Description

The present invention relates to a winding core for winding a sheet-like member such as a web, and a roll-like product in which a sheet-like member is wound around the winding core, and particularly to winding a thick floor material such as a linoleum floor sheet. The present invention relates to a winding core and a roll.

Conventional cores use foams such as sponges or deformed materials that tend to cause elastic deformation or plastic deformation, such as low-density paper. It prevents the occurrence of a dent transferred by the trace of the step, that is, the step at the end of the winding start (see Patent Document 1).

However, deformations such as foam and low-density paper have a large elastic deformation ratio and are less likely to cause plastic deformation, resulting in stress. Therefore, it is difficult to completely erase the unevenness that occurs in the sheet-like member due to a step. . In view of this, a method has been proposed in which a flexible sheet having a wedge-shaped cross section is applied to the end of the sheet member to gently fill the step between the surface of the sheet member and the surface of the core (see Patent Document 2).

As described above, in the conventional core and roll-shaped material, foam is formed on the surface of the core, but it does not generate a repulsive force when it becomes a desired shape by complete plastic deformation. For this reason, it is difficult to completely remove the unevenness. On the other hand, there is a problem that work efficiency is lowered when applying a wedge having a wedge shape that gently fills the step.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a winding core that can suppress the occurrence of unevenness due to a step rather than a foam or the like without reducing work efficiency.

The winding core according to the first problem solving means has a surface layer portion around which a sheet-like member is wound formed of a layer composed of a plurality of cells in which gas is confined.
The winding core according to the second problem solving means is formed by winding a buffer material in which an air chamber is provided by partially adhering two films on a layer made of a gas-enclosed cell. It is.
The winding core according to the third problem solving means has a deformable layer formed on the surface, which is bonded to a layer made of cells.
The roll-like material obtained by the fourth problem solving means is obtained by winding a sheet-like member around one of the cores of the first to fourth problem solving means.

According to the core of the first problem solving means, the film is deformed, so that the gas in the film is covered with the end portion of the sheet member and the front portion covering the end portion of the sheet member, that is, the layer made of cells. Since the same pressure is applied to the contacting portion via the gas, there is an effect that the unevenness due to the step can be sufficiently suppressed.
According to the core of the second problem solving means, since the air chamber can be provided with a simple configuration in which two films are partially bonded, it is possible to provide a core that is difficult to be uneven due to a step at low cost. effective.
According to the winding core of the third problem solving means, there is an effect that the problem that the film-like member cannot be supported in a rough region of the air chamber due to the air chamber being cut can be alleviated.
According to the core of the fourth problem solving means, since the film is deformed, the same pressure is applied to the portion in contact with the layer made of cells from the gas in the film through the gas, so that most of the unevenness due to the step is generated. There is an effect that a non-sheet member can be provided.

A winding core and a manufacturing method thereof according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration example of a core according to the first embodiment.
A winding core 1 shown in FIG. 1 includes a cylindrical base 2, a first layer 3 in which a cushioning material having an air chamber is wound on the base, and a plurality of paper tapes on the first layer. And a surface layer 4 that is spirally wound. The first layer 3 and the second layer 4 constitute a surface layer portion. A sheet member such as a linoleum floor sheet is wound on the surface layer portion. An example of the core 1 is one having a length of about 2 m, an inner diameter of about 75 mm, and a thickness of about 10 mm. Examples of the sheet member include those having a thickness of 1.8 to 3 mm, a width of 1.8 m to 2 m, and a length of 5 to 20 m.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example of the configuration of the cylindrical base 2 constituting the core 1.
The cylindrical base 2 shown in FIG. 2 is formed by winding a plurality of layers of a paper tape in a spiral shape. In addition to the configuration shown in FIG. 2, the cylindrical base 2 can be formed by molding plastic or the like using a molding technique such as extrusion molding. An example of the cylindrical base 2 is a paper tube having a length of 2 m, an inner diameter of 75 mm, and a thickness of 5 mm.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which an air cap (product, manufactured by Ube Industries, Ltd.) 5 is wound around the cylindrical base 2. An air cap (registered trademark (hereinafter referred to as (R)) is made of two plastic sheets such as polyethylene film and polypropylene film, which are partially laminated to form a hemispherical dome 7 containing air. When the air cap (R) 5 is used, a cell in which gas is confined by a film called a plastic film can be provided in the first layer 3 at a relatively low cost. As an example, a dome (bubble) height of 4 mm and a diameter of 10 mm can be mentioned.
As shown in FIG. 3, when the air cap (R) 5 is cut into a belt shape and wound, the dome 7 of the air cap (R) 5 is also cut at the seam 6 at both ends cut into the belt shape. Is done. Therefore, gas escapes from the cut dome, and the effect of eliminating the unevenness of the original sheet-like member is reduced.
In order to solve this problem, as shown in FIG. 1, the second layer 4 is formed on the first layer 3 including the cell in which the gas is contained in the film. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. A first layer 3 is formed by an air cap (R) 5 on a cylindrical base 2 formed by spirally winding a paper tape 8. Then, a paper tape is spirally wound around the outer periphery of the first layer 3, and the second layer 4 is formed by adhering to the upper part of each dome 7a of the air cap (R) 5 with an adhesive.
The dome 7b of the air cap (R) 5 is in a state where, when the air cap (R) 5 is processed into a strip shape, the dome 7b is cut at the end because it is located at the end and the internal gas escapes. However, since the dome 7a around the dome 7b is adhered to the paper tape, the sheet member is prevented from dropping due to the gas escaped from the dome 7b.
Examples of the paper tape that forms the second layer 4 include 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm and a width of 130 mm.
In the description of the present embodiment, the case where a paper tape is used for the second layer 4 has been described. However, an elastomer or plastic may be used as long as it is a thin sheet that deforms as desired.

5 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the sheet member is wound around the core of FIG. The cross-sectional view of FIG. 5 shows a state cut by a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the core. When a sheet member 9 such as a linoleum floor sheet is wound around the core 1, the end 9 a of the sheet member 9 presses a part of the dome 7 c and the dome 7 c is deformed. Alternatively, when the end portion 9a of the sheet member 9 enters between any of the plurality of domes 7, the surrounding dome 7 is deformed following the deformation of the second layer 4, and one of the dome 7c is deformed. Demonstrates an effect similar to pressing a part.
When a part of the dome 7c is pushed down, the gas moves to the part that is not pushed down and the pressure of the gas rises. Then, the same pressure is applied to the front portion 9b covering the end portion 9a of the sheet member 9, that is, the portion (9b) in contact with the first layer 3 (the layer made of cells) via the gas. As a result, a difference in pressure hardly occurs in the vicinity of the end portion 9a in the sheet member 9, and the effect of eliminating the unevenness due to the step is improved.
