収容体である。
一方、本発明は、上述したいずれかのフィルム収容体を製造する方法であって、上述したリール部材を巻取駆動軸に装着し、フィルム供給源から供給された接着フィルムの先端部を前記巻芯軸部に取り付け、前記巻取駆動軸と平行な回転軸を有する弾性の押圧ローラによって前記接着フィルムを前記リール部材の巻芯軸部に押圧した状態で、前記巻取駆動軸を巻取方向に回転させるとともに、ガイドによって当該接着フィルムを当該巻取駆動軸方向に案内することにより、当該リール部材の巻芯軸部に当該接着フィルムをトラバース巻きで前記押圧ローラの幅と同等の幅に巻き付ける工程を有するフィルム収容体の製造方法である。
