Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pillow pouch and a method for producing the same.
Conventionally, pillow pouches that can contain contents such as frozen foods have been widely used. Some of the pillow pouches include a steam venting mechanism for automatically letting off steam generated by heating in a microwave oven to the outside of the pillow pouch. Although various aspects are known as a steam release mechanism, there exist some which are equipped with a thermosoftening resin layer (for example, refer patent document 1).
When the steam release mechanism is equipped with a thermosoftening resin layer, the thermosoftening resin layer is softened by heating, so that part of the thermosoftening resin layer and the sealant layer are partially triggered by a decrease in strength of the thermosoftening resin layer. Is destroyed, and the vapor in the pillow pouch can be extracted.
In a pillow pouch equipped with such a steam venting mechanism, the contents are transferred from the pillow pouch to a dish after cooking in a microwave oven, and the contents are eaten. However, at present, after cooking the contents in the pillow pouch, it is desired to eat the contents using the pillow pouch as it is without transferring the contents from the pillow pouch to a dish.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
The ratio (L1 / W1) of the length L1 (see FIG. 3) of the pillow pouch 10-1 to the width W1 (see FIG. 3) of the pillow pouch 10-1 is preferably not less than 1/4 and not more than 3/2. . If L1 / W1 is 1/4 or more, more contents can be accommodated. If L1 / W1 is 3/2 or less, the pillow pouch is after cooking in a microwave oven and before opening. When 10-1 is made self-supporting, the pillow pouch 10-1 can be made self-supporting stably. The width W1 of the pillow pouch 10-1 is the length of the pillow pouch 10-1 in the horizontal direction DR1. Specifically, it is the length from the

As shown in FIG. 1, the first
<Vapor venting mechanism>
The
In the pillow pouch 10-1 shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The width W6 (see FIG. 3) of the
The location where the palm seal portion exists in the first end seal portion and the location where the palm seal portion exists in the second end seal portion are weak in strength. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the
Although the heat softening
Also in the pillow pouch 10-2 shown in FIG. 4, for the same reason as described above, the
The
As shown in FIG. 5B, a
As shown in FIG. 5C, a through
As shown in FIG. 1, the first
<Opening start means>

The opening start means 21 and 22 are notches. The opening start means is not limited to a notch, and may be a notch.

<Opening guide>
The

<基材層>

Since the pillow pouch 10-1 is heated in a microwave oven, the
The

As the

<印刷層>

<Thermosoftening resin layer>
The

<接合層>

<< Pillow Pouch Manufacturing Method >>
Such a pillow pouch 10-1 can be manufactured as follows. Below, the example which manufactures several pillow pouch 10-1 continuously is shown.

According to this embodiment, since the

[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a pillow pouch according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 8 is a front view of the pillow pouch according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a plan view for explaining the dimensions of each component of the pillow pouch shown in FIG. 8 and 9, members denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 and the like are the same as those shown in FIG.

In order to describe the present invention in detail, examples will be described below, but the present invention is not limited to these descriptions.
<実施例1>
<Example 1>
In Example 1, the pillow pouch shown in FIG. 1 was produced. Specifically, first, a packaging material having a width of 330 mm wound in a roll shape was prepared.
The packaging material consists of a base layer made of a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 12 μm, a bonding layer made of a polyurethane adhesive having a thickness of 3 μm, and a sealant layer having a thickness of 40 μm made of an unstretched polyethylene film in this order. It was something to prepare. In the packaging material, the width of the thermosoftening resin layer is the second seal portion in a part of a formation planned region for forming a second seal portion and a third seal portion described later between the base material layer and the bonding layer. A heat-softening resin layer made of MICOP varnish made by DIC Graphics Co., Ltd. having a length of 20 mm, a width of 35 mm, and a thickness of 2 μm was provided so as to be larger than the third seal portion. In addition, the packaging material has a continuous line-shaped half-cut line that is an opening guide portion that penetrates the base material layer and does not penetrate the sealant layer at a predetermined position along the flow direction of the packaging material by a laser. Was formed.
Next, heat sealing was performed in a state where both end portions extending in the flow direction of the packaging material were inside the sealant layers to form a first seal portion extending along the flow direction of the packaging material, thereby obtaining a cylinder. . After obtaining the cylindrical body, one side of the cylindrical body was folded inward in the width direction of the cylindrical body with a predetermined width, and a folded portion was formed on one side.
After forming the folding part, the packaging materials were heat-sealed in the width direction of the cylindrical body to form the second seal part, and a bag body having one opened was obtained. The second seal portion was formed such that the portion of the first seal portion in the second seal portion was included in the formation region of the thermosoftening resin layer.
Thereafter, 170 g of fried rice as a content was filled from the opening of the bag. And packaging materials were heat-seal | bonded in the width direction of the bag body, the 3rd seal part was formed, and the sealed bag body was obtained. The 3rd seal part was formed so that the portion of the 1st seal part in the 3rd seal part might be included in the formation field of a thermosoftening resin layer.
Thereafter, a through hole that becomes a notch after cutting is formed at the position of the half-cut line in the first end seal portion and the second end seal portion, and then the flow direction of the packaging material is a position where the through hole is divided. The bag body was cut in the orthogonal direction. As a result, a pillow pouch having the same structure as the pillow pouch shown in FIG. 1 was produced. The produced pillow pouch had a length L1 in the vertical direction of 120 mm and a width W1 in the horizontal direction of 180 mm. Further, in the produced pillow pouch, the width W2 of the gusset folding portion was 40 mm, and the widths W3 and W4 of the first end seal portion and the second end seal portion of the pillow pouch were 10 mm, respectively. Moreover, the width W5 of the palm seal part was 10 mm. The distance D1 from the outer edge of the third end to the notch was 70 mm. The dimensions of L1, W1 to W4, D1, etc. were as shown in FIG.
And when the obtained pillow pouch is placed in a flat state in a microwave oven (model number “RE-T3”, manufactured by SHARPE Co., Ltd.) and heated at 600 W for 3 minutes, it is removed from the steam release mechanism during heating. Vapor escaped automatically. Moreover, when the pillow pouch was taken out of the microwave oven after heating and placed on a table so that the gusset folding part was on the lower side, the pillow pouch became independent. After that, when I opened the pillow pouch from the notch, I was able to eat fried rice because I was able to maintain independence.
<実施例2>
<Example 2>
In Example 2, a pillow pouch was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that 60 g of potato chips were filled as the contents. The pouch according to Example 2 was placed in a flat state in a microwave oven (model number “RE-T3”, manufactured by SHARPE Co., Ltd.) and heated at 600 W for 30 seconds. The steam automatically escaped. Moreover, when the pillow pouch was taken out of the microwave oven after heating and placed on a table so that the gusset folding part was on the lower side, the pillow pouch became independent. After that, when the pillow pouch was opened from the notch, it was able to maintain its independence, so it was possible to eat potato chips.
<実施例3>
<Example 3>
In Example 3, the pillow pouch shown in FIG. 10 was produced. Specifically, first, a packaging material having a width of 360 mm wound in a roll shape was prepared.
In the packaging material, the width of the heat-softening resin layer is larger than the width of the third seal portion in a part of a formation scheduled region for forming a third seal portion described later between the base material layer and the bonding layer. Thus, a heat-softening resin layer made of MWOP varnish made by DIC Graphics Co., Ltd. having a length of 20 mm, a width of 35 mm, and a thickness of 2 μm was provided.
Next, both ends extending in the flow direction of the packaging material are heat-sealed with the sealant layers facing each other to form a first seal portion extending along the flow direction of the packaging material, thereby obtaining a cylinder. It was. After obtaining the cylindrical body, both sides of the cylindrical body were folded inward in the width direction with a predetermined width, and folded portions were formed on both sides.
After forming the folding part, the packaging materials were heat-sealed in the width direction of the cylindrical body to form the second seal part, and a bag body having one opened was obtained.
Thereafter, 170 g of fried rice as a content was filled from the opening of the bag. And packaging materials were heat-seal | bonded in the width direction of the bag body, the 3rd seal part was formed, and the sealed bag body was obtained. The third seal portion was formed so that the fold line of the gusset fold portion in the third seal portion was included in the formation region of the thermosoftening resin layer.
Thereafter, a through hole that becomes a notch after cutting is formed at the position of the half-cut line in the first end seal portion and the second end seal portion, and then the flow direction of the packaging material is a position where the through hole is divided. The bag body was cut in the orthogonal direction. Thereby, a pillow pouch having the same structure as the pillow pouch shown in FIG. 10 was produced. The produced pillow pouch had a vertical length L2 of 150 mm and a horizontal width W10 of 170 mm. Further, in the produced pillow pouch, the widths W11 and W12 of the first end seal portion and the second end seal portion were 10 mm, respectively, and the width W13 of the palm seal portion was 10 mm. Moreover, the widths W14 and 15 of the gusset folding part were 30 mm. The dimensions of L2, W10 to W15, etc. were as shown in FIG.
The obtained pillow pouch is placed in a microwave oven (model number “RE-T3”, manufactured by SHARPE Co., Ltd.) in a state where the second end is on the lower side and is self-supported, and heated at 600 W for 3 minutes. As a result, steam was automatically removed from the steam venting mechanism during heating. Moreover, when the pillow pouch was taken out from the microwave oven after heating and placed on the table so that the second end portion was on the lower side, the pillow pouch was self-supporting. Then, when the pillow pouch was opened so that the palm seal part and the back surface were picked and the first end seal part was peeled off, the self-supporting state could be maintained, and the fried rice could be eaten.
<実施例4>
