Abstract
Description
ポリオール組成物は、第1のポリオール成分と、第2のポリオール成分と、グラフトポリオール成分と、四官能性ポリオール成分と、グリセロールとを含む。
ポリイソシアナートは、スポンジの製造過程に適宜の発泡活性を出現させるため及び製造されたスポンジが適宜の架橋密度を有するようになるために添加される。
グラフェンは、製造されたスポンジが親油性及び十分な吸油量を有するようになるために添加される。
触媒は、スポンジの製造過程のクリームタイム(cream time)及び硬化時間(curing time)を制御するために添加される。
発泡剤は、ポリウレタンスポンジを製造できるものであれば、特に制限しない。例えば、水がポリイソシアネートと反応して二酸化炭素を生成することにより発泡する場合は、毒性も低く、発泡剤がスポンジ内に残留することを防ぐこともできるので、水を発泡剤として使用することができる。
泡安定剤は、各製造原料の相互溶解性の増進と、スポンジの細孔径及びセルの分布の均一性の制御と、スポンジの製造過程においてセルの壁が空気を引き留めること(即ち発泡体の形成をサポートする)ができ且つスポンジの構造が崩れないような可撓性とを有するために添加される。
25℃及び常圧の環境で、30重量部〜50重量部のメチレンジフェニルジイソシアナート(MDI)と、0.5重量部〜2重量部のグラフェンとを、100重量部の表1に示されている成分に混合した。
Claims (18)
- グラフェン、触媒、発泡剤及び泡安定剤の存在下において、
水酸基価が33mgKOH/g〜60mgKOH/gの範囲内にあり、且つ、オキシエチレンの含有量が50mol%〜80mol%の範囲内にある第1のポリオール成分と、
水酸基価が80mgKOH/g〜300mgKOH/gの範囲内にあり、且つ、オキシエチレンの含有量が50mol%〜80mol%の範囲内にある第2のポリオール成分と、
水酸基価が20mgKOH/g〜40mgKOH/gの範囲内にあるグラフトポリオール成分と、
水酸基価が350mgKOH/g〜650mgKOH/gの範囲内にある四官能性ポリオール成分と、
グリセロールと、
を含むポリオール組成物が、ポリイソシアナートと反応してなったことを特徴とする油水分離用スポンジ。 - 前記第1のポリオール成分は、親水性親油性バランス値が5〜12の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記第2のポリオール成分は、親水性親油性バランス値が7〜14の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記第1のポリオール成分の含有量は、ポリオール組成物、触媒、発泡剤及び泡安定剤の総量に対して、30wt%〜70wt%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。

- 前記第1のポリオール成分の重量平均分子量は、2500ダルトン〜5000ダルトンの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記第2のポリオール成分の重量平均分子量は、400ダルトン〜1900ダルトンの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記グラフトポリオール成分の重量平均分子量は、4000ダルトン〜10000ダルトンの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記四官能性ポリオール成分の重量平均分子量は、300ダルトン〜800ダルトンの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記グラフトポリオール成分の含有量は、ポリオール組成物、触媒、発泡剤及び泡安定剤の総量に対して、10wt%〜30wt%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記四官能性ポリオール成分の含有量は、ポリオール組成物、触媒、発泡剤及び泡安定剤の総量に対して、1wt%〜5wt%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記グリセロールの含有量は、ポリオール組成物、触媒、発泡剤及び泡安定剤の総量に対して、1wt%〜5wt%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記グラフェンの配合量は、ポリオール組成物、触媒、発泡剤及び泡安定剤の総重量を100重量部として、0.5重量部〜2重量部の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 前記ポリイソシアナートの配合量は、ポリオール組成物、触媒、発泡剤及び泡安定剤の総重量を100重量部として、30重量部〜50重量部の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 密度が25kg/m3〜100kg/m3の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- 細孔密度が25PPI〜50PPIの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジ。
- グラフェンとポリウレタンを含み、
前記ポリウレタンが、水酸基価が33mgKOH/g〜60mgKOH/gの範囲内にあり、且つ、オキシエチレンの含有量が50mol%〜80mol%の範囲内にある第1のポリオール成分と、水酸基価が80mgKOH/g〜300mgKOH/gの範囲内にあり、且つ、オキシエチレンの含有量が50mol%〜80mol%の範囲内にある第2のポリオール成分と、水酸基価が20mgKOH/g〜40mgKOH/gの範囲内にあるグラフトポリオール成分と、水酸基価が350mgKOH/g〜650mgKOH/gの範囲内にある四官能性ポリオール成分と、グリセロールと、ポリイソシアナートとを、構成単位として含む、
油水分離用スポンジ。 - 請求項1〜請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の油水分離用スポンジを製造するための油水分離用スポンジ製造用組成物であって、
ポリオール混合物、ポリイソシアナート、グラフェン、触媒、発泡剤及び泡安定剤を有し、
前記ポリオール混合物は、
水酸基価が33mgKOH/g〜60mgKOH/gの範囲内にあり、且つ、オキシエチレンの含有量が50mol%〜80mol%の範囲内にある第1のポリオール成分と、
水酸基価が80mgKOH/g〜300mgKOH/gの範囲内にあり、且つ、オキシエチレンの含有量が50mol%〜80mol%の範囲内にある第2のポリオール成分と、
水酸基価が20mgKOH/g〜40mgKOH/gの範囲内にあるグラフトポリオール成分と、
水酸基価が350mgKOH/g〜650mgKOH/gの範囲内にある四官能性ポリオール成分と、
グリセロールと、を含むことを特徴とする油水分離用スポンジ製造用組成物。
