Abstract
Description
前記処理槽の中心軸上の一端側の壁部に配置されかつ形状が棒状である第1電極と、
前記第1電極の前記処理槽の前記一端側の壁から前記処理槽内へ突出して配置される部分の側面を被覆する絶縁体と、
前記処理槽の他端側に配置される板状の第2電極と、
前記処理槽の前記中心軸を中心として、前記第2電極に配置された開口部と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に電圧を印加する電源と、
前記処理槽の接線方向から液体を導入することにより前記液体を旋回させ、前記液体の旋回流中に気相を発生させる液体導入口とを備え、
前記絶縁体の外径が、前記処理槽内で前記気相が発生する気相発生空間の外径より小さく構成している。
以下、図面を参照し、本発明の実施形態に係る液体処理装置1を詳しく説明する。図中同一または相当部分には同一符号を付してその説明は繰り返さない。なお、説明を分かりやすくするために、以下で参照する図面においては、構成が簡略化または模式化して示されたり、一部の構成部材が省略されたりしている。また、各図に示された構成部材間の寸法比は、必ずしも実際の寸法比を示すものではない。
まず、液体処理装置1の全体構成について説明する。
次に、装置本体10について詳細に説明する。図2は、装置本体10の側面断面図を示す図である。
次に、液体処理装置1の動作について説明する。
本実施形態1では、第1電極30の右端部は、絶縁体53の右端部と一致している。しかし、第1電極30を絶縁体53の右端部より右方向に突き出すことによって、第1電極30の磨耗をより少なくすることが可能である。

Claims (4)
- 片方の端部が閉口した断面形状が円形である筒状の処理槽と、
前記処理槽の中心軸上の一端側の壁部に配置されかつ形状が棒状である第1電極と、
前記第1電極の前記処理槽の前記一端側の壁から前記処理槽内へ突出して配置される部分の側面を被覆する絶縁体と、
前記処理槽の他端側に配置される板状の第2電極と、
前記処理槽の前記中心軸を中心として、前記第2電極に配置された開口部と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に電圧を印加する電源と、
前記処理槽の接線方向から液体を導入することにより前記液体を旋回させ、前記液体の旋回流中に気相を発生させる液体導入口とを備え、
前記絶縁体の外径が、前記処理槽内で前記気相が発生する気相発生空間の外径より小さく構成している液体処理装置。 - 前記第1電極が、前記絶縁体から前記処理槽内に突き出た露出部を備える、
請求項1に記載の液体処理装置。 - 前記絶縁体の前記外径が、0.1mm以上かつ前記開口部の直径の0%より大きくかつ30%以下である、
請求項1または2に記載の液体処理装置。 - 前記処理槽の前記一端側の壁から前記処理槽内へ突出して配置される前記第1電極を支持する電極支持筒をさらに備え、
前記電極支持筒で支持された前記第1電極において、前記電極支持筒から突き出た前記第1電極の、前記電極支持筒の近傍の部分の側面を前記絶縁体で被覆する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の液体処理装置。
