Claims (6)
- 基板の上に形成されたグレーティングの条件が各々異なる複数のグレーティングカプラと、
前記複数のグレーティングカプラの各々に接続された複数の光導波路と、
前記複数の光導波路の各々に設けられた複数の反射部と
を備えることを特徴とする調芯用光回路。 - 請求項1記載の調芯用光回路において、
前記複数のグレーティングカプラは、グレーティングの配列方向が同一とされ、
前記複数のグレーティングカプラの各々は、グレーティングの条件としてグレーティングの周期が各々異なる
ことを特徴とする調心用光回路。 - 請求項2記載の調芯用光回路において、
前記複数のグレーティングカプラのグレーティングの周期は、調芯対象のグレーティングカプラのグレーティングの周期との大小関係が既知とされていることを特徴とする調芯用光回路。 - 請求項2記載の調芯用光回路において、
前記複数のグレーティングカプラのグレーティングの周期は、調芯対象のグレーティングカプラのグレーティングの周期と差が既知とされていることを特徴とする調芯用光回路。 - 請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の調芯用光回路において、
前記複数のグレーティングカプラのいずれか1つのグレーティングの周期は、調芯対象のグレーティングカプラのグレーティングの周期と同一とされていることを特徴とする調芯用光回路。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の調芯用光回路において、
前記複数のグレーティングカプラは、グレーティングの条件としてグレーティングの配列方向が各々異なる向きとされていることを特徴とする調芯用光回路。
