Claims (7)
- 極低温冷凍機のロータリーバルブであって、
バルブステータと、
バルブロータと、
前記バルブロータを前記バルブステータに対して軸まわりに回転させる回転部材と、
前記バルブロータとともに軸まわりに回転するように前記バルブロータに連結されたロータホルダであって、前記バルブロータを前記バルブステータに押し付ける軸方向の力を低減するように周囲圧力より低い圧力の低圧部を前記バルブロータとの間に形成するロータホルダと、を備え、
前記回転部材は、前記ロータホルダを介して前記バルブロータを軸まわりに回転させるように前記ロータホルダに連結され、
前記ロータホルダは、軸方向において前記回転部材と前記バルブロータとの間に配置され、前記回転部材に対して軸方向に移動可能であることを特徴とするロータリーバルブ。 - 前記ロータホルダは、極低温冷凍機の運転中は前記周囲圧力と前記低圧部との圧力差により軸方向にバルブロータ側に移動し、前記極低温冷凍機の停止中は軸方向に回転部材側に移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリーバルブ。
- 前記ロータホルダの回転部材側への軸方向移動を制限する第1制限部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のロータリーバルブ。
- 前記ロータホルダのバルブロータ側への軸方向移動を制限する第2制限部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のロータリーバルブ。
- 前記ロータホルダが前記回転部材とともに軸まわりに回転可能に、かつ前記ロータホルダが前記回転部材に対して軸方向に移動可能に、前記ロータホルダを前記回転部材に連結する第1連結ピンをさらに備え、
前記第1連結ピンは、軸方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のロータリーバルブ。 - 前記ロータホルダが前記バルブロータとともに軸まわりに回転可能に、かつ前記ロータホルダが前記バルブロータに対して軸方向に移動可能に、前記ロータホルダを前記バルブロータに連結する第2連結ピンをさらに備え、
前記第2連結ピンは、前記低圧部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のロータリーバルブ。 - 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のロータリーバルブを備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。
