Claims (19)
- ガス、特に空気を内燃機関の排ガス流内に導入するガス/ガス混合器であって、
ボディ長手方向軸線(L)方向で長く延びる混合器ボディ(32)を備え、
前記混合器ボディ(32)内にガス導入容積(42)が形成されており、前記混合器ボディ(32)の、前記ガス導入容積(42)の周囲を画定する壁(36)内に複数のガス通過開口(38)が設けられている、
ガス/ガス混合器において、
前記混合器ボディ(32)は、前記ボディ長手方向軸線(L)に対して横方向に扁平化された横断面プロファイルを有して形成されている、
ことを特徴とする、ガス/ガス混合器。 - 前記横断面プロファイルの最大の幅の領域を表すプロファイル横方向軸線(PQ)は、前記混合器ボディ(32)のリーディングエッジ(44)と前記混合器ボディ(32)のトレーリングエッジ(46)との間の前記横断面プロファイルの長さを表すプロファイル長手方向軸線(PL)方向で、前記プロファイル長手方向軸線(PL)の長さ中間点(M)に対して前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記リーディングエッジ(44)に向かってずらされていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- 前記プロファイル横方向軸線(PQ)と前記プロファイル長手方向軸線(PL)の長さ中間点(M)との間の間隔の、前記プロファイル長手方向軸線(PL)の長さに対する比が、0.02から0.05の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- 前記混合器ボディ(32)のリーディングエッジ(44)と前記混合器ボディ(32)のトレーリングエッジ(46)との間の前記横断面プロファイルの長さに対する、前記横断面プロファイルの最大の幅の比が、0.2から0.4の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- ガス通過開口(38)の、実質的に前記ボディ長手方向軸線(L)方向で延在する複数の列(48)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項または請求項1の上位概念部に記載のガス/ガス混合器であって、前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記壁(36)には、前記混合器ボディ(32)のリーディングエッジ(44)と、前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記横断面プロファイルの最大の幅の領域との間の領域に、実質的にガス通過開口が設けられていないことを特徴とするガス/ガス混合器。
- 前記ガス導入容積(42)は、前記ボディ長手方向軸線(L)方向で端壁(39)により閉鎖されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- 前記端壁(39)には、ガス通過開口が設けられていないことを特徴とする、請求項7記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- 前記混合器ボディ(32)は、リーディングエッジ(44)からトレーリングエッジ(46)にかけて延在する長手方向中央平面(E)に関して略対称に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- 前記混合器ボディ(32)は、リーディングエッジ(44)からトレーリングエッジ(46)にかけて延在する長手方向中央平面(E)に関して非対称に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- 前記長手方向中央平面(E)に関して前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記壁(36)の第1の側面(50)に設けられた前記ガス通過開口(38)の数は、前記長手方向中央平面(E)に関して前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記壁(36)の第2の側面(52)に設けられた前記ガス通過開口(38)の数とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項10記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- 前記長手方向中央平面(E)に関して前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記壁(36)の第1の側面(50)における前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記壁(36)のプロファイル線は、前記長手方向中央平面(E)に関して前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記壁(36)の第2の側面(52)における前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記壁(36)のプロファイル線とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項10または11記載のガス/ガス混合器。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つのガス/ガス混合器(16)を排ガス管(30)に備える内燃機関用の排ガス装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス/ガス混合器(16)は、前記混合器ボディ(32)のボディ長手方向軸線(L)が排ガス主流動方向(H)に対して略直交するように方向付けられて配置されており、前記混合器ボディ(32)のリーディングエッジ(44)は、前記排ガス主流動方向(H)に関して実質的に上流に向かって方向付けられており、前記混合器ボディ(32)のトレーリングエッジ(46)は、前記排ガス主流動方向(H)に関して実質的に下流に向かって方向付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス/ガス混合器(16)の下流に少なくとも1つのパティキュレートフィルタ(24,26)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項13または14記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス/ガス混合器(16)の下流に複数のパティキュレートフィルタ(24,26)が設けられており、前記少なくとも1つのガス/ガス混合器(16)を含む前記排ガス管(30)の下流に管分岐(18)が設けられており、前記管分岐(18)から各パティキュレートフィルタに分岐管(20,22)が連通していることを特徴とする、請求項15記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記混合器ボディ(32)の前記長手方向中央平面(E)は、前記長手方向中央平面(E)の両側に前記管分岐(18)がそれぞれ少なくとも1つの分岐管(20,22)を有するように、ポジショニングされていることを特徴とする、請求項10、11または12を引用する請求項16記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス/ガス混合器(16)の上流に触媒装置(14)、好ましくは三元触媒が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項13から17までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記排ガス(A)内に導入すべき前記ガス(G)は、空気であることを特徴とする、請求項13から18までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
