Claims (3)
- 本体とスリーブとキャップと仕切部材とを含み、前記本体内部にオイルが充填され、前記キャップ及び前記仕切部材が各々前記本体の前後両端内に固定され、前記スリーブが前記仕切部材に接続するシリンダーと、
前記本体内に移動可能に設けられ、前記本体内部を第1油室及び第2油室に仕切り、前記第1油室がピストンと前記仕切部材の間に介在し、前記第2油室が前記キャップと前記ピストンの間に介在するピストンと、
前記ピストンを移動させることができ、かつ前セクションと後セクションとを備え、前記前セクションが前記第2油室及び前記キャップを挿通した後、外側に突出し、前記後セクションが前記第1油室及び前記仕切部材を挿通した後、前記スリーブ内に突入し、かつ前記後セクションが互いに連通される貯油室と凹室とを備え、前記貯油室内に予備用オイルを貯蔵するピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンロッドの前記後セクションに設けられ、前記第1油室内のオイルが前記貯油室に逆流するのを防止するための逆止弁と、
前記ピストンロッドの前記凹室内に移動可能に設けられたピストン部材と、
前記ピストンロッドの前記凹室内に設けられ、前記本体内のオイル消費時に前記ピストン部材を押動することで、前記貯油室内の前記予備用オイルを前記本体内の前記第1油室に流入させるための押進手段と、
前記スリーブ内に設けられ、前記ピストン部材の変位量を検出するための変位センサと、
を含むことを特徴とする、流体粘性ダンパー。 - 前記押進手段は、皿ばね或いは圧縮コイルばねであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体粘性ダンパー。
- 前記ピストン部材は、ピンストンヘッドと軸棒と栓部材とを含み、前記栓部材が前記ピストンロッドの前記凹室を塞ぎ、前記軸棒の一端が前記ピンストンヘッドに連結され、他端が前記栓部材を挿通した後、前記スリーブ内に突入し、前記皿ばね或いは圧縮コイルばねは、前記軸棒に嵌められ、かつ前記ピンストンヘッドと前記栓部材の間に介在することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の流体粘性ダンパー。
