Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging bag for containing contents such as a liquid, a solid, or a mixture thereof, and more particularly, in a state where these contents are contained in a packaging bag, in a microwave oven. The present invention relates to a packaging bag that can be cooked by heating, escape steam generated in the packaging bag by cooking, and prevent bursting, deformation, and spilling of the contents due to bursting.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Traditionally, cooked or semi-cooked foods, such as meat buns, anmans, shumai, dumplings, hamburgers, hot dogs, spaghetti, fried noodles, fried udon, rice noodles, etc. are stored in plastic packaging bags etc. Packaged foods that are cooked in a range are on the market. However, when a packaging bag containing such food is heated together with the packaging bag in a microwave oven, the internal pressure of the packaging bag increases due to the thermal expansion of steam and internal air generated from the food, and the packaging bag suddenly breaks, There was a problem that the food contained in the packaging bag was scattered and the inside of the microwave oven was soiled.
[0003]
In order to solve this problem, before cooking in a microwave oven, the inner pressure of the packaging bag is usually made by opening a hole with a sharp object in advance in the packaging bag and cutting off the end of the packaging bag with scissors. To prevent the packaging bag from breaking. However, the method of releasing these internal pressures is quite troublesome. At the same time, steam generated when cooking is started is immediately released to the outside of the packaging bag, and the steaming effect by steam is reduced and the taste is lowered. In order to save this trouble, for example, a resin-based non-woven fabric is used for the base material of the packaging bag, a valve-structured ventilation material is attached to the packaging bag, or a sealing material is sealed with a cold sealant. Things have been done. In addition, a film made of a mixed resin of polypropylene and polyethylene is used on the one side of the Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-15789, and an unstretched polypropylene film is used on the other side so that the internal pressure of the packaging bag is a predetermined pressure during cooking in a microwave oven. A packaging bag for a microwave oven is disclosed which is easily opened when reaching the above.
[0004]
However, if a nonwoven fabric or the like is used for the base material of the packaging bag, there is a problem that sealing cannot be performed, and the method of attaching a ventilation material to the packaging bag has a problem that the cost is high, and the method using a cold sealant is Not only is it difficult to seal completely, but there is also a problem that the seal strength is weak and the seal peels off naturally during transportation, etc. However, there is a problem that the material must be changed and the handling and management become complicated.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object of the present invention is to completely seal a food such as cooked or semi-cooked food and to store the food in a packaging bag while keeping it in a packaging bag. It can be cooked with a microwave oven, and the steam generated during the cooking process steams the food contained in the packaging bag. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag that can prevent the bag from bursting and deforming.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of various studies conducted by the present inventors to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that the entire periphery of the edge of the packaging material comprising the heat-adhesive resin layer as the inner layer is heated. A packaging bag having a folded portion having a V-shaped cross section, wherein a substantially linear thermal bonding portion is formed along a folding start portion of the folded portion having the V-shaped cross section. A projecting portion that projects from a part of the inner periphery to the front end side of the folded portion having the V-shaped cross section and is thermally bonded, and an unbonded portion is provided in the projecting portion. In the non-bonded portion, a cut or notch having a shape smaller than the shape of the non-bonded portion and leaving the outer peripheral edge of the non-bonded portion is formed. By constituting in this way, food such as cooked or semi-cooked can be completely sealed, and the food can be cooked with a microwave oven while being stored in a packaging bag, and further by steam generated during cooking While the effect of steaming the food contained in the packaging bag is exerted, the overhanging portion overhangs the inside of the packaging bag, so that the overhanging portion overhanging the inside of the packaging bag has an internal pressure earlier than other thermal bonding portions. When the peeling reaches the non-bonded part, the internal pressure is released, and the internal pressure is concentrated on the non-bonded part, and the overhanging part is peeled off at once to make the opening larger, so that the internal pressure is easily released. And can prevent rupture. Moreover, the unbonded part provided in the said overhang | projection part and the said overhang | projection part can be formed simultaneously with the said thermobonding part .
[0007]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in the packaging bag according to claim 1, the cut or the notch is formed in one of the facing packaging materials constituting the overhanging portion. To do. By comprising in this way, the internal pressure in the packaging bag which increases by cooking can be released in a desired direction .
[0008]
The invention according to claim 3 is the packaging material according to claim 2, wherein the packaging material in which the cuts or the notches are formed is not a packaging material that forms the folded portion having the V-shaped cross section. It is characterized by this. By comprising in this way, when the content is a liquid substance etc., the blown-out etc. at the time of heat cooking can be prevented by making the side provided with the cut | notch or notch into an upper side .
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in detail below.
First, in the above-mentioned present invention, the resin used for the heat-adhesive resin layer having an easily peelable inner layer is a polypropylene type from the viewpoint of sealing property, suitability for automatic packaging machines, easy peelability, especially oil resistance and heat resistance. A mixed resin of a resin, a polyethylene resin, and an olefin copolymer rubber is preferable.
[0014]
Examples of the polypropylene resin which is one composition of the mixed resin include a crystalline propylene random copolymer, which is propylene and ethylene, butene-1, pentene-1, hexene-1, 3-methylbutene-1, 4-methylpentene. 1, random copolymers with α-olefins such as octene-1, and the like, and crystalline propylene-ethylene random copolymers are particularly preferable. The random copolymer may be a mixture with homopolypropylene obtained by multistage polymerization.
[0015]
Moreover, as a polyethylene-type resin which is one composition of the said mixed resin, any ethylene homopolymers, such as a high pressure method low density polyethylene, a linear low density polyethylene, a medium density polyethylene, and a high density polyethylene, are used, for example. In addition to propylene, butene-1, pentene-1, hexene-1, 3-methylbutene-1, 4-methylpentene-1, octene-1, and other α-olefins, or crystalline with vinyl acetate, low crystallinity or An amorphous random or block copolymer, or a mixture thereof can be used, and among them, a high pressure method low density polyethylene is preferable.
[0016]
Examples of the olefin copolymer rubber that is one composition of the mixed resin include two kinds of monoolefins such as ethylene, propylene, butene-1, hexene-1, 4-methylpentene-1, or the like, or 3 or more types of monoolefin copolymer rubbers, 2 types of the above monoolefins, and non-conjugated diolefins such as dicyclopentadiene, 1,4-hexadiene, cyclooctadiene, methylene norbornene, and ethylidene norbornene, or butadiene and isoprene A copolymer rubber with a conjugated diolefin such as ethylene propylene copolymer rubber, ethylene butene copolymer rubber, and propylene butene copolymer rubber is preferable.
[0017]
Next, the heat-adhesive resin layer having an easily peelable inner layer is composed of a mixed resin of a polypropylene resin, a polyethylene resin, and an olefin copolymer rubber as described above. The blending ratio of the composition is 45 to 65% by weight for polypropylene resin, 35 to 55% by weight for polyethylene resin, and 2 to 5% by weight for olefin copolymer rubber with respect to 100% by weight of the mixed resin. It is suitable to use in.
[0018]
Moreover, 20-60 micrometers is suitable as thickness when using the said mixed resin independently as a heat-adhesive resin layer of an inner layer, Preferably it is 25-50 micrometers. If necessary, homopolypropylene or crystalline propylene random copolymer is used as a support for the inner heat-adhesive resin layer, and the support, the polypropylene resin, the polyethylene resin, and the olefin copolymer are used. A mixture resin with a polymer rubber may be coextruded, and the thickness of the mixed resin and the thickness of the support in that case may be appropriately selected depending on the type of food.
[0019]
Examples of the resin other than the above mixed resin that can be used as a heat-adhesive resin layer having an easily peelable inner layer include, for example, modified polyolefin resins such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, modified polyethylene, and modified polypropylene. In particular, in the case of a food that does not require oil resistance, it can be used in the same manner as the above mixed resin.
[0020]
Next, in the packaging bag of the present invention, as a film used as an outer layer, since it becomes a basic material constituting the packaging bag, a synthetic resin having excellent properties in mechanical, physical, chemical, etc. should be used. For example, resins such as polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, polycarbonate, and polyacetal can be used, and cellophane, synthetic paper, and the like can also be used. In addition, since the film used as the outer layer is often printed on the inner layer side of the film, the film used as the outer layer is required to have printability and stretched in the biaxial direction. A stretched film is preferred. The thickness of the film may be a thickness that can be kept to the minimum necessary with respect to strength, rigidity, etc. as a basic material, and considering the cost, about 12 to 30 μm is appropriate. Moreover, the said film is good also as a structure which has barrier property as a film in which the vapor deposition layer of inorganic substances, such as a film coated with polyvinylidene chloride as needed, and silicon oxide and aluminum oxide, was formed.
[0021]
Further, in the present invention, an intermediate layer may be provided between the inner layer and the outer layer, and the intermediate layer is usually used only when the inner layer and the outer layer cannot sufficiently function as a packaging bag. Provided. The functions include gas barrier properties, mechanical toughness, flex resistance, puncture resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, etc., which are required as packaging bags. These final functions are achieved by providing an intermediate layer. Examples of the substrate used as the intermediate layer include polyolefins such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide, polyethylene, and polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonate, polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene-propylene copolymer, saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the like. Films, films coated with polyvinylidene chloride or films deposited with inorganic substances such as silicon oxide and aluminum oxide, films such as polyvinylidene chloride, or paper, cellophane, synthetic paper, non-woven fabric, etc. Can do. One or more of these substrates can be used in combination. It should be noted that the thickness of the base material only needs to satisfy the function required as a packaging bag, and can be appropriately selected as necessary.
